Background
Laser rangefinders, as non-contact measuring instruments, have been widely used in the fields of remote control, precision measurement, engineering construction, safety monitoring, and intelligent control. The principle of the laser range finder is as follows: the laser emitter mainly emits laser through the laser tube, the laser is reflected by a detected object and detected by the photosensitive diode, and the distance is determined by calculating the time difference between the emission time and the detection time of the laser.
All current laser range finders can only measure straight-line distance, and the measured object must have the target reflection thing on the terminal point, is used for reflecting laser, to not having target reflection thing or curve, the length of broken line can not be measured, therefore plays to a great extent restriction to laser range finder's range of application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a distance measuring system which can continuously measure a regular route or any irregular route and can generate a travel track graph in real time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a distance measuring system comprises a signal transmitter, a signal receiver, a measuring wheel, an electronic counter, an angle sensor, a data processing module and a display module,
the signal receiver, the electronic counter and the angle sensor are all connected with the data processing module, the signal receiver receives signals sent by the signal transmitter, converts the signals into electric signals and then transmits the electric signals to the data processing module, and the data processing module processes the electric signals to obtain ranging information; the electronic counter transmits the distance information of the measuring wheel to the data processing module, and the angle sensor transmits the angle information of the measuring wheel to the data processing module;
and the data processing module transmits the ranging information to the display module for display, or generates a traveling track graph of the measuring wheel in real time according to the distance information of the electronic counter and the angle information of the angle sensor, and draws the traveling track graph on the display module.
Preferably, the distance measuring system comprises a distance measuring device having a housing, the signal transmitter, the signal receiver and the data processing module are disposed in the housing, the measuring wheel is rotatably mounted to the housing, and the electronic counter is integrated with the measuring wheel.
Preferably, the display module is exposed on the first surface of the casing, and the measuring wheel protrudes from the casing.
Preferably, the data processing module marks the current travel track of the measuring wheel according to a pre-designed travel track map.
Preferably, the angle sensor is an electronic gyroscope, and the electronic gyroscope is connected to the data processing module.
Preferably, the data processing module is further configured to derive the generated measuring wheel travel track map, and the derived travel track map is in a dwg, dxf, pdf, jpg, gif or bmp format.
The invention also provides another technical scheme: a distance measuring system comprises distance measuring equipment and terminal equipment, wherein the distance measuring equipment internally integrates a signal receiver, a signal emitter, a measuring wheel and an electronic counter, the terminal equipment comprises a data processing module, wherein,
the distance measuring equipment or the terminal equipment also comprises a display module and an angle sensor, and the angle sensor is used for acquiring the angle information of the measuring wheel in the advancing process in real time;
the distance measuring equipment and the terminal equipment are respectively provided with a communication module for transmitting data in the distance measuring equipment to the terminal equipment;
the signal receiver receives signals sent by the signal transmitter, converts the signals into electric signals and then transmits the electric signals to the data processing module for processing to obtain distance measuring information, the data processing module transmits the distance measuring information to the display module to be displayed, or a traveling track graph of the measuring wheel is generated in real time according to the distance information of the electronic counter and the angle information of the angle sensor, and the traveling track graph is drawn on the display module.
Preferably, the data processing module includes a memory for storing a pre-designed travel track map, and the data processing module marks the current travel track of the measuring wheel according to the pre-designed travel track map.
Preferably, the communication module is a wireless communication module or a wired communication module, and the interface of the wired communication module is: RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI or CAN; the communication mode of the wireless communication module is as follows: bluetooth, WIFI, Zigbee, or RF communication.
Preferably, the terminal device is a smartphone, tablet, computer or handset.
Preferably, the terminal device further includes a cloud server networked with the terminal device, the cloud server is configured to store and share data sent by the ranging system, and the data sent by the ranging system includes: ranging information, distance information of an electronic counter, angle information of an angle sensor, and/or a measuring wheel travel track map, and the ranging system can acquire a pre-designed travel track map from the cloud server.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can test straight lines, broken lines or any curves and the like, realizes the multifunction of the distance measuring equipment and improves the universality of the use of the distance measuring equipment.
