Abstract

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of aviation passenger transport combined transportation settlement, in particular to a settlement management system and method for an electronic miscellaneous bill.

Background

Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) are classified into two types. EMD-A charges various miscellaneous fees and overdue baggage fees related to the ticket (link). The EMD-A needs to be synchronized with the status of the ticket. The range of fees that EMD-A can charge includes, but is not limited to, the following services: overstocked luggage, high-end air services, extra fares, premium payment associated with cabin escalation or low payment, taxes, other services offered by airlines (e.g., oxygen inhalation, special equipment on board, no accompanying children's fees, ordering and other services). EMD-S is a ticket that collects various charges unrelated to the ticket. The range of fees that an EMD-S may charge includes, but is not limited to, the following services: ground service, car renting service, refund, hotel service, purchase of various miscellaneous services (such as pet cages, bicycle boxes and the like), various miscellaneous charges (such as change reservation, voyage and the like), prepayment fare notification/prepayment for taking tickets before departure, unidentified aviation service and overdue luggage fee, and refused boarding claim payment.

The prior aviation passenger transport settlement system in China processes various tickets such as passenger tickets, luggage tickets, interrupted flight deck tickets and the like, and lacks an electronic settlement system which can process EMD, particularly multipurpose EMD.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a settlement management system and method to solve at least the problem of the lack of an electronic settlement system capable of handling EMD, especially multi-purpose EMD, in the related art.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a settlement management system including: a client system, a server system and a connecting external system device, wherein,

the client system is used for realizing the interaction between the user and the server system;

the server-side system is connected with the client-side system and used for realizing settlement management of the electronic bill of general expenses EMD and generating EMD accounts;

the external system connecting device is connected with the server-side system and used for sending the EMD accounting to an external system, and the external system comprises: an airline financial system.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a settlement management method including:

Example 1

In the present embodiment, a settlement management system is provided. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the construction of a settlement management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system including: a client system 1, a server system 2, and a connecting external system device 3, wherein,

the client system 1 is used for realizing the interaction between a user and the server system 2;

the server system 2 is connected with the client system 1 and used for realizing settlement management of the electronic bill of general expenses EMD and generating EMD account;

and an external system device 3 connected with the server system 2 and used for sending EMD accounting to an external system 4, wherein the external system comprises: an airline financial system.

In this embodiment, the client system 1 implements interaction between each module and a system user, such as a human-computer interaction interface, user input validity verification, a data presentation interface, connection with the server system 2, and the like, and has a screen type or a WEB type. The server-side system 2 realizes the verification and settlement processing of each module data, the interaction with the client-side system and the like. The means 3 for connecting external systems comprise means for connecting the financial systems of the airline company. In this embodiment, sales accounts, refund revenue and expense accounts, transport accounts, external billing accounts, and billing audit accounts are formed after error control; in other embodiments, sales accounting, refund revenue receivable accounting, transport accounting, outbound accounting, accounting audit accounting may also be formed prior to error control and to supplement error handling adjustment accounting.

In summary, by using the settlement management system and method provided by the embodiment of the invention, an airline company can realize fund settlement of services such as control, sale, use, intermodal transportation and the like of EMD blank tickets; the system is suitable for complex business processing requirements such as wide application range of EMD and different settlement requirements, and provides a settlement management basis for large-scale popularization and application of EMD by airlines; in addition, the system can form the accounting data of the EMD on the basis of the settlement system and provide the accounting data for the airline company for property management, and lays a foundation for the airline company to realize high-level accounting management of EMD business.

the sales data management module is used for collecting EMD sales data and EMD sales reports; comparing EMD sales data errors by using an EMD sales report, and performing EMD sales data error processing; after EMD sales data error processing is completed, EMD sales accounts are formed; wherein the EMD sales data error handling includes at least one of: modifying the ticket number and the ticket face of the EMD sales voucher, and deleting the sales voucher;

the sales auditing module is used for performing sales auditing on the EMD sales data based on EMD sales rules and airline freight rates;

the system comprises a refund processing module, a refund processing module and a data processing module, wherein the refund processing module is used for forming refund profit and loss accounts by using sales allocation data and EMD refund data;

the transportation data management module is used for acquiring EMD transportation data and EMD departure data; using the EMD departure data to form a transportation data ticket recovery result; for EMD transportation data to confirm EMD transportation revenue based on EMD sales data; the EMD transportation income prediction is realized by using the airline freight rate on EMD transportation data without EMD sales data; forming an EMD shipping account using the EMD shipping revenue;

wherein the intermodal outbound billing module is used for: collecting sales data of partners for the intermodal EMD, and calculating an account opening amount, an account opening procedure charge and account opening tax by combining the transportation data and the basic data to form a foreign account opening bill; adjusting the former billing and forming an adjusted billing external billing bill; the external account bill realizes account fund settlement through the DSIS platform; using the transportation data and the result of receiving the account by the DSIS platform to form an external account accounting; collecting the external shipping data of the intermodal EMD, and estimating accounts payable of the other party by using the freight rate of the airline company; collecting the billing data of the other party from the DSIS platform; collecting a billing invoice and a DSIS billing voucher; checking the difference between the billing voucher and the billing data; checking the other side billing data by using the sales data and the airline freight rate, and accepting the billing or generating billing adjustment; adjusting and billing the past audit data, and forming billing adjustment data; the accounting adjustment data realizes accounting fund settlement through a DSIS platform;

the system comprises a intermodal billing auditing module, a DSIS platform and a data processing module, wherein the intermodal billing auditing module is used for forming billing auditing accounts by using the billing data of the other party, the billing auditing result of the one party and the result of receiving the billing by the DSIS platform;

the external system connecting device is connected with the server-side system and is used for sending the EMD sales account, the refund profit and loss account, the EMD transportation account and the EMD billing audit account to an external system, and the external system is an airline financial system; the accounting data of the EMD formed by the electronic bill settlement management system is provided to the airline company to be used for financial management.
