Aiming at the problems that the attention of a driver is not concentrated, the driver is easy to have driving risks due to the influence of factors such as road conditions and the like, the existing intelligent traffic systems can only give an alarm according to the independent driving conditions of the vehicle, and the optimal alarm control on the driving vehicle based on the comprehensive multi-aspect conditions under the vehicle networking architecture cannot be realized.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle-road cooperative intelligent traffic control system which considers more comprehensive factors and can play an intelligent warning control role in the driving process of an automobile in a monitoring road section.

the vehicle processing control module is connected with the in-vehicle short-distance communication module and used for calculating and processing the distance between the vehicle processing control module and the surrounding vehicle according to the position information of the surrounding vehicle; the brake is also respectively connected with a road surface humidity sensor and a brake deceleration auxiliary system;
when the distance between the vehicle and the surrounding vehicle is lower than a distance safety value or when the road surface humidity condition is lower than a road surface humidity safety value, the vehicle processing control module triggers an alarm to give an alarm;
when the distance between the vehicle and the surrounding vehicle is lower than a distance safety value, the road surface humidity condition is lower than a road surface humidity safety value and/or the vehicle speed is higher than a vehicle speed set value, the vehicle processing control module triggers the brake deceleration auxiliary system to decelerate;

Further, the analysis process includes:
judging whether the monitored road section has a congestion condition or not according to the speed and position conditions of the monitored vehicles, if the average speed of a certain number of vehicles in the monitored road section is lower than the set speed range of the monitored road section and the distance between the vehicles is equal to or lower than the set distance range, judging that the congestion condition occurs in the monitored road section, and sending an alarm signal to a vehicle processing control module of the vehicle.
In the traffic information processing control platform, if the speed exceeds the upper limit of the speed limit of the monitored road section by 10 percent, the speed data of the part is set as tracking information and alarm information is sent to a vehicle processing control module, and if the overspeed of the tracking information is still kept at the upper limit of the speed limit of the monitored road section by 10 percent within a certain time, the tracking information is sent to a traffic police department for alarm recording.

the road surface humidity sensor is used for monitoring the road surface humidity condition and transmitting the road surface humidity condition to the vehicle processing control module;
the speed sensor is used for monitoring the speed of the vehicle and transmitting the speed to the vehicle processing control module;
the vehicle processing control module is connected with the in-vehicle short-distance communication module and used for calculating and processing the distance between the vehicle processing control module and the surrounding vehicle according to the position information of the surrounding vehicle; the brake is also respectively connected with a road surface humidity sensor and a brake deceleration auxiliary system;
when the distance between the vehicle and the surrounding vehicle is lower than a distance safety value or when the road surface humidity condition is lower than a road surface humidity safety value, the vehicle processing control module triggers an alarm to give an alarm;

The analysis processing includes:
judging whether the monitored road section has a congestion condition or not according to the speed and position conditions of the monitored vehicles, if the average speed of a certain number of vehicles in the monitored road section is lower than the set speed range of the monitored road section and the distance between the vehicles is equal to or lower than the set distance range, judging that the congestion condition occurs in the monitored road section, and sending an alarm signal to a vehicle processing control module of the vehicle.

If the safety belt detection module detects that the driver does not wear the safety belt, the safety belt detection module sends alarm information to a vehicle processing control module of a corresponding vehicle, the vehicle processing control module triggers an alarm to carry out alarm reminding, and meanwhile, a system carries out alarm recording; if the video sensors of the two continuous monitoring road sections shoot that the safety belt is not worn by the vehicle driver, the vehicle processing control module triggers the braking and decelerating system to decelerate after receiving the warning signals that the safety belt is not worn twice.
The system also comprises a road light control unit used for controlling the time of traffic lights at the intersection; the road lamp control unit is connected with the traffic information processing control platform and used for receiving traffic light control signals sent by the traffic information processing control platform, and when congestion occurs in a monitored road section, the red light duration time is shortened compared with the normal road condition time.
