Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a headset to solve the contradiction between the single type of headset only showing one sound characteristic and the different requirements of different user groups for the sound quality of the headset.
The invention provides an earphone which comprises an earphone shell, a loudspeaker cover, a rotary cylinder and a loudspeaker single body, wherein the loudspeaker cover is in adaptive connection with the earphone shell, the rotary cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the loudspeaker cover, and the loudspeaker single body is accommodated in a cavity formed by the earphone shell and the loudspeaker cover; the rotary cover is arranged on the inner side of the horn cover; wherein, the horn cover is provided with a sound leakage hole and a gap; the rotary cover is fixedly connected with the rotary cylinder, and a stop block and tone adjusting holes with different sizes are arranged in the gap on the rotary cover; the rotary cylinder drives the rotary cover to rotate, the stop block moves in the notch in a limiting mode, and the sound outlet area of the sound outlet hole is adjusted through the sound adjusting hole.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the tuning hole comprises a first tuning hole and a second tuning hole, and mesh fabrics with different sound transmission amounts are respectively attached to the first tuning hole and the second tuning hole.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that a gear clamping groove is arranged on the horn cover, and a gear bulge corresponding to the gear clamping groove is arranged on the rotary cover; the gear protrusions are buckled in different gear clamping grooves to limit the relative positions of the sound adjusting holes and the sound releasing holes.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the gear clamping grooves comprise a first gear clamping groove and a second gear clamping groove; the gear bulge is clamped in the first gear clamping groove, and the sound release hole is correspondingly communicated with the first sound adjusting hole; the gear bulge is clamped in the second gear clamping groove, and the sound release hole is communicated with the second sound adjusting hole correspondingly.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the gear protrusions are spherical columns, and arc-shaped guide grooves are formed between the first gear clamping grooves and the second gear clamping grooves; the gear protrusion is switched between the first gear clamping groove and the second gear clamping groove through the arc-shaped guide groove.
Further, it is preferable that the size of the sound leakage hole is not smaller than the maximum size of the tuning hole.
In addition, the preferable scheme is that the device further comprises a sealing ring; a sealing ring accommodating groove is formed in the inner side of the horn cover, and the sealing ring is arranged between the horn cover and the rotating cover and fixed in the sealing ring accommodating groove; the sealing ring is provided with a through hole corresponding to the sound leakage hole.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that a sound outlet hole is arranged in the middle of the horn cover, and the sound leakage hole is arranged on the side wall of the horn cover close to the sound outlet hole; the middle part of the rotary cover is provided with a center hole corresponding to the sound outlet hole, and the sound adjusting hole is arranged at the periphery of the center hole and corresponds to the sound leakage hole.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the horn unit comprises a unit shell, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system which are accommodated in the unit shell; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conducting yoke, a magnet positioned in the center of the magnetic conducting yoke and a washer positioned on one side of the magnet far away from the magnetic conducting yoke; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm, a voice coil fixed on one side of the vibrating diaphragm and a reinforcing part located in the center of the vibrating diaphragm.
In addition, the preferable scheme is that the earphone line fixing device further comprises an earphone line and an earphone line fixing part; one end of the earphone wire penetrates through the earphone wire fixing part to be electrically connected with the loudspeaker single body, and the other end of the earphone wire is provided with an earphone plug.
By utilizing the earphone, the rotary cover fixedly connected with the rotary cylinder is arranged in the horn cover, the rotary cover is driven to rotate by rotating the rotary cylinder, and the relative positions of the sound leakage hole in the horn cover and the sound adjusting hole in the rotary cover are adjusted, so that the sound output area of the sound leakage hole is changed, the parameters of bass frequency response in the earphone are finally adjusted, the effect of changing the sound style of the earphone is achieved, the structure is simple, and the adjustment is convenient.

To describe the earphone structure of the present invention in detail, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded structure of a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the earphone of the embodiment of the present invention includes an earphone shell 1, a speaker cover 5 connected to the earphone shell 1 in a matching manner, a rotary cylinder 6 disposed outside the speaker cover 5, and a speaker unit 2 accommodated in a cavity formed by the earphone shell 1 and the speaker cover 5; in addition, the rotary cover 3 is arranged on the inner side of the horn cover 5 and is fixedly connected with the rotary cylinder 6. Wherein, the horn cover 5 is provided with a sound leakage hole and a gap; the rotary cover 3 is fixedly connected with the rotary cylinder 6, and a stop block and tone adjusting holes with different sizes are arranged in the gap on the rotary cover 3; the rotary cylinder 6 drives the rotary cover 3 to rotate, the stop block is limited in the notch to move, and the sound outlet area of the sound outlet hole is adjusted through the sound adjusting hole, so that the earphone presents different music styles.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the tuning holes include a first tuning hole 33 with a larger size and a second tuning hole 34 with a smaller size, two kinds of mesh fabrics with different sound transmission amounts are attached to the first tuning hole 33 and the second tuning hole 34, and when the sound release hole 56 is communicated with the first tuning hole 33 or the second tuning hole 34, due to different sound output areas and different specifications of the attached mesh fabrics, two different music styles can be presented, thereby realizing multiple experiences of a user on the same type of earphone.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the components of the earphone inner rotary cylinder, the speaker cover, the rotary cover, the sealing ring, etc. and the state structure of the earphone when different music styles are presented are described in detail with reference to the embodiments.
