The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a spinal fixator transverse connection surgical instrument with a transverse connection hook having a certain angle and a certain range of motion.
Background
At present, the internal spinal fixation technology is widely applied to the treatment of diseases such as spinal degenerative diseases, spinal tumors, injuries and spinal infection, wherein a pedicle screw internal fixation system is mostly used, can effectively complete the three-column fixation of the spinal column, meets the biomechanical requirements of spinal fixation, and has become a common internal spinal fixation technology. The pedicle screw internal fixation system generally comprises a pedicle screw, a longitudinal spinal rod and a transverse connector, wherein the transverse connector is clinically matched with the pedicle screw and the longitudinal spinal rod for use, is an important component for three-column fixation, and is used for fixation of spinal fracture, correction and reduction of scoliosis and spondylolisthesis and reconstruction after resection of spinal tumors.
The Chinese patent application No. 201320035745.2, the limited patent literature of Weiman biomaterial in Tianjin, discloses a universal transverse connector for spinal internal fixation, which can realize the locking of a connecting rod with radian after molding by arranging a connecting hook slot and matching with a locking screw to form a three-grab structure. However, the transverse slot of the connecting hook has a great influence on the mechanical performance of the connecting hook, the universal structure presses the ball at the head of the universal transverse connecting rod through the locking screw to fix the ball in the locking process, the locking screw and the notch form a lever point at the head of the ball in the pressing process, and for the connecting hook with fragile mechanical performance, the slot of the connecting hook is easy to break and then fail in practical use.
The chinese patent application No. 201420450832.9, patent document of Shenzhen wolder surgical medical instrument technology Limited, discloses a transverse connector, which is not a universal structure, and the connector does not have a function of rotating at a certain angle, resulting in that the fixing effect of different planes and different angles is affected when the transverse connector and the longitudinal spinal rod are fixed in three dimensions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a universal transverse connector, two transverse connecting hooks of which can move and be adjusted within a certain angle range.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a universal transverse connector comprises two transverse connecting hooks and a transverse connecting rod, wherein the two transverse connecting hooks are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse connecting rod and are symmetrically arranged,
two ends of the transverse connecting rod are respectively provided with a ball head connecting piece;
each transverse connecting hook mainly comprises an upper holding claw and a lower holding claw, and the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw of each transverse connecting hook are fixedly installed and then provide a bayonet for clamping and fixing the rod body; wherein,
the ball head connecting piece, the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw are connected through a fastener; and, along the length direction of the fastener, an elastic member is provided at least at one of the following positions:
between the end of the fastener and the ball joint connector; or,
between the ball head connecting piece and the upper holding claw; or,
between the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the transverse connecting hook generates certain damping during multi-angle swinging and up-and-down grabbing movement through the arrangement of the elastic piece, and the universal transverse connector is more convenient and fast to three-dimensionally connect the longitudinal spinal rods and lock the longitudinal spinal rods at different angles due to the existence of the damping, so that the operation time can be saved; therefore, the invention not only realizes the stable adjustment of different angles, but also can realize the opening of the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw to a certain degree due to the arrangement of the elastic piece, so that the bayonet has larger arc radian, and the connecting rod can be connected more stably;
secondly, the transverse connecting hook is arranged into an upper holding claw part and a lower holding claw part, and the ball head connecting piece is arranged in the mounting groove of the upper holding claw, so that the ball head connecting piece is connected to the whole structure through a fastening piece, and the defect that the structure in the prior art is easy to cause failure after fracture is overcome.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a universal transverse connector, which comprises two transverse connecting hooks and a transverse connecting rod, wherein the two transverse connecting hooks are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse connecting rod and are symmetrically arranged,
two ends of the transverse connecting rod are respectively provided with a ball head connecting piece;
each transverse connecting hook mainly comprises an upper holding claw and a lower holding claw, and the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw of each transverse connecting hook are fixedly installed and then provide a bayonet for clamping and fixing the rod body; wherein,
the ball head connecting piece, the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw are connected through a fastener; and, along the length direction of the fastener, an elastic member is provided at least at one of the following positions:
between the end of the fastener and the ball joint connector; or,
between the ball head connecting piece and the upper holding claw; or,
between the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw.
According to the universal transverse connector, the elastic piece is arranged and the ball head connecting piece is combined, so that a certain angle of the transverse connecting hook is adjusted, and damping can be provided during adjustment, so that the universal transverse connector is more convenient and faster to three-dimensionally connect longitudinal spinal rods and lock different angles; and because the setting of elastic component, can make the opening between the lower and upper holding claw open the back reclosing to a certain extent to can realize the parcel of the arc opening that the upper and lower holding claw provided and radian about longitudinal spinal pole 2/3, can be connected with longitudinal spinal pole is firm by a large scale.