2. The invention utilizes the data measured by the distance measuring equipment to generate the drawing of the advancing track on the terminal equipment in real time, thereby not only achieving the purpose of measuring the distance, but also generating the drawing of the advancing track in real time, and effectively improving the working efficiency.
3. The terminal equipment can also finish marking points or marking lines of a construction site, and can correct the traveling route in the marking process.
4. According to the invention, the distance measuring equipment is in wireless or wired communication with the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment is networked with the cloud server, so that the measured data of the distance measuring equipment can be automatically exported to the terminal equipment, the recording is convenient, the cloud storage is realized, the loss is never caused, meanwhile, the test data or the drawing can be shared to other projects or designers in real time, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention.
The distance measuring system disclosed by the invention can realize the equidistant measurement of a broken line or any curve or the area calculation of a closed graph on the basis of realizing the basic function of linear distance measurement; meanwhile, a drawing can be drawn according to actually measured data, and marks such as marked lines or marked points can be made according to the traveling track of the measuring wheel and the actual construction site guided by the existing drawing in real time.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a distance measuring system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a distance measuring device, in which asignal emitter 5, asignal receiver 4, ameasuring wheel 2, an electronic counter, an angle sensor, a data processing module and adisplay module 3 are integrated, the distance measuring device has a housing 1, thesignal emitter 5, thesignal receiver 4, the angle sensor (not shown) and the data processing module (not shown) are disposed in the housing, themeasuring wheel 2 is rotatably mounted on a side surface or a bottom surface of the housing 1, and a portion of the measuring wheel protrudes from the side surface or the bottom surface of the housing 1, but may be disposed on any other surface of the housing 1, the electronic counter is integrated on the distance measuring wheel, thedisplay module 3 is exposed on a surface of the housing, and a surface of the housing where thedisplay module 3 is disposed is perpendicular to or opposite to a surface of the housing where the measuring wheel is disposed, of course, thedisplay module 3 and thedistance measuring wheel 2 are not limited thereto, in general practice only, the two are not located on the same surface of the housing 1. The display module may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
Thesignal receiver 4 is connected with the data processing module and used for receiving the signal sent by thesignal transmitter 5, converting the signal into an electric signal and then transmitting the electric signal to the data processing module for processing to obtain ranging information; the electronic counter is integrated on themeasuring wheel 2 and connected with the data processing module, and is used for counting the number of the advancing wheels of themeasuring wheel 2 to obtain the distance information of the advancing route of themeasuring wheel 2 and transmitting the distance information to the data processing module for processing; the angle sensor is connected with the data processing module and used for acquiring the angle information of themeasuring wheel 2 in real time when the measuring wheel travels and transmitting the angle information to the data processing module for processing. The angle sensor can be an electronic gyroscope.
The data processing module transmits the processed ranging information to the display module for display, or receives the distance information from the electronic counter and the angle information from the angle sensor, and calculates according to the two information, so that a travel track diagram of the traveled route of themeasuring wheel 2 is drawn on the display module in real time, corresponding drawings in various formats are generated, the drawings can be derived, and the format of the generated drawings can be dwg, dxf, pdf, jpg, gif or bmp format and the like. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the diagrams are respectively a regular travel track diagram and an irregular continuous travel track diagram generated by the ranging system.
Thesignal emitter 5 and themeasuring wheel 2 can transmit data to the data processing module in a switching way, and of course, the electronic counter and the angle sensor of the signal emitter and the measuring wheel can also transmit data to the data processing module at the same time.
The embodiment of the invention utilizes the data measured by the distance measuring equipment 1 to generate the drawing of the advancing track on the LCD in real time, thereby achieving the purpose of measuring the distance, generating the drawing of the advancing track in real time and effectively improving the working efficiency.
The distance measuring system of the invention can also be used for marking or marking on a construction site. Specifically, the data processing module further comprises a memory and a prompting module, the memory is used for storing a pre-designed travel track map, the data processing module determines the current travel track of the measuring wheel according to the distance information and the angle information, and monitors the determined current travel track of the measuring wheel according to the pre-designed travel track map. When the current travel track of the measuring wheel deviates from the pre-designed travel track, the deviation between the current travel track and the pre-designed travel track map is output as deviation data. The deviation data can be, for example, angle and distance data that need to be adjusted to correct the current position of the measuring wheel to a pre-designed travel trajectory.