Fig. 2-1 and 2-2 show a rotary cylinder structure according to an embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2-1 and fig. 2-2, the rotary cylinder 6 of the embodiment of the present invention is a hollow cylindrical structure, a hole located at the center of the rotary cylinder forms a sound outlet hole matched with the earphone cap, and the sound signal generated by the speaker unit mainly enters the ear of the user through the rotary cylinder 6. Fig. 3-1 and 3-2 show the structure of the horn cover according to the first embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3-1 and 3-2, a sound outlet communicated with the rotary cylinder is formed in the middle of one end of the speaker cover 5 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the other end of the speaker cover is fixedly connected to the earphone shell; the sound leakage hole 56 is further formed in the position, close to the sound outlet hole, of the side wall of the horn cover 5, the sound leakage hole 56 is communicated with the sound adjusting holes with different sizes, the communication area of the sound leakage hole 56 and the outside can be controlled, and therefore the middle-low frequency response of the earphone is adjusted by being matched with the sound outlet hole, and the requirements of different people can be met by the same earphone.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a seal ring is provided between the rotary cap and the bell jar 5 in order to prevent sound leakage between the rotary cap and the bell jar 5. Fig. 4 shows a seal ring structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the structure of the sealing ring 4 is matched with the structure of the inner side of the horn cover 5, the sealing ring 4 is provided with a through hole 41 corresponding to the sound leakage hole 56, and the sealing ring 4 seals the gap between the horn cover 5 and the rotary cover, so that sound leakage can be effectively prevented, and the stability of the acoustic performance of the earphone is ensured.
Wherein, a sealing ring containing groove 55 corresponding to the sealing ring 4 is arranged on the inner side of the horn cover 5, the sealing ring 4 is limited between the horn cover 5 and the rotary cover and is fixed in the sealing ring containing groove 55, and the through hole 41 of the sealing ring 4 is consistent with and correspondingly arranged with the sound leakage hole 56 of the horn cover 5 in size.

As shown in fig. 3-3, in another embodiment of the present invention, a gear engaging groove matched with the rotary cover may be further disposed on the horn cover 5, and the gear engaging groove further includes a first gear engaging groove 51 and a second gear engaging groove 52; wherein, the gear bump arranged on the rotary cover is clamped in the first gear clamping groove 51, and the sound release hole 56 is correspondingly communicated with the first sound adjusting hole; the gear protrusion is clamped in the second gear clamping groove 52, and the sound release hole 56 is correspondingly communicated with the second sound adjusting hole. Fig. 5 shows a swivel cover structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown together with fig. 3-1 to 5, the rotary cover 3 of the present invention is a disk-shaped structure, a central hole 31 corresponding to the sound outlet of the speaker cover and the through hole of the sealing ring is disposed at the central position of the rotary cover 3, a plurality of sound adjusting holes with different sizes are disposed around the central hole 31, and a notch 32 with an arc structure is disposed corresponding to the stopper of the speaker cover.
Specifically, after the rotary cover 3 is assembled to the horn cover, the stop block of the horn cover is located in the notch 32 of the rotary cover 3, and when the stop block is located at two edge positions of the notch, the sound release holes are respectively communicated with the two sound adjustment holes; in addition, can also set up the gear arch in one side that rotatory lid 3 and horn cover laminated mutually, the gear arch is protruding with the gear draw-in groove adaptation block of horn cover. The gear bulge is clamped in any one gear clamping groove of the horn cover, the sound release hole is communicated with one corresponding sound adjusting hole in the rotary cover 3, and the communicated area of the sound release hole is further controlled by the size of the sound adjusting hole.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a first tuning hole 33 and a second tuning hole 34 are provided on the rotary cover 3, wherein the size of the first tuning hole 33 is larger than the size of the second tuning hole 34. Because the rotary cylinder is fixedly connected with the rotary cover 3, the rotary cover 3 can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotary cylinder, for example, when the stop block is positioned at the rightmost end of the gap 32 (the left end and the right end only take the direction shown in the attached drawings as the standard), the first sound adjusting hole 33 is communicated with the sound releasing hole, and the sound emitting area of the earphone communicated with the outside is the sum of the area of the sound emitting hole of the rotary cylinder and the area of the first sound adjusting hole 33; under the condition that the gear clamping groove and the gear protrusion are arranged, the gear protrusion of the rotary cover 3 is clamped in the first gear clamping groove; the rotary cylinder is rotated to drive the notch of the rotary cover 3 to rotate until the stop block is positioned at the leftmost end of the notch 32, the second sound adjusting hole 34 is communicated with the sound releasing hole, and the sound emitting area of the earphone communicated with the outside is the sum of the area of the sound emitting hole of the rotary cylinder and the area of the second sound adjusting hole 34; wherein, being provided with gear draw-in groove and the bellied circumstances of gear, the gear is protruding to be passed through the arc guide slot by first gear draw-in groove and slides to in the second gear draw-in groove.
