Background
The stool is a seat without a backrest, the chair is a seat with a backrest, and the prior stools or chairs are provided with folding structures for convenient storage and taking, and the folding parts mainly consist of supporting legs and a supporting frame. Other chairs have various functions and purposes, are convenient to use and carry, and can be mutually converted among a chair, a stool and a table; such as application number 420223318.1 disclosed in Chinese patent literature, granted bulletin date 4.10.08, utility model name "multifunctional simple chair"; the simple chair comprises a seat body and a backrest body, wherein the backrest body is in a flat plate shape, and the seat body comprises the seat body and support legs below the seat body; the seat body is connected with the backrest body through a connecting piece, the connecting piece is formed by hinging two sections of supporting rods, the connecting piece is hinged with the backrest body, two hinged parts are respectively provided with an angle rotation fixing device, one section of supporting rod of the connecting piece is hinged with the backrest body, the other section of supporting rod of the connecting piece is detachably connected with the seat body, the supporting foot is provided with an extending foot, and the structure between the extending foot and the supporting foot is adjustable. But the folding design structure of the supporting legs of the product and the like is not good enough, and the storage and the carrying are inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a combined type folding table and chair and a using method thereof for the field, so that the technical problems that the existing similar products are inconvenient to store and carry and the folding structure is not good enough are solved. The purpose is realized by the following technical scheme.
A combined type folding table and chair comprises a seat plate, hinge pins and a hinge frame, wherein the hinge frame is arranged at the bottom of the seat plate, one end of each hinge pin is connected with the hinge frame, and the hinge pins are hinged in an X shape; the seat is characterized in that the seat plate is provided with a pipe hole, one end of the support frame at the two sides of the backup plate component is inserted into the pipe hole of the seat plate, pipe locking parts are arranged at the two sides of the seat plate, and the pipe locking parts penetrate through the seat plate and are locked with the support frame in the pipe hole; the other end of support frame is connected with the backup plate through leaning on the piece, and the support frame is equipped with the latch fitting with the junction that leans on the piece, and the support frame includes leans on the pipe and leans on the pipe down, leans on the pipe on and leans on under and between the pipe through lower latch fitting to be connected, and the backup plate subassembly includes support frame, backup plate, goes up the latch fitting and latch fitting down. Therefore, on the basis of having the functions of a double-layer table, a table and stool integrated chair and the like, the folding table and chair can be folded, stored and taken and is convenient to carry and use through the structure of the hinge pins; meanwhile, the folding table and chair can be conveniently used as a chair through the pipe locking piece, or a backup plate assembly can be rapidly assembled and disassembled.
A frame locking piece is arranged in a frame piece protruding from one side of the hinged frame, the frame locking piece is positioned below the seat plate and above the seat plate in a buckling state of the supporting legs, the frame locking piece comprises a spring and a locking pin, and a locking hole is correspondingly arranged on the hinged frame of the locking pin; or the frame locking piece adopts a V-shaped spring plate structure, namely a bulge at one end of the V-shaped spring plate extends out of the lock hole; the upper leaning tube is designed to be telescopic; the lower leaning tube or the lower leaning tube is sleeved in the hinge pin. When the hinged legs are unfolded to form the folding stool for use, the hinged legs are further fixed through the frame locking pieces, so that the hinged legs cannot be folded and folded in the use process of the folding stool or the chair, and the folding stool or the chair is safer to use. Only when the frame locking piece is unlocked, the hinge foot can be folded and folded, so that the frame is convenient to move, and the occupied space is saved. The frame locking piece is positioned below the seat plate and above the seat plate in a supporting leg buckling state, and the tail part of the frame locking piece is a pull ring or is of an arc-shaped structure, so that people can use the frame locking piece conveniently. The support frame of the backup plate is inserted into the hinged legs, and the hinged legs can be designed into folding structures or non-folding structures according to actual requirements.
