To sum up, the position change of thetobacco tar bottle 3 is directly controlled by the tobaccotar bottle connector 2, so the position of thetobacco tar bottle 3 can be changed by changing the position of the tobaccotar bottle connector 2 relative to the inside of the fixingmember 4, and in the first embodiment, the tobaccotar bottle connector 2 is supported by theelastic member 5 to realize the relative stability of the tobaccotar bottle connector 2 at the certain position of the fixingmember 4 if thetobacco tar bottle 3 is normally completely accommodated in the electronic cigarette body, and in the second embodiment of the invention, theelastic member 5 is omitted, and the tobaccotar bottle connector 2 and theatomization assembly 100 are in relative fixed connection at the position of the sealingring 101, so the tobaccotar bottle connector 2 can be kept stable at the certain position if theatomization assembly 100 and the electronic cigarette body are designed to be relatively fixed.
Referring to fig. 8-10, in the second embodiment of the present invention, at least one elastic clamping mechanism 7 is disposed on the wall of the first accommodating chamber, and the wall of the first accommodating chamber may be the inner sidewall of the fixingmember 4, or may be another structure in the electronic cigarette body, such as the inner sidewall of theprotective sleeve 41 that also constitutes the wall of the first accommodating chamber. One end of the elastic clamping mechanism 7 is clamped on theatomization assembly 100 to realize the positioning of theatomization assembly 100, and theatomization assembly 100 is fixedly connected with the oilbottle connecting piece 2 in a nested manner, so that the positioning of the oilbottle connecting piece 2 is realized.
Referring to fig. 9, anannular groove 1150 is provided on theatomizer electrode 115 of theatomizing assembly 100, with reference to fig. 11, a through hole is provided at a position corresponding to theannular groove 1150 on a common chamber wall (i.e., on the separating portion of the large support) of the first accommodating chamber and the second accommodating chamber, the elastic clamping mechanism 7 is fixedly mounted in the through hole, and the elastic clamping mechanism 7 is clamped with theannular groove 1150, so as to stabilize the relative position of theatomizing assembly 100 in the electronic cigarette body. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the clamping of the elastic clamping mechanism 7 and theatomizer electrode 115 is realized, theelastic piece 5 and the atomization connecting piece 6 are cancelled, theelectrode fixing piece 8 is arranged for fixing theatomizer electrode 115, and thesuction nozzle 1 is not directly fixedly connected with any structure.
In this embodiment, theinner electrode 1151, the insulatingring 1152 and theouter electrode 1153 each include a disc-shaped base and a hollow extending portion formed by extending axially from the center of the base, the diameter of the disc is slightly smaller than the diameter of the first accommodating cavity, preferably, the diameters of theouter electrode 1153, the insulatingring 1152 and the base of theinner electrode 1151 are the same, the extending portion of theinner electrode 1151, the extending portion of the insulatingring 1152 and the extending portion of theouter electrode 1153 are sequentially sleeved, the atomizing connector 6, the base of theouter electrode 1153, the base of the insulatingring 1152, the base of theinner electrode 1151 and thesuction nozzle 1 are sequentially abutted, theannular grooves 1150 are respectively formed on the circumferential side walls of theinner electrode 1151 and theouter electrode 1153, and the section of eachannular groove 1150 is arc-.
It can be understood that, if the battery assembly and theatomization assembly 100 are coaxially arranged, that is, the electronic cigarette body only includes one accommodating cavity, the mounting hole may be a blind groove on the wall of the accommodating cavity, and under the condition that the battery assembly is fixedly connected with theatomization assembly 100, the elastic clamping mechanism 7 may also be designed to be fixed in a clamping manner with the battery assembly. Referring to fig. 11, the number of through holes for mounting the elastic engaging mechanism 7 is two. Each elastic clamping mechanism 7 comprises a shell 71, a second spring 72 and a stop 73; the contour of the housing 71 is not limited, the second spring 72 and the stopper 73 are accommodated in the housing 71, and the outer peripheral surface of the main body of the stopper 73 is fitted to the inner surface of the housing 71. Normally, the protrusion and theannular groove 1150 are locked, if thesuction nozzle 1 applies an axial acting force, a radial component force is generated after the protrusion arc surface is stressed, so that the second spring 72 is stressed and compressed, the stopper 73 moves towards the bottom of the housing 71, the protrusion is accommodated in the housing 71, theatomization assembly 100 loses the locking function, and the oilbottle connecting piece 2 is pushed to move in the fixing piece under the action of the axial force of thesuction nozzle 1. In this embodiment, the elastic engaging mechanism 7 not only can clamp theatomizing assembly 100, but also functions as an intermediate conductive member, thereby eliminating the process of welding the electronic wire to theatomizer electrode 115.
Although the pushing force of thesuction nozzle 1 can also be directly transmitted to theatomizer electrode 115 abutting against the suction nozzle, and theatomizer electrode 115 transmits the pushing force to the oilbottle connecting piece 2 through the connection at thesealing ring 101, the connection at thesealing ring 101 is inevitably loosened after the repeated execution of the method. Therefore, it is preferable to add anelectrode holder 8 for holding theatomizer electrode 115, and theelectrode holder 8 has a cylindrical shape with one end open and a through hole formed in the bottom thereof. The extension part of theouter electrode 1153 penetrates through a through hole in the bottom of theelectrode fixing member 8 and is fixedly nested in theelectrode fixing member 8 in an interference fit manner, the base of theouter electrode 1153 abuts against the bottom of theelectrode fixing member 8, and one end, far away from thesuction nozzle 1, of theelectrode fixing member 8 abuts against the oilbottle connecting member 2. When the oilbottle connecting piece 2 is pushed, theinner flange 12 and theouter flange 11 are abutted to limit the moving stroke of the oilbottle connecting piece 2 and thesuction nozzle 1. The fixed connection of theatomizing assembly 100 to thebottle connector 2 participates in the connection of theatomizing core 110 to thebottle connector 2 of the first embodiment described above. At this time, the pushing force of thesuction nozzle 1 is directly transmitted to theatomizer electrode 115 abutting against the suction nozzle, and theatomizer electrode 115 is mainly transmitted to the oilbottle connecting part 2 through theelectrode fixing part 8. Therefore, the connection at the packing 101 only plays a role of fixing the oilbottle connection member 2, and does not participate in the transmission of the thrust.
That is, in the second embodiment, thesuction nozzle 1, theatomizing assembly 100, theelectrode fixing member 8, the oilbottle connecting member 2, and thetobacco tar bottle 3 are sequentially connected and combined to form a movable assembly capable of moving in the first accommodating cavity, when thetobacco tar bottle 3 needs to be detached, thesuction nozzle 1 is directly pressed to separate the elastic clamping mechanism 7 from theatomizing assembly 100, the clamping position is removed, theelectrode fixing member 8 is pushed, the oilbottle connecting member 2 is pushed to expose thetobacco tar bottle 3 from the electronic cigarette body, and then thesuction nozzle 1 is rotated. In the second embodiment, after thetobacco tar bottle 3 is reassembled, thetobacco tar bottle 3 needs to be manually pushed into the fixingmember 4 until the click is heard, which indicates that the elastic clamping mechanism 7 is clamped with theatomization assembly 100.
