Background
At present, intelligent household equipment such as an intelligent air conditioner, an intelligent humidifier and the like generally performs intelligent control or adjustment on equipment operation parameters based on preset objective conditions. For example, when the intelligent humidifier detects that the indoor humidity value is low, all indoor personnel are considered to have humidification requirements, and therefore the humidification function is started to humidify; or when the intelligent air conditioner detects that the indoor temperature value is higher, all the indoor personnel are judged to have the refrigeration requirement, so that the refrigeration function is started to carry out refrigeration, and the like.
Therefore, when the existing intelligent household equipment is intelligently controlled or intelligently adjusted, subjective feeling and subjective demand of each person are not considered, the intelligent degree is low, and the user demand cannot be well met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention aims to provide an intelligent home control method and device and an intelligent home, aiming at effectively improving the intelligent degree of the intelligent home and further meeting the user requirements.
Therefore, the invention discloses the following technical scheme:

acquiring the state of each specific person;
determining an operation parameter value of the intelligent home based on the state of each specific person;
and controlling the smart home based on the operation parameter value.

determining the state weight and the equipment weight corresponding to each specific person based on the state change information of each specific person corresponding to the regulation of the operation parameters of the smart home within the historical time period;
and the position weight corresponding to each specific person is determined based on the equipment weight of each specific person to all smart homes in the preset area.
An intelligent home control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the state of each specific person;
the determining module is used for determining an operation parameter value of the intelligent home based on the state of each specific person;
and the control module is used for controlling the smart home based on the operation parameter value.

a first determining unit configured to determine, as a target person, a person having the largest control weight from the specific persons; and determining an operation parameter value of the intelligent home according to the state of the target person.

the second determining unit is used for determining an operation parameter value corresponding to each specific person according to the state of each specific person and taking the operation parameter value as a reference operation parameter value; and performing weighted operation on the reference operation parameter value corresponding to each specific person by using the control weight of each specific person to obtain the operation parameter value of the intelligent home.

