The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the outer sealing member neglected loading detection assembly which can detect whether the outer sealing member is neglected to be loaded or not and has good assembly sealing performance.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the leakage detection assembly for the outer sealing member comprises a frame and a leakage detection machine seat, wherein a leakage detection contact is arranged at the top of the leakage detection machine seat, the leakage detection contact is connected with a leakage detection jacking power source through a leakage detection adjusting block, and an assembly re-compression assembly is arranged on the frame and above the leakage detection machine seat and the leakage detection contact.
The rotary disc type outer sealing piece conveying assembly is arranged on the frame and at the side edge of the leak detection machine seat, and comprises a plurality of outer sealing piece positioning sleeves, an anti-jamming material guide seat is arranged on the frame and below the outer sealing piece positioning sleeves serving as outlet stations, and the top surface of the anti-jamming material guide seat is provided with an ascending slope from bottom to top.
After the structure is adopted, the assembly of the back pressure assembly works to press down a finished filter product, and the leakage detection jacking power source works to jack up a leakage detection contact, if the leakage detection contact is effectively contacted with an external sealing piece at the bottom of the filter to cause no power on, the external sealing piece is successfully assembled; if the leak detection contact does not contact the seal and the seal is energized, the outer seal is not successfully assembled (i.e., a missing package). The effective assembly of the outer sealing member is completed through effective leak detection, the leak detection efficiency is high, the assembly yield is high, and the sealing effect is good, so that the product quality of the filter is improved.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the leak detection assembly 5 for an external packing used for producing a filter of the present invention comprises a frame 1 and a leak detection base 54, wherein a leak detection contact 51 is installed at the top of the leak detection base 54, the leak detection contact 51 is connected with a leak detection jacking power source 53 (which can be a leak detection jacking cylinder) through a leak detection adjusting block 52, and an assembly pressure-restoring assembly 6 (including an assembly pressure-restoring cylinder) is installed on the frame 1 and above the leak detection base 54 and the leak detection contact 51. A rotary disc type outer packing conveying assembly 4 is arranged on the frame 1 and at the side edge of the leak detection base 54, the rotary disc type outer packing conveying assembly 4 comprises a plurality of outer packing positioning sleeves 45 (comprising positioning seats), an anti-seizing material guide seat 47 is arranged on the frame 1 and below the outer packing positioning sleeves serving as the outlet stations C, and the top surface of the anti-seizing material guide seat 47 is provided with an ascending slope 50 from bottom to top (from left to right).
The full-automatic outer-packing assembly machine comprises a rotary table type clamping component 2 (in intermittent rotary motion), a rotary table type outer-packing conveying component 4 (in intermittent rotary motion) is arranged on a frame 1 and at the side edge of the rotary table type clamping component 2, an assembly pressing component 3 (comprising an assembly pressing cylinder) is arranged on the frame 1 and above an outer-packing assembly position D between the rotary table type clamping component 2 and the rotary table type outer-packing conveying component 4, and an assembly pressing component 46 (comprising an assembly pressing cylinder) is arranged on the frame 1 and below the assembly pressing component 3 (also below an outer-packing positioning sleeve of an assembly station B); an outer packing missing detection component 5 is arranged on the side (next procedure) of an outer packing assembly position between the rotary disc type clamping component 2 and the rotary disc type outer packing conveying component 4 on the frame 1, and an assembly re-compression component 6 (comprising an assembly re-compression cylinder) is arranged on the frame 1 and above the outer packing missing detection component 5.
The feeding conveyor belt 10 and the discharging conveyor belt 11 are correspondingly arranged on the frame 1 and at the front and rear parts below the rotary disc type clamping assembly 2 in sequence, and the discharging conveyor belt 11 is provided with an outer sealing part neglected loading removing assembly 8 (comprising an outer sealing part neglected loading removing cylinder).
