The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example 1
In the present embodiment, a settlement management system is provided. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the construction of a settlement management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system including: a client system 1, a server system 2, and a connecting external system device 3, wherein,
the client system 1 is used for realizing the interaction between a user and the server system 2;
the server system 2 is connected with the client system 1 and used for realizing settlement management of the electronic bill of general expenses EMD and generating EMD account;
and an external system device 3 connected with the server system 2 and used for sending EMD accounting to an external system 4, wherein the external system comprises: an airline financial system.
In this embodiment, the client system 1 implements interaction between each module and a system user, such as a human-computer interaction interface, user input validity verification, a data presentation interface, connection with the server system 2, and the like, and has a screen type or a WEB type. The server-side system 2 realizes the verification and settlement processing of each module data, the interaction with the client-side system and the like. The means 3 for connecting external systems comprise means for connecting the financial systems of the airline company. The modules above include, but are not limited to, at least one of: the system comprises a basic data module, a blank ticket management module, a sales data management module, a sales sharing module, a sales auditing module, a back-exchange processing module, a transportation data management module, a combined transportation external account opening module, a combined transportation account opening auditing module, a ticket matching module and an account interface module.

Connecting the external system device 3 introduces an airline financial system. The voucher number and the ticket face information can be modified in the settlement processing of the sales data and the transportation data, and the accuracy of settlement is ensured under the special condition of the voucher processing.
In this embodiment, sales accounts, refund revenue and expense accounts, transport accounts, external billing accounts, and billing audit accounts are formed after error control; in other embodiments, sales accounting, refund revenue receivable accounting, transport accounting, outbound accounting, accounting audit accounting may also be formed prior to error control and to supplement error handling adjustment accounting.
In summary, by using the settlement management system and method provided by the embodiment of the invention, an airline company can realize fund settlement of services such as control, sale, use, intermodal transportation and the like of EMD blank tickets; the system is suitable for complex business processing requirements such as wide application range of EMD and different settlement requirements, and provides a settlement management basis for large-scale popularization and application of EMD by airlines; in addition, the system can form the accounting data of the EMD on the basis of the settlement system and provide the accounting data for the airline company for property management, and lays a foundation for the airline company to realize high-level accounting management of EMD business.