The bottom of the seat plate is provided with supporting legs, the supporting legs are buckled and fixed on the seat plate through pipe buckles, and the supporting legs are provided with pipe sleeves; when the backup plate component is detached from the seat plate, the lower backup tube at one end of the supporting frame is inserted into the tube sleeve of the supporting leg. Thereby the backup plate component is combined with the supporting leg to be used as a desk, a drawing board and a reading desk.
A sleeve knob is arranged at the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve, one end of the sleeve knob penetrates into the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve, and the sleeve knob is a hand-screwed screw; the sleeve knob is replaced by a sleeve wrench, a sleeve opening of the sleeve is provided with a broken opening, the opening is symmetrically provided with lock lugs, and the sleeve wrench is arranged on the lock lugs; and then a sleeve knob and a sleeve wrench are omitted, and a pipe orifice knob is arranged at the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve. Therefore, the lower leaning tube is locked on the tube sleeve through the tube opening knob, and the principle of the telescopic rod is similar to that of the existing telescopic rod. Namely, the sleeve of the supporting leg is matched with a hand-screw, a wrench or a pipe orifice knob, so that the sleeve and the lower leaning tube are connected and fastened. The pipe sleeve and the supporting leg are fixed through screws or rivets; meanwhile, in order to further ensure that the pipe sleeve is tightly matched with the backup plate component, the prior technical scheme that the taper fit is designed in the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve and the like can be adopted for processing.
The upper locking piece and the lower locking piece are provided with a spanner, a spanner matching gasket, a leaning piece, pipe pieces, an elastic gasket, a metal gasket and a nut, the pipe pieces which are mutually overlapped and connected realize quick positioning and rotation through an arc-shaped sliding groove hole, a sliding pin, a taper hole and a taper pin, and the pipe pieces are adjusted through the spanner; the spanner is replaced by a knob, and a positioning rotating structure between the arc-shaped sliding groove hole and the sliding pin is replaced by a clamping fixing structure between the positioning pin and the duct piece, so that the positioning is realized through the inner positioning of the duct piece and the outer positioning of the duct piece. The folding table and chair adopts the specific rapid positioning and rotating structure, and can also be realized by adopting the structural forms of a knob positioning connecting sheet, an endless tooth surface connecting sheet and the like, and an elastic gasket with proper elasticity is arranged between two pipe sheets in a locking piece, so that the rotation of a backup plate and the adjustment of a spanner are facilitated. The elastic gasket is a rubber gasket, a silica gel gasket or an elastic gasket, the strength of the elastic gasket is adjusted through a check screw at the tail part, and a metal gasket is arranged between the check screw and the elastic gasket or added between the check screw and the elastic gasket, so that the elastic effect is better; or the metal gasket and the rubber gasket are combined into a whole. The connection mode between the duct piece and the leaning tube is welding, screw connection and fixation, or the duct piece is formed by punching the leaning tube; the clamping fixing structure of the positioning pin segment is used for positioning the inner part of the segment and the outer part of the segment; the design is specifically based on actual needs. The inside of the pipe piece is positioned, namely: positioning is carried out by matching an arc-shaped sliding groove hole in the duct piece with a sliding pin, a taper hole and a taper pin; and (4) positioning the outer parts of the pipe pieces, namely, making limiting points on the outline edges of the outer parts of the two pipe pieces for limiting. The limiting point is formed by bending or stamping and other processing technologies, so that the two pipe pieces are limited.