According to the scheme, the intelligent home control method, the intelligent home control device and the intelligent home disclosed by the application realize the control of the intelligent home based on the operation parameter value determined by the state of each specific person by acquiring the state of each specific person and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home according to the state of each specific person, namely, the control of the intelligent home according to the state of each specific person is realized. Personnel state often can reflect the subjective impression of personnel's difference or subjective demand like personnel's different action behavior state to this application has realized considering subjective impression, subjective demand to each particular personnel through the state with each particular personnel as the reference when carrying out intelligent control to intelligent house, and based on this, the intelligent degree of intelligent house can effectively be promoted to the scheme of using this application, thereby can further satisfy user's demand.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
The embodiment of the application provides an intelligent home control method, which is applicable to but not limited to controlling operation parameters of intelligent homes such as an intelligent water heater, an intelligent air conditioner and an intelligent humidifier shown in table 1, for example, controlling the water temperature of the intelligent water heater, controlling the humidity value of the intelligent humidifier, controlling the temperature and the operation mode of the intelligent air conditioner and the like, so as to improve the intelligent degree of the intelligent home.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of an intelligent home control method provided in the present application, where the intelligent home control method may include the following steps:
s101: the status of each particular person is obtained.
The personnel state can be various action behavior states capable of reflecting subjective feelings or subjective demands of the personnel, such as an activity state, a rest state, a sleep state and the like of the personnel.
In a possible implementation manner, each specific person may be each person in the smart home coverage, such as each person in a family in the smart air-conditioning coverage or each person in a certain office area in the smart air-conditioning coverage, and the like. In other possible implementation manners, each specific person may also be a preset person, and in this manner, the user may preset each specific person to be considered for realizing the intelligent control of the intelligent home based on an actual requirement of the user, for example, each person to be considered for realizing the intelligent control of the intelligent air conditioner in the home may be preset based on the actual requirement.
For the former implementation manner of each specific person, in step S101, it is required to dynamically detect and obtain a person composition within an intelligent home function range and an action behavior state of each constituent person, for example, a manner of scanning a Media Access Control (MAC) identifier of a person device in a home/work area through Wi-Fi (WIreless Fidelity), a manner of acquiring an image through a monitoring device such as a camera, or a manner of combining the two, or the like, dynamically obtain a person composition within an intelligent home function range, and dynamically obtain an action behavior state of each constituent person through a manner of performing state detection through an intelligent wearable device (such as an intelligent bracelet/watch), a manner of capturing an action behavior of a person through a monitoring device such as a camera, or a manner of combining the two, or the like. According to the implementation mode of each specific person, the person composition in the intelligent household action range and the action behavior state of each composition person can be correspondingly and dynamically detected, so that the determination and control of the intelligent household operation parameters with high accuracy can be realized.
For the latter implementation manner of each specific person, in step S101, only the corresponding state detection means provided above is needed to dynamically acquire the action behavior state of each predetermined person. Compared with the former implementation mode, in some application scenes, such as scenes that the change of personnel is large in the intelligent household action range and specific personnel are not updated and set, the control accuracy of the intelligent household operation parameters may be reduced, but the personnel composition in the intelligent household action range does not need to be detected, so that the implementation complexity of the detection stage can be effectively reduced.
S102: and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home based on the state of each specific person.
In the step, the operation parameter values of the intelligent home are determined by using the states of the detected and acquired specific personnel and combining the control weights corresponding to the specific personnel.
In this embodiment, based on the historical data of the intelligent home control performed by each specific person, the control weights corresponding to the specific persons are determined, so that the control weights of the specific persons according to which the intelligent home operation parameter values are obtained have a higher reference value. Next, the present embodiment provides one possible implementation of determining the control weights based on the respective historical data.
In this implementation, assume that each particular person corresponds to three reference weights: the system comprises a status weight, an equipment weight and a status weight corresponding to the status of a specific person, wherein the status weight of the specific person represents the degree of the total control authority of the specific person to all smart homes in a predetermined area (such as a home or a work area); the method comprises the following steps that the equipment weight of a specific person to a certain intelligent home represents the control right degree of the specific person to control the intelligent home; and the state weight of a specific person to a certain intelligent home represents the degree of the corresponding control authority of the corresponding state of the specific person to the intelligent home. The weight value can be in a positive corresponding relation with the height degree of the control authority, namely, the larger the weight value is, the higher the corresponding control authority is represented.
Specifically, when the intelligent home is controlled or adjusted by counting the state change information of each corresponding specific person within a predetermined time period, and a frequent item set is mined from the state change information corresponding to the intelligent home operation parameter adjustment, so as to determine the control frequency of each specific person on the intelligent home and the control frequency of each specific person on the intelligent home, and then, based on the control frequency of each specific person on the intelligent home corresponding to each action behavior state, determine the state weight corresponding to each action behavior state of the specific person, and based on the control frequency of each specific person on the intelligent home, determine the device weight of the specific person, wherein the higher the frequency is, the larger the determined weight value is. The status weight of the specific person may be an average value of the weights of the specific person to all the smart homes in the predetermined area.
In specific implementation, the fixed time length can be used as the sliding window to periodically update each reference weight.
On the basis of determining each reference weight of each specific person, the control weight of each specific person may be calculated based on the reference weight of each specific person and a preset calculation rule. Therefore, the operation parameter values of the intelligent home can be finally determined by combining the action behavior states of the specific personnel and the control weights respectively corresponding to the specific personnel.
S103: and controlling the smart home based on the operation parameter value.
After the operation parameter value of the intelligent home is determined based on the personnel state, the intelligent home can be intelligently controlled according to the operation parameter value, such as controlling the temperature value and the operation mode of an intelligent air conditioner, controlling the humidity value of an intelligent humidifier and the like.
According to the scheme, the intelligent home control method disclosed by the application realizes the control of the intelligent home based on the operation parameter value determined by the state of each specific person by acquiring the state of each specific person and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home according to the state of each specific person, namely, the intelligent home is controlled according to the state of each specific person. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the smart home control method provided in the present application, and this embodiment specifically provides a possible implementation manner for determining an operating parameter value of a smart home by using states of the specific people and the control weight, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 may be implemented by the following steps:
s1021: determining the person with the largest control weight from the specific persons as a target person;
s1022: and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home according to the state of the target person.
The embodiment is based on the consideration of taking care of the most important/sensitive persons (such as babies) in each specific person, and selects the person with the largest control weight from each specific person as the target person; and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home by taking the action behavior state of the target person with the largest control weight as a reference basis.