The memory in the data processing module of the embodiment of the invention can also be used for storing distance information, angle information and a generated travel track map, thereby facilitating subsequent calling.
The prompting module is used for receiving the deviation data and guiding a user to correct the current travel route of the measuring wheel by prompting the position and/or the distance according to the deviation data, marking points or marking lines can be arranged on the pre-designed travel track graph, and the prompting module can prompt or guide the user to mark points or marking lines on the travel route of the measuring wheel according to the marking points or the marking lines.
The distance measuring system disclosed by the other embodiment of the invention comprises distance measuring equipment and terminal equipment, wherein a signal transmitter, a signal receiver, a measuring wheel and an electronic counter are integrated in the distance measuring equipment, the terminal equipment comprises a data processing module, and the distance measuring equipment or the terminal equipment also comprises an angle sensor and a display module, wherein the angle sensor is used for acquiring the angle information of the measuring wheel in the process of traveling in real time. The distance measuring equipment is provided with a shell, a signal emitter and a signal receiver are arranged in the shell, a measuring wheel is rotatably arranged on the side face or the bottom face of the shell, part of the measuring wheel protrudes out of the side face or the bottom face of the shell, the measuring wheel can be arranged on any other face of the distance measuring equipment, and an electronic counter is integrated on the measuring wheel. The display module may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
The signal transmitter, the signal receiver, the electronic counter, the angle sensor and the terminal equipment are all provided with communication modules, and through the communication modules, the signal receiver receives signals sent by the signal transmitter, converts the signals into electric signals and sends the electric signals to the data processing module for processing to obtain ranging information; the measuring wheel sends the distance information of the electronic counter and the angle information of the angle sensor to the data processing module. In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication module may be a wireless communication module, such as bluetooth, WIFI, Zigbee, or RF communication; the module CAN also be a wired communication module, such as RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI or CAN, etc. The angle sensor can be an electronic compass which is arranged in the measuring wheel and connected with the electronic counter, and can also be an electronic gyroscope which is arranged in the terminal equipment and connected with the data processing module.
The data processing module transmits the ranging information to the LCD for display, or receives the distance information from the electronic counter and the angle information from the angle sensor, and calculates according to the distance information and the angle information of the measuring wheel, so that a travel track diagram of the traveled route of themeasuring wheel 2 is drawn on the LCD in real time, corresponding drawings in various formats are generated, the drawings can be derived, and the format of the generated drawings can be dwg, dxf, pdf, jpg, gif or bmp and the like. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the diagrams are respectively a regular travel track diagram and an irregular continuous travel track diagram generated by the ranging system.
The signal transmitter, the electronic counter of the measuring wheel and the angle sensor transmit data to the data processing module in a switchable manner. Of course, the electronic counter and the angle sensor of the signal transmitter and the measuring wheel can also simultaneously transmit data to the data processing module.
The embodiment of the invention utilizes the data measured by the distance measuring equipment to generate the drawing of the advancing track on the LCD of the terminal equipment in real time, thereby achieving the purpose of measuring the distance, generating the drawing of the advancing track in real time and effectively improving the working efficiency.
The distance measuring system of the invention can also be used for marking or marking on a construction site. The terminal equipment in the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a computer or a handset.
The ranging system of the present invention may further include a cloud server, the terminal device is networked with the cloud server, the cloud server is configured to store and share data sent by the terminal device, and the data may include: the distance measuring system comprises distance measuring information, distance information of an electronic counter, angle information of an angle sensor and/or a travel track diagram of a measuring wheel, and the terminal equipment can acquire a pre-designed travel track diagram from a cloud server. Therefore, the stored data can be called in real time, the test data or the drawing is shared by other engineering personnel, and the working quality and the working efficiency are effectively improved. After the travel track graph generated by the data processing module is uploaded to the cloud server, the travel track graph becomes an available preset travel track graph.