The upper locking piece comprises a leaning piece wrench, a leaning piece and a first pipe piece, a connecting rod of the leaning piece wrench sequentially penetrates through a nut, a metal gasket, an elastic gasket, the first pipe piece, the leaning piece and a wrench matching gasket to be connected with the wrench of the leaning piece wrench, the connecting rod or a rotating shaft is provided with an arc-shaped sliding slot hole on one side of a central hole of the first pipe piece, two conical taper pins are arranged on the other side corresponding to the two ends of the arc-shaped sliding slot hole, the leaning piece is provided with a positioning hole and a sliding pin, the arc-shaped sliding slot hole of the first pipe piece corresponds to the sliding pin of the leaning piece, and the two conical taper pins of the first pipe piece correspond to the two positioning holes of the leaning piece; the lower locking piece comprises an leaning frame wrench, a third pipe piece and a second pipe piece, a connecting rod of the leaning frame wrench sequentially penetrates through a nut, a metal gasket, an elastic gasket, the second pipe piece, the third pipe piece, a wrench matching gasket and the leaning frame wrench, the connecting rod or a rotating shaft is arranged, an arc sliding groove hole is formed in one side of a center hole of the second pipe piece, two conical taper pins are arranged on the opposite sides corresponding to the two ends of the arc sliding groove hole, a positioning hole and a sliding pin are formed in the third pipe piece, the arc sliding groove hole of the second pipe piece corresponds to the sliding pin of the third pipe piece, and the two conical taper pins of the second pipe piece correspond to the two positioning holes of the third pipe piece. The upper locking piece is provided with more than three relative rotation angles, namely, the backup plate of the backup plate component and the support frame at least respectively form three states of parallel, two-direction inclination and vertical; when the locking piece is convenient to release, the backup plate is quickly positioned and rotated through the locking piece, so that the backup plate reaches the angle of the required use state. The lower locking piece is provided with three relative rotation angles, namely a backup plate of the backup plate component and a seat plate respectively form three states of a backup chair, an up-down parallel state and a horizontal parallel state; when the structure is convenient for loosening the lower locking piece, the backup plate is quickly positioned and rotated through the lower locking piece, so that the backup plate and the seat plate are in a required use state.
The spherical pin, the positioning inserted pin or the replacing taper pin; the matching and positioning modes among the pipe pieces can be interchanged; or the number of the arc-shaped sliding groove holes, the sliding pins, the taper holes and the taper pins is increased; the taper hole taper pin is matched and positioned or replaced by end face teeth which are matched and positioned mutually, the end face teeth are wave-shaped teeth, and the end face teeth are matched with a positioning chute; the middle opening of the wrench is designed to be matched with the wrench connecting shaft, or the shape of the wrench is matched with the wrench matching gasket. The number, shape, processing technique and size of the taper pins and the chutes on the duct pieces in the upper locking piece and the lower locking piece are designed according to the actual requirements. The matching and positioning modes between the pipe pieces can be interchanged, namely, the matching design scheme between the first pipe piece and the leaning piece and between the second pipe piece and the third pipe piece in the upper locking piece and the lower locking piece can also be interchanged. The number of the arc-shaped sliding groove holes, the sliding pins, the taper holes and the taper pins is increased; the firmness of the product is increased according to actual needs. The taper hole taper pin is matched and positioned or replaced by end face teeth which are matched and positioned mutually, the end face teeth are wave-shaped teeth, and the end face teeth are matched with a positioning chute; and rotating different angles according to requirements to respectively make different technical scheme selections. The middle opening of the wrench is designed to be matched with the wrench connecting shaft, or the shape of the wrench is matched with the wrench matching gasket; the wrench can be positioned in a compression state and a loosening state, so that the convenience and the safety of use are ensured; the connecting shaft may also be a rotating shaft. The shape and the size of the wrench are determined according to actual conditions, and the wrench is riveted or screwed with the connecting shaft.