It should be noted that, in the earphone according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the stop block is located at two edge positions of the notch, the sound leakage hole and the two sound adjustment holes respectively correspond to each other, so that two different earphone styles are implemented. In addition, more styles of the earphone can be changed by arranging the gear clamping grooves and the gear protrusions; wherein, the number of accent hole and the protruding number of gear draw-in groove and the gear that corresponds all can adjust according to the production requirement to be not limited to the condition of two accent holes.
In addition, in order to ensure that the conduction area of the sound leakage can be adjusted through the sound adjusting holes when the sound leakage holes are communicated with different sound adjusting holes, in the earphone, the size of the sound leakage holes is not smaller than the maximum size of the sound adjusting holes, namely the size of the sound leakage holes is not smaller than the size of the maximum sound adjusting holes, and the size of the sound leakage holes can be changed through the sound adjusting holes when the sound adjusting holes correspond to the sound leakage holes.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the gear protrusion is a spherical column, the gear slot adapted to the gear protrusion is a spherical groove, the arc-shaped guide slot between the first gear slot and the second gear slot is also a spherical groove, and the depth of the gear slot is greater than the depth of the arc-shaped guide slot to prevent the gear protrusion from freely sliding between the first gear slot and the second gear slot.
Specifically, fig. 6 illustrates a bell jar and spin basket assembly structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7-1 and 7-2 show the structure of state one and state two, respectively, of the headset according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7-2, in the first earphone state according to the embodiment of the present invention, the leftmost end of the notch of the rotary cover 3 is limited at the stop block 54, at this time, the gear protrusion of the rotary cover 3 is clamped in the second gear clamping groove 52, the second tuning hole 34 is communicated with the sound release hole 56, and the sound output area of the earphone communicated with the outside is the sum of the sound output hole area of the rotary cylinder 6 and the area of the second tuning hole 34.
The rotating cylinder 6 is rotated counterclockwise to drive the notch movement of the rotating cover 3, the rightmost end of the notch is limited at the stop block 54, the first tuning 33 is communicated with the sound release hole 56, at the moment, the gear protrusion slides into the second gear slot 52 through the arc-shaped guide slot 53 by the first gear slot 51, the state of the earphone is shown as a state two shown in fig. 7-2, and the sound output area of the earphone communicated with the outside is the sum of the sound output hole area of the rotating cylinder 6 and the area of the first tuning hole 33.
Therefore, the earphone of the invention can be communicated with the sound release hole 56 through the sound adjusting holes with different sizes, and the mesh cloth with different sound transmission volumes attached to different sound adjusting holes is matched to shield the sound output area of the sound release hole 56 to a certain degree, so that the bass of the earphone is changed, and the earphone presents different music styles.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the speaker unit 2 is disposed on a side of the rotary cover 3 away from the speaker cover 5, and the speaker unit 2 divides a cavity formed by the earphone shell 1 and the speaker cover 5 into a front sound cavity and a rear sound cavity. The loudspeaker unit 2 comprises a unit shell, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system which are contained in the unit shell; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conducting yoke, a magnet positioned in the center of the magnetic conducting yoke and a washer positioned on one side of the magnet far away from the magnetic conducting yoke; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm, a voice coil fixed on one side of the vibrating diaphragm and a reinforcing part located in the center of the vibrating diaphragm.
In addition, in the earphone of the embodiment of the present invention, the earphone may further include a damping net 7, an earphone sleeve 8, an earphone cord, and an earphone cord fixing portion 9 for fixing the earphone cord; the damping net 7 is attached to one end, far away from the horn cover 5, of the rotary cylinder 6, and the damping net 7 can not only prevent external small-particle pollutants from entering the earphone, but also adjust the acoustic performance of the earphone; the earphone sleeve 8 is sleeved at one end of the rotary cylinder 6 far away from the horn cover 5, the earphone sleeve 8 can be made of materials such as silica gel or high-elasticity polyester, and can be in close contact with the auditory canal after being inserted into the auditory canal so as to isolate sound from entering the middle ear and the inner ear, and therefore the purpose of sound insulation is achieved. In addition, earphone cord fixed part 9 and earphone shell 1 fixed connection, the one end of earphone cord is passed earphone cord fixed part 9 and is connected with loudspeaker monomer 2, and the other end is provided with the headphone plug, uses with the cooperation of outside portable electronic product.
According to the earphone provided by the invention, the rotary cover connected with the sound outlet rotary cylinder is arranged on the inner side of the horn cover, and the rotary cover is rotated through the rotary cylinder, so that the sound leakage holes in the horn cover are shielded to different degrees through the tuning holes in the rotary cover, the conduction area between the front sound cavity of the earphone and the outside can be adjusted, the purpose of changing the frequency response of the earphone is achieved, the earphone can present various different music styles, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is good.

However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the headset of the present invention as described above without departing from the spirit of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