On the basis, the operation parameter value of the smart home can be determined based on the selected state of the target person, wherein the operation parameter value of the smart home can be specifically determined based on the historical operation parameter value of the smart home corresponding to the learning target person in the state, so that the control of the smart home based on the state of the most important person/the most sensitive person is finally realized, for example, the subjective feeling of the most important person/the most sensitive person is fully considered, and the control requirement of the person can be effectively met.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a smart home control method provided in the present application, where this embodiment specifically provides another possible implementation manner for determining an intelligent home operation parameter value by using the state and the control weight of each specific person, and as shown in fig. 3, the step S102 may be implemented by the following steps:
s1023: determining an operation parameter value corresponding to each specific person according to the state of each specific person, and taking the operation parameter value as a reference operation parameter value;

The operating parameter values of the intelligent home are formulated by comprehensively considering the states of all specific personnel.
Specifically, firstly, according to the state of each specific person, the corresponding operating parameter value of each specific person is determined and is used as the reference operating parameter value. For example, assume that the operating parameter value of the smart home determined based on the state of person 1 is x1, the operating parameter value of the smart home determined based on the state of person 2 is x2, and the operating parameter value of the smart home determined based on the state of person n is xn by ….
On the basis, the control weight of each specific person is utilized to perform weighting operation on the reference operation parameter value corresponding to each specific person to obtain the operation parameter value of the smart home, such as the control weight of assumed person 1, person 2 …, person nAre respectively asWeightPerson_1、…Then, the following formula (3) may be adopted to calculate the operation parameter value X that the smart home finally needs to adopt:

The fourth embodiment of the application provides an intelligent house controlling means, the device can be applicable to but not limited to the intelligent water heater that shows in table 1, and the operating parameter of intelligent houses such as intelligent air conditioner, intelligent humidifier controls, for example, the temperature of control intelligent water heater, the humidity value of control intelligent humidifier, the temperature of control intelligent air conditioner, operational mode etc. to promote the intelligent degree of intelligent house.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a fourth embodiment of an intelligent home control device provided in the present application, where the intelligent home control device may include an obtaining module 100, a determining module 200, and a control module 300.
The acquiring module 100 is used for acquiring the state of each specific person.
The personnel state can be various action behavior states capable of reflecting subjective feelings or subjective demands of the personnel, such as an activity state, a rest state, a sleep state and the like of the personnel.
In a possible implementation manner, each specific person may be each person in the smart home coverage, such as each person in a family in the smart air-conditioning coverage or each person in a certain office area in the smart air-conditioning coverage, and the like. In other possible implementation manners, each specific person may also be a preset person, and in this manner, the user may preset each specific person to be considered for realizing the intelligent control of the intelligent home based on an actual requirement of the user, for example, each person to be considered for realizing the intelligent control of the intelligent air conditioner in the home may be preset based on the actual requirement.
For the former implementation manner of each specific person, the module needs to dynamically detect and obtain the person composition and the action behavior state of each constituent person within the smart home application range, for example, a manner of scanning a Media Access Control (MAC) identifier of a person device in a home/work area through Wi-Fi (WIreless Fidelity), a manner of acquiring an image through a monitoring device such as a camera, or a manner of combining the two, or the like, dynamically obtain the person composition within the smart home application range, and dynamically obtain the action behavior state of each constituent person through a manner of performing state detection through an intelligent wearable device (such as an intelligent bracelet/watch), or a manner of capturing the action behavior of a person through a monitoring device such as a camera, or a manner of combining the two, or the like. According to the mode of each specific person, the person composition in the intelligent household action range and the action behavior state of each composition person can be correspondingly and dynamically detected, so that the determination and control of the intelligent household operation parameters with high accuracy can be realized.
For the latter implementation manner of each specific person, the module only needs to adopt the corresponding state detection means provided above to dynamically acquire the action behavior state of each predetermined person. Compared with the former implementation mode, in some application scenes, such as scenes that the change of personnel is large in the intelligent household action range and specific personnel are not updated and set, the control accuracy of the intelligent household operation parameters may be reduced, but the personnel composition in the intelligent household action range does not need to be detected, so that the implementation complexity of the detection stage can be effectively reduced.
And the determining module 200 is configured to determine an operation parameter value of the smart home based on the state of each specific person.
The module determines the operation parameter value of the smart home by using the detected and acquired state of each specific person and combining the control weight corresponding to each specific person.
In this embodiment, based on the historical data of the intelligent home control performed by each specific person, the control weights respectively corresponding to the specific persons are determined, so that the control weights of the specific persons according to which the intelligent home operation parameter values are obtained have a higher reference value. Next, the present embodiment provides one possible implementation of determining the control weights based on the respective historical data.
In this implementation, assume that each particular person corresponds to three reference weights: the system comprises a status weight, an equipment weight and a status weight corresponding to the status of a specific person, wherein the status weight of the specific person represents the degree of the total control authority of the specific person to all smart homes in a predetermined area (such as a home or a work area); the method comprises the following steps that the equipment weight of a specific person to a certain intelligent home represents the control right degree of the specific person to control the intelligent home; and the state weight of a specific person to a certain intelligent home represents the degree of the corresponding control authority of the corresponding state of the specific person to the intelligent home. The weight value can be in a positive corresponding relation with the height degree of the control authority, namely, the larger the weight value is, the higher the corresponding control authority is represented.
Specifically, the control frequency of the smart home corresponding to each action behavior state of each specific person and the control frequency of the smart home corresponding to each specific person can be determined by counting the state change information of each specific person corresponding to the smart home within a predetermined time period when the smart home is controlled or adjusted, and mining a frequent item set from the state change information corresponding to the smart home during the adjustment of the operation parameters of the smart home, and then the state weight corresponding to each action behavior state of each specific person can be determined based on the control frequency of the smart home corresponding to each action behavior state of each specific person, and the device weight of each specific person is determined based on the control frequency of each specific person to the smart home, wherein the higher the frequency is, the larger the determined weight value is. The status weight of the specific person may be an average value of the weights of the specific person to all the smart homes in the predetermined area.
In specific implementation, the reference weights can be updated periodically by adopting a sliding window with fixed time length, the equipment weights of all the intelligent homes in the preset area by each specific person can be collected periodically by adopting a general controller, the status weight of each specific person is calculated based on each equipment weight of each specific person, and the status weight of each specific person is distributed to the control device of each intelligent home in the preset area.
On the basis of determining each reference weight of each specific person, the control weight of each specific person may be calculated based on the reference weight of each specific person and a preset calculation rule. Therefore, the operation parameter values of the intelligent home can be finally determined by combining the action behavior states of the specific personnel and the control weights respectively corresponding to the specific personnel.
And the control module 300 is configured to control the smart home based on the operation parameter value.
After the operation parameter value of the intelligent home is determined based on the personnel state, the intelligent home can be intelligently controlled according to the operation parameter value, such as controlling the temperature value and the operation mode of an intelligent air conditioner, controlling the humidity value of an intelligent humidifier and the like.
According to the scheme, the intelligent home control device disclosed by the application realizes control over the intelligent home based on the operation parameter value determined by the state of each specific person by acquiring the state of each specific person and determining the operation parameter value of the intelligent home according to the state of each specific person, namely, the intelligent home is controlled according to the state of each specific person. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a sixth embodiment of an intelligent home control apparatus provided in the present application, and this embodiment specifically provides another possible implementation manner for determining an intelligent home operation parameter value by using the state and the control weight of each specific person, as shown in fig. 6, the determining module 200 may be implemented by the following second determining unit 202:

The operating parameter values of the intelligent home are formulated by comprehensively considering the states of all specific personnel.

The seventh embodiment of the application discloses an intelligent home, the intelligent home can be but not limited to intelligent water heater, intelligent air conditioner, intelligent humidifier and other intelligent home equipment, the intelligent home includes the intelligent home control device disclosed as any one of the fourth embodiment to the sixth embodiment, through the device, the intelligent home can realize carrying out intelligent control to its relevant operating parameter based on the state of each specific personnel, for example, control the temperature of the intelligent water heater, control the humidity value of the intelligent humidifier and so on, so as to promote the intelligent degree of the intelligent home.

Personnel state often can reflect the subjective impression of personnel's difference or subjective demand like personnel's different action behavior state to this application has realized considering subjective impression, subjective demand to each particular personnel through the state with each particular personnel as the reference when carrying out intelligent control to intelligent house, and based on this, the intelligent degree of intelligent house can effectively be promoted to the scheme of using this application, thereby can further satisfy user's demand.