The spanner, the backup plate and the upper backup pipe rotate simultaneously or independently. If the locking piece is independently rotated, the position of the backup piece wrench is always parallel to the backup plate in the upper locking piece. The first specific embodiment thereof: lean on a spanner to cooperate the piece of leaning on of gasket fixed connection in the backup plate outside through the spanner, the backup plate drives and leans on the piece, leans on the piece to drive the U-shaped gasket, and the U-shaped gasket drives and leans on a spanner to rotate jointly. The tube locking piece is arranged in a sliding hole at the outer side edge of the seat plate communicated with the tube hole, at least one positioning hole is arranged below the support frame at the tube locking piece and close to the tube, a metal sheet is arranged in the positioning hole, the positioning hole is limited in the sliding hole by arranging a spring and a marble, and the marble slides and abuts through the tube locking piece to enable the marble to be separated from the sliding hole; the spring and the marble are replaced by a spring plate, one end of the spring plate is provided with a stamping bulge serving as the marble, the spring plate is arranged in the lower leaning tube in a V-shaped bending mode, and the stamping bulge extends out of the positioning hole; the marble extending out of the positioning hole is positioned at one end of the sliding hole of the seat plate, and the pipe locking piece is positioned at the other end of the sliding hole of the seat plate; the pipe locking piece adopts a pipe sliding button or a pipe pushing button, and the pipe locking piece is of a button structure; when the pipe locking piece adopts the pipe sliding button, the opening is arranged below the sliding hole, the pipe sliding button is arranged in the sliding hole of the seat plate through the sliding block piece, and when the pipe locking piece adopts the pipe pushing button, one end of the pipe pushing button is tilted and extends out of the sliding hole. Thereby pushing the pipe locking piece in the slide hole to the marble position, the pipe locking piece is pressed against the marble and retracted into the lower leaning pipe, and the leaning plate component can be pulled out of the seat plate; the marble is bounced into the rest slide hole on one side of the slide hole, and the leaning component can be fixed on the seat plate. When the chair is used, whether the marble is positioned with the seat plate can be judged by only checking whether the marble is popped up from the side edge of the seat plate. When used in the chair state, the lock knob needs to be opened with a force in the direction opposite to that of the backrest plate. If the height of the positioning hole is thin, the edge of the positioning hole is injected into the seat plate by a metal sheet so that the positioning hole cannot deform; if the height of locating hole is thicker, then as long as design marble, slide button, locating hole mutually support, realize the regulation can. When the pipe locking piece is arranged to be of a button structure, the pipe locking piece can be adjusted only by pressing, and the same functions of a pipe sliding button or a pipe pushing button can be achieved. The shape and the number of the pipe locking pieces can be determined according to actual needs; simultaneously, the locating hole that leans on the pipe down sets up many places for the backup plate subassembly uses more firmly, and the length adjustability that leans on the pipe to stretch out the seat is more down.
The seat plate at the pipe locking piece is provided with a pipe locking button and a wrench assembly, the connecting position between the lower backrest pipe of the backrest and the seat body can be adjusted, and different positions can be fixed; more than one place can be designed for the tube lock piece and the marble at the side of the seat plate, and the inverted leading angle of the marble is arranged at the tube opening of the seat plate. When the seat plate at the pipe locking piece is provided with the pipe locking button and the wrench assembly, the pipe locking button adopts a hand-screwed screw, and the screw of the pipe locking button penetrates through the seat plate to abut against a lower leaning pipe in the hole of the seat plate; the wrench assembly comprises a wrench and auxiliary parts such as a locking lug or a pipe sleeve, and the assembly can be designed at the rear end of the seat plate. Namely, the design scheme of the pipe sleeve and the wrench which are positioned on the supporting leg can also be arranged on the seat plate. Above-mentioned technical scheme can all further strengthen the connection and the fixed of backup plate subassembly and seat, and the connection position between the pipe of leaning on of backup plate and the pedestal is adjustable, and different positions department can fix simultaneously. More than one pipe locking piece and marble at the side of the seat plate can be designed; the further reinforcement is realized, the adjustment of multiple distances is realized, and the connecting position between the leaning pipe of the leaning plate and the seat body is adjustable. The pipe orifice of the seat plate is provided with an inverted lead angle of the marble, thereby promoting the marble to be inserted into the pipe hole of the seat plate.
