Background
With the development of science and technology, automatic production has become a trend. However, when using such a non-contact type detection device to detect and count products on a line, it is necessary to have a requirement for the cross section of the products, namely: the product is required to have a large reflective surface, and if the reflective surface of the product is small, the conveyor belt is usually transported at a high speed, in which case accurate counting of the product on the line is not possible with a non-contact detection device.
For example: in large bar or section steel production lines, for example, the edges of the angle steel are in the shape of lines, both from the side and from the vertical, and such small reflecting surfaces obviously do not allow the non-contact detection device to count the angle steel accurately. Therefore, conventional non-contact detection devices are not suitable for the counting detection requirements of rigid heavy small-section products.