According to the universal transverse connector, the ball head connecting piece, the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw are connected through the fastening piece, and the structure can be as follows:
each ball head connecting piece is provided with a through hole which is communicated up and down;
each upper holding claw is provided with an installation groove, and the ball head connecting piece can be arranged in the installation groove;
holes are formed in the upper portion and the bottom of the mounting groove of each upper holding claw to form through holes;
each lower holding claw is provided with a screw groove or a screw hole from the upper part to the lower part; wherein,
each ball head connecting piece is arranged in a mounting groove of the upper holding claw corresponding to the ball head connecting piece, and the ball head connecting piece, the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw are connected together through a through hole in the ball head connecting piece, a through hole formed in the upper portion and the bottom of the mounting groove by the upper holding claw and a screw groove or a screw hole of the lower holding claw by the fastening piece. The connecting structure is simple to process and easy to connect.
In the universal transverse connector of the present invention, the elastic member may be a disc spring, or any other elastic member that performs a similar function.
The universal transverse connector of the invention is characterized in that the fastener is a locking screw or any other fastener capable of realizing similar functions.
According to the universal transverse connector, the ball head connecting piece comprises a ball head portion and a transverse connecting rod portion, the ball head portion is provided with the through hole, and the transverse connecting rod portion is connected with the ball head portion and the transverse connecting rod. The structure can better realize the connection between the transverse connecting rod and the transverse connecting hook.
According to the universal transverse connector, each upper holding claw is provided with an opening above the mounting groove, the size of the opening is smaller than that of the mounting groove, and the opening and the hole formed in the bottom of the upper holding claw form an upper passage and a lower passage. The size of the opening is smaller than that of the mounting groove, so that the ball head connecting piece can be firmly arranged in the mounting groove of the upper holding claw.
In the universal transverse connector, the surface of the upper holding claw, which is contacted with the lower holding claw, comprises a mutually matched inclined plane part close to the transverse connecting rod and a plane part positioned at the far end of the inclined plane part, the far end of the plane part of the upper holding claw is provided with an arc part of which the inner surface is an arc, the end surface of the lower holding claw, which corresponds to the far end of the plane part, is provided with an arc section, and the arc section of the lower holding claw and the arc of the arc part of the upper holding claw form a bayonet for clamping a rod body. The inclined plane part of the contact surface of the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw can enable the positioning between the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw to be more accurate and convenient.
According to the universal transverse connector, the transverse connecting rod is adjustable in length. The adjustable length enables the invention to be used in a variety of different situations where different requirements for length are imposed.
According to the universal transverse connector, the length of the transverse connecting rod can be adjusted through the following structure: the transverse connecting rod comprises a first transverse connecting rod piece and a second transverse connecting rod piece, a long groove allowing the second transverse connecting rod piece to slide in the first transverse connecting rod piece is formed in the middle of the first transverse connecting rod piece along the length direction of the first transverse connecting rod piece, and a locking screw for connecting the first transverse connecting rod piece and the second transverse connecting rod piece is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the first transverse connecting rod piece and the second transverse connecting rod piece.
According to the universal transverse connector, the length of the transverse connecting rod can be adjusted through the following structure: the transverse connecting rod comprises a first transverse connecting rod piece and a second transverse connecting rod piece, and the first transverse connecting rod piece and the second transverse connecting rod piece are connected through a nut and adjust the distance between the first transverse connecting rod piece and the second transverse connecting rod piece.
According to the universal transverse connector, the bayonet provided by the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw after being installed and fixed is 2/3 radians at most. The bigger radian bayonet socket can realize more firm parcel and chucking to the connective bar.
The invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1, the universal transverse connector of the present embodiment includes two transverse connecting hooks and a transverse connecting rod, the two transverse connecting hooks are respectively disposed at two ends of the transverse connecting rod and symmetrically disposed, wherein,
two ends of the transverse connecting rod are respectively provided with a ball head connecting piece; visible in fig. 1 is the ball joint 8 on the right;
each transverse connecting hook mainly comprises an upper holding claw 5 and a lower holding claw 6, and the upper holding claw 5 and the lower holding claw 6 of each transverse connecting hook are fixedly installed and then provide a bayonet for clamping and fixing a rod body, such as an arc bayonet shown at the end part of the left transverse connecting hook in fig. 1; wherein,
the ball head connecting piece 8, the upper holding claw 5 and the lower holding claw 6 are connected through a fastening piece, and in the embodiment, the fastening piece is a locking screw 2; further, an elastic member is provided at the following positions along the longitudinal direction of the locking screw 2: between the head of the locking screw 2 and the ball head connecting piece 8, in this embodiment, the elastic piece is a disc spring 3; or an elastic piece can be arranged between the ball head connecting piece and the upper holding claw; alternatively, an elastic member may be disposed between the upper clasping claw 5 and the lower clasping claw 6. Alternatively, the elastic member may be provided at any two or three of the above-mentioned three positions. Those skilled in the art can modify the number of fasteners provided in accordance with the teachings of the present invention without limiting the invention thereto.