Or the lower leaning tube and the tube opening of the seat plate are locked through buckling or deformation fit or taper fit, and a spring is arranged in the tube hole of the seat plate. The lower leaning tube and the orifice of the seat plate are locked through a buckle or deformation fit or taper fit; the shaking between the lower leaning tube and the seat plate is prevented and the safety is further ensured. The buckle structure matched with the seat plate in a concave-convex mode is designed on the lower leaning tube, and when the lower leaning tube is inserted into the tube hole of the seat plate, the buckle can be matched. The deformation design of the lower leaning tube and the seat plate means that an opening can be arranged in the tube hole of the seat plate, so that the deformation clamping effect of the lower leaning tube and the seat plate can be conveniently realized. The lower leaning tube and the seat plate are designed to be in taper fit, namely, two sections or one end of the tube hole of the lower leaning tube and the seat plate are provided with tapers, and the two sections or one section of the lower leaning tube are provided with tapers which are in close fit; the pipe hole and the lower leaning pipe are fixed through rubber contact. The inside or be equipped with the spring of tube hole of seat, if the backup plate under the condition fixed with the marble cooperation, the spring can pop out the backup plate backward, just can't form the chair under the user state, security when further having guaranteed the arm-chair user state.
When one end of the support frame of the backup plate assembly is inserted into the tube hole of the seat plate, the angle of the backup plate is adjusted through the upper locking piece and the lower locking piece; when the back plate is inclined, the folding table and chair can be used as a chair; the backrest plate is vertically parallel to the seat plate, and when the backrest plate is positioned at one side, the folding table and chair is used as a table and chair integrated chair with a table top; the back plate is vertically parallel to the seat plate, and when the back plate is positioned above the seat plate, the folding table and chair can be used as a double-layer table; when the back plate is horizontally parallel to the seat plate, the hinge pins and the back plate component of the folding table and chair can be folded and folded simultaneously; when the back plate assembly is detached, the folding table and chair can be used as a folding stool.

The backrest plate component is detached from the seat plate or detached from the supporting legs, the upper locking piece and the lower locking piece are used for adjusting the backrest plate to be parallel to the lower backrest tube of the supporting frame up and down, the supporting frame is Z-shaped, and the backrest plate component of the folding table and chair is used as a computer desk for a bed.
The invention has reasonable structure design, multiple functions and purposes, convenient use, access and carrying, and good stability and safety; the folding stool is suitable for being used as an arm-chair, a table-stool integrated chair and a double-layer table with a folding structure, the detached arm-chair assembly and the supporting legs are combined to be used as a reading table, a drawing board and a table, the detached arm-chair assembly is used as a computer table for a bed, and the detached arm-chair assembly and the supporting legs of the folding table are used as a folding stool.

Detailed Description
The construction and use of the invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 11 and fig. 16, the folding table and chair includes aback plate 1, aseat plate 2, supportinglegs 3 and hingelegs 4, wherein the bottom of the seat plate is provided with a hinge frame, one end of each hinge leg is connected with the hinge frame, and the hinge legs are hinged in an X shape; the support frame comprises an upper leaning pipe and a lower leaning pipe, the upper leaning pipe and the lower leaning pipe are connected through the lower locking piece, and one end of the lower leaning pipe of the support frame is inserted into the pipe hole of the seat plate; the two sides of the seat plate are respectively provided with apipe locking piece 6 which passes through the seat plate and is locked with the supporting frame in the pipe hole; the upper locking piece of the other end close to the pipe is connected with the backup plate through the backup piece, the upper locking piece is arranged at the joint of the support frame and the backup piece, and the backup piece is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the backup plate. The bottom of the seat plate is provided with supportinglegs 3 which are buckled and fixed on the seat plate through pipe buckles, and the supporting legs are provided withpipe sleeves 5; the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve is provided with asleeve knob 501, one end of the sleeve knob penetrates into the sleeve opening of the pipe sleeve, and the sleeve knob is a hand-screwed screw. The pipe locking piece is arranged in a sliding hole at the outer side edge of the seat plate communicated with the pipe hole, a positioning hole is arranged below the supporting frame at the pipe locking piece and close to the pipe, a marble extending out of the positioning hole is positioned at one end of the sliding hole of the seat plate, and the pipe locking piece is positioned at the other end of the sliding hole of the seat plate.