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the rotary disc type outer packing conveying assembly 4 comprises a plurality of outer packing positioning sleeves 45, an outer packing lower pressing plate 44 is installed on the frame 1 and above the outer packing positioning sleeves serving as the inlet station a, the outer packing lower pressing plate 44 is connected with an outer packing lower pressing power source 40, an outer packing pushing assembly 43 is installed on the frame 1 and adjacent to the outer packing positioning sleeves serving as the inlet station a, and a storage cylinder 42 is installed on the outer packing pushing assembly 43; an outer packing feeding table 41 is arranged at the top of the storage cylinder 42, an outer packing blanking air blowing block 49 is arranged on the outer packing feeding table 41 and near the storage cylinder, and the outer packing feeding table 41 is externally connected with the vibration disk 9. A filter positioning block 48 is mounted on the frame 1 above the outer packing positioning sleeve as the assembly station B (i.e., the outer packing assembly D). The rotary table type clamping assembly 2, the rotary table type outer sealing member conveying assembly 4, the assembly pressing assembly 3, the assembly upper top assembly 46, the outer sealing member neglected loading detection assembly 5, the assembly re-pressing assembly 6, the outer sealing member pushing assembly 43, the outer sealing member pressing power source 40 and the outer sealing member neglected loading removing assembly 8 are respectively and electrically connected with a microcomputer control assembly 7 (comprising a man-machine operation display screen) and are regulated and controlled in a unified mode.
Referring to the drawings, the working principle of the invention and the assembly of the outer sealing member is as follows: firstly, semi-finished products of the filter (the bottom of the semi-finished products is downward, the outer sealing pieces are not assembled) are sent to the rotary table type clamping assembly 2 by the feeding conveyor belt 10, then the semi-finished products are clamped by the clamping mechanical arm to be rotated and conveyed, meanwhile, the outer sealing pieces are sent to the outer sealing piece feeding table 41 through the vibrating plate 9, the outer sealing pieces are blown and stopped by the outer sealing piece blanking blowing block 49, the outer sealing pieces sequentially fall into the storage cylinder 42 one by one, the outer sealing pieces at the bottommost part of the storage cylinder fall into the outer sealing piece positioning sleeve of the inlet station A by being pushed by the outer sealing piece pushing assembly 43, the outer sealing piece pressing power source 40 drives the outer sealing piece pressing plate 44 to effectively position the outer sealing pieces, and then the outer sealing pieces are rotated and conveyed.
When the rotary disc type clamping assembly 2 brings a semi-finished filter product and the rotary disc type outer sealing piece conveying assembly 4 drives the outer sealing piece to rotate to an outer sealing piece assembling position D at the same time, the rotary transmission is temporarily stopped, at the moment, the semi-finished filter product is positioned first by working of the positioning block 48, the semi-finished filter product is pressed down by working of the assembling pressing assembly 3, and the outer sealing piece is jacked up by working of the assembling jacking assembly 46, so that the outer sealing piece is just assembled at the bottom of the semi-finished filter product and is connected with a proper position of the screw sealing plate. Then, the rotary disc type clamping assembly 2 carries the finished filter product to rotate to the position between the outer sealing member neglected loading detection assembly 5 and the assembly re-pressing assembly 6, the rotation transmission is temporarily stopped again, the assembly re-pressing assembly 6 works to press the finished filter product down, the leakage detection jacking power source 53 of the outer sealing member neglected loading detection assembly 5 works to jack up the leakage detection contact 51, and if the leakage detection contact 51 effectively contacts the outer sealing member to cause non-energization, the outer sealing member assembly is successful; if the leakage detecting contact 51 does not contact the outer sealing member to lead to power on, the outer sealing member is assembled unsuccessfully (namely, neglected loading), and the unqualified filter is removed by the outer sealing member neglected loading removing assembly 8 on the discharging conveyor belt 11. At this time, when the outer packing positioning sleeve with the outer packing is rotated to the outlet station C, the outer packing with the leak-packing is slowly ejected out from the outer packing positioning sleeve by an upward slope 50 from bottom to top (from left to right and from inside to outside) on the top surface (top) of the anti-seizing guide 47.
