Background
Present intelligent wrist-watch is generally controlled through the button, also there is some intelligent wrist-watches that touch function appears, but because the surface of wrist-watch is glass openly mostly, the scope that can touch is very narrow and small, it is inconvenient also to make the user feel in the operation, experience is not good, because some IC of keeping apart the touch-control of direct purchase, and because the restriction of touch range and wrist-watch pointer, the pointer of intelligent wrist-watch can only set up hour hand and minute hand usually, it is not good enough to increase the touch behind the second hand, there is the phenomenon of touch failure. In order to solve the problems of poor touch feeling and touch failure, the applicant reasonably arranges the installation condition of the touch FPC by creative work in the previous application, and touch control can not fail even when a thicker glass shell or other thicker outer shells are used. Especially, aiming at the existing watch with more two or three hands, the thickness of the intelligent watch is inevitably increased by installing a plurality of hands on the hand shaft, and the technical problem of enlarging spaced touch can be well solved by the touch FPC with a large area.
However, the touch of the smart watch is achieved by sensing a change in capacitance value, and a capacitance value of the touch FPC is changed when a finger approaches the touch watch, so that a touch function is achieved. Through detection, it is found that although the distance of the spaced touch is greatly increased, partial negative effects are brought along with the distance, as shown in fig. 1, 101 is a metal pointer of the smart watch, 9 is a touch FPC with an enlarged area, when the structure of the mounting component is considered, an outer contour line of a part close to amovement cover plate 6 has a step turning along with an outer contour line of themovement cover plate 6, and a starting point position in the clockwise direction of the touch FPC is in a right-angle shape, when themetal pointer 101 rotates to the starting point right-angle position (a in the drawing) and a middle step turning position (B in the drawing) of the touch FPC in fig. 1, the touch FPC senses the metal pointer which can cause the screen to be bright, and the screen is bright.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following solutions according to the structure of the touch FPC:
the intelligent watch capable of preventing the metal pointer from mistakenly touching the screen is characterized in that the touch FPC is arranged on the right portion and the lower portion of the intelligent watch, and the right portion and the lower portion of the touch FPC are connected; when the metal pointer rotates, an angle of the metal pointer entering the touch FPC area is recorded as alpha 1, an angle of the metal pointer leaving the touch FPC area is recorded as alpha 2, the area S = f (alpha) of the metal pointer scanning the touch FPC is larger than alpha 1< alpha 2, and the area S is a smooth curve; the vertex angle of the touch FPC area at the entering section of the metal pointer and the vertex angle of the touch FPC area at the leaving section of the metal pointer are both smaller than or equal to 45 degrees.
Furthermore, the right part and the lower part of the touch FPC are connected and integrally formed.
Further, the touch FPC interlude is the ring shape, the entering section and the section of leaving of metal pointer are crescent, and the interlude is with the equal round chamfer in junction of the crescent of entering section and the section of leaving.
Further, the inside edge line of touching FPC, the centre of a circle that is close to the smart watch is the circular arc line, and the interlude of outside edge line is the circular arc line that the diameter is greater than the circular arc line of inside edge line, the outside edge line of the section of leaving of the entering section of metal pointer and metal pointer is the straight line the junction of the interlude of the outside edge line of the section of entering of metal pointer and outside edge line is the round chamfer, the junction of the outside edge line of the section of leaving of metal pointer and the interlude of outside edge line also is the round chamfer.
Further, be located the intelligence wrist-watch right part touch FPC is the crescent, is located intelligence wrist-watch lower part touch FPC is the square shape of right angled triangle extension, touch FPC's right angled edge is connected rectangular broadside, touch FPC's another broadside with in the crescent with the part that rectangular another broadside length equals is connected, above-mentioned right angled triangle and rectangular junction and rectangle and the equal radius angle of junction of crescent.
Through the technical scheme, when the metal pointer enters the area of the touch FPC, the swept area S is a smooth curve, and the screen cannot be touched by mistake.

As shown in fig. 1, when the pointer moves into the touch FPC area, a small capacitive plate is formed between the pointer and the FPC, and the capacitance value is C = epsilon 0 s/d, (epsilon is the dielectric constant of the medium between the plates, epsilon 0=1/4 pi k, k is the constant of the electrostatic force, d is the distance between the pointer and the touch FPC, and the distance is not changed, and s is the area of the pointer opposite to the FPC), taking clockwise rotation of the pointer as an example, when the pointer is not in the FPC area, s is 0, s increases immediately after the pointer moves into the FPC area, and when the pointer moves away from the FPC area, s becomes 0 again immediately, because the top end and the tail end of the FPC are square in shape and have a sudden change at the B position, and therefore, when the metal pointer moves to the position of the above sharp sudden change, a sudden change in capacitance value is generated, and a bright screen is generated.
As shown in fig. 2, the reason for generating the false touch screen is found, the shape of the touch FPC is changed, and the entry point and the exit point (i.e. the entry section and the exit section of the metal pointer entering the touch FPC) are smoothed, and it is found through experiments that the screen-lighting phenomenon is very likely to occur when the angle of the vertex of the entry point and the exit point is greater than 45 °, and therefore, the angle of the vertex of the entry point and the exit point needs to be less than or equal to 45 °, and more preferably, the false touch phenomenon is not generated when the angle of the vertex is less than or equal to 30 °.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, there is a B position in fig. 1, which generates a false touch screen due to the abrupt change of shape, and thus, the shape is also changed, so that the change of shape is slow and no abrupt change of step occurs.
Specifically, the angle of the metal pointer entering the touch FPC area is α 1, the angle of the metal pointer leaving the touch FPC area is α 2, and in one rotation cycle, the area S = f (α) of the metal pointer sweeping the touch FPC, α 1< α < α 2, and the area S (different from S above) is a smooth curve.
The smooth curve can be set in several forms:
1) The middle section of the touch FPC is in a circular ring shape, and the entering section and the leaving section of the metal pointer are in a crescent shape. The crescent-shaped joints of the middle section, the entering section and the leaving section are rounded and chamfered.
2) Touch FPC's being close to the inboard edge line of the centre of a circle of intelligent wrist-watch is the circular arc line, and the interlude of outside edge line is the circular arc line that the diameter is greater than the circular arc line of inboard edge line, the outside edge line of the section of leaving of the entering section of metal pointer and metal pointer is the straight line the junction of the outside edge line of the entering section of metal pointer and the interlude of outside edge line is the round chamfer the junction of the outside edge line of the section of leaving of metal pointer and the interlude of outside edge line also is the round chamfer.
3) Be located the intelligence wrist-watch right part touch FPC is crescent, is located intelligence wrist-watch lower part touch FPC is the square shape of right angled triangle extension, a right-angle side of touch FPC's right angled triangle connects rectangular broadside, touch FPC's another broadside of rectangle with in the crescent with the part that rectangular another broadside length equals is connected. The junction of the right triangle and the rectangle and the junction of the rectangle and the crescent are rounded.
The vertex angle of the touch FPC area at the entering section of the metal pointer and the vertex angle of the touch FPC area at the leaving section of the metal pointer are both smaller than or equal to 45 degrees, and of course, more preferably smaller than or equal to 30 degrees.
Through the technical scheme, when the metal pointer enters the area of the touch FPC, the swept area S is a smooth curve, and the screen cannot be touched by mistake.