In this embodiment, the structure that the ball head connecting piece 8, the upper holding claw 5 and the lower holding claw 6 are connected by the locking screw 2 is as follows:
each ball head connecting piece 8 is provided with a through hole 81 which is communicated up and down;
each upper holding claw is provided with an installation groove 51, and the ball head connecting piece 8 can be arranged in the installation groove 51;
each upper holding claw 5 is provided with an opening 52 above the mounting groove 51, the size of the opening 52 is smaller than that of the mounting groove 51, each upper holding claw 5 is provided with a hole (the hole is not visible in the drawing due to the view angle problem) at the bottom of the mounting groove 51, and the opening 52 and the hole form a passage which is communicated up and down;
each lower holding claw 6 is provided with a screw groove 61 from the upper part downwards, alternatively, the screw groove can also be a screw hole; wherein,
each ball head connecting piece 8 is arranged in the mounting groove 51 of the upper holding claw 5 corresponding to the ball head connecting piece 8, and the locking screw 2 connects the ball head connecting piece 8, the upper holding claw 5 and the lower holding claw 6 together through a through hole 81 in the ball head connecting piece 8, an opening 52 at the upper part of the mounting groove 5 and the hole at the bottom of the upper holding claw 5, and a screw groove 61 of the lower holding claw 6.
In this embodiment, a spacer 4 is further disposed between the disc spring 3 and the ball joint 8, and the shape of the spacer 4 is adapted to the opening 52 of the upper holding claw 5.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2(a) and 2(b), the cross link of the present embodiment is a length-adjustable cross link, and specifically, the cross link includes a first cross link member 7 and a second cross link member 1, a long groove 71 allowing the second cross link member 1 to slide therein is formed in the middle of the first cross link member 7 along the length direction thereof, and a locking screw 9 connecting the first cross link member 7 and the second cross link member 1 is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first cross link member 7 and the second cross link member 1. Referring to fig. 2(a) and 2(b), the first transverse link member 7 and the second transverse link member 1 are respectively provided with holes 72 and 12 for allowing the locking screw 9 to pass through.
The first transverse link member 7 and the second transverse link member 1 are provided with the ball joint connector 8 at one end thereof, respectively. Each ball head connecting piece 8 comprises a ball head part 82 and a transverse connecting rod part 83, the ball head part 82 is provided with the through hole 81, and the transverse connecting rod part 83 is connected with the ball head part 82 and the rod body of the transverse connecting rod piece.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the surface of the upper holding claw 5 contacting the lower holding claw 6 includes a mutually matched inclined surface portion adjacent to the cross link and a planar portion located at the far end of the inclined surface portion, the upper holding claw 5 has an arc portion whose inner surface is an arc at the far end of the planar portion, the lower holding claw 6 is provided with an arc section on the end surface corresponding to the far end of the planar portion, and the arc section of the lower holding claw 6 and the arc of the arc portion of the upper holding claw 5 form a bayonet of the clamping rod body.
In other embodiments, the length-adjustable cross link may have other configurations, such as a first cross link member and a second cross link member having external threads, and the first cross link member and the second cross link member are connected by a nut having internal threads in forward and reverse directions, so as to adjust the distance between the first cross link member and the second cross link member.
This embodiment is connected belleville spring, preforming, bulb connecting rod, is gone up to embrace the claw, is embraced the claw down through locking screw, realizes the multi-angle swing of horizontal company hook. The universal structure of the transverse connector of the embodiment realizes fixation of different planes and different angles, and the opening between the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw can be opened by a larger angle and restored to the original shape through the elastic connection of the disc spring, so that a bayonet with a larger circular arc can be provided, the larger area of the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw can be stably connected with the longitudinal spinal rod, and the upper holding claw and the lower holding claw can be wrapped by the left radian and the right radian of the longitudinal spinal rod 2/3; and due to the elastic connection structure of the disc spring, the transverse connection hook generates certain damping when swinging at multiple angles and moving the upper and lower holding claws, and the universal transverse connector is connected with the longitudinal spinal rod in a three-dimensional manner and is locked at different angles easily due to the existence of the damping, so that the operation time can be saved.
