However, before such tax exemption becomes effective, it should be confirmed online by the business operation user 1130 of the government entity 153C.

Other types of tickets will transfer the airport tax to the government entity 153C, block 1270 in FIG. 20 upon individual IND1 check-in or after the ticket cancellation deadline has passed.

A country's matrix is based on that country's laws and/or constitution. Matrix 1300 may be designed for certain transactions. For example, matrix 1300 may be configured for sales or purchases of military weapons to certain countries, contracts for contract amounts up to certain levels, current legal exceptions, and the like. This matrix is set up and approved at different levels according to national law.

Citizens are listed under each Governor/Parliament/Member of Parliament according to their residential address. Citizens without housing will use their address registered in computing system 120 to determine under which Governor/Congress/Member of Parliament they vote. The general populace decision may be used to determine whether each member is required to vote or the populace aggregate will be used to decide whether to proceed with the decision in matrix 1300 by government authorities. Participants at all levels under matrix 1300 are registered users of computing system 120 .

A percentage or fixed amount of the fund will be listed or frozen using the calculation system 120 during tenure, see block 1225 in FIG. 20 . What is set aside will be frozen or otherwise held by computing system 120 . Freezing the amount will encourage better management by personnel. If the funding disbursement conditions are met, blocks 1230-1240 in FIG. 20, computing system 120 may release the frozen amount, see block 1270 in FIG. For example, a condition of release may require an independent audit. Computing system 120 may require committee approval at the end of the user's tenure to approve release of the frozen amount after release conditions are met. Therefore, severance pay can achieve the intended function of encouraging performance improvement.

Such information is agreed upon by both parties and confirmed in computing system 120 at block 1212 in FIG. 20 . After confirmation, both parties should confirm the start time of the milestone in the computing system 120 .

Two or more users 110 may enter into an agreement whereby one user pays royalties to the other user. For example, users 110 may include a football club that owns a brand, a company that manufactures jerseys, and a retailer that sells the company's jerseys. A football club may have an agreement with a company that allows the company to manufacture and sell football shirts bearing the club's trademark. The company sells jerseys through retailers. Under this agreement, the football club shall receive a portion of the proceeds from the sales of the jerseys or the amount of royalties. In block 1210 of FIG. 20 , the football club will indicate in the calculation system 120 the percentage amount that the company is required to pay. In block 1212 of FIG. 20, computing system 120 requires confirmation of the percentage from the company. The computing system 120 automatically remits the royalty percentage to the football club in block 1270 when the jersey retailer makes a sale.

The computing system 120 receives the necessary information needed to determine sales tax in block 1210 of FIG. 20 . Computing system 120 may detect trigger events periodically, such as annually, in block 1215 and determine how many related products were sold within a certain time period, such as last year. An example of a computing system 120 product advertisement sale is as follows: China 30%, UK 30% and US 40%. Assume that each country has a sales tax rate or other tax of 10% of the advertising revenue. Under this example, in block 1270 of Figure 20, the sales tax will be automatically prorated at $3 and paid to the Chinese government.

Once the relevant country approves the visa application, using computing system 120, a single visa valid in that country will be issued. Given that most of the visa requirements are similar or uniform, in most cases the proof submitted by the user applies to more than one country. For example, use a confirmed statement of account as proof of income. Therefore, the confirmed statement is applicable to multiple countries, as long as it is submitted once, it can meet the requirements of multiple countries. Users can save the cost of obtaining bank statements with stamps multiple times; since the fee for a single visa application is lower than the fee for multiple separate visa applications, the management fee charged by the visa company can be reduced.

If the user has a vaccine requirement when applying for a visa, the computing system 120 will search for the user's vaccination information in all medical centers. If the search results show that the required vaccines have been administered, the computing system 120 will submit the confirmed vaccination records to the relevant issuing authority. Accordingly, computing system 120 may confirm vaccine status using information obtained directly from government-approved medical centers.
