[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to make the objects, solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
The embodiment of the range hood provided by the invention comprises atouch device 1, asmoke collection cavity 10 and atouch panel 17, as shown in fig. 1. The outer surface of the front wall plate of thesmoke collection chamber 10 is amounting surface 18, a mounting opening 11 is provided on themounting surface 18, and thetouch device 1 is mounted in the mounting opening 11. Thetouch panel 17 is fixed to themounting surface 18. Thetouch panel 17 is made of a glass material.
Thetouch device 1 includes two touch signal detection units, a first housing member 2, a second housing member 3, a control circuit board 9, twolight guide members 7, a plurality oflight guide members 16, twoelastic pads 6, and aprotective cover 13, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Thelight guide 16 is embedded in thelight guide 7. The first housing part 2 and the second housing part 3 enclose an accommodating space, and the control circuit board 9 and thelight guide part 7 are placed in the accommodating space. The control circuit board 9 is provided with adisplay module 12, and as shown in fig. 3, aprotective cover 13 is provided to cover thedisplay module 12 to protect thedisplay module 12. The first housing member 2 is provided with two opening portions, and the two opening portions correspond to the two touch signal detection units one to one. The two touch signal detection units correspond to the twolight guide members 7 one by one. The twoelastic pads 6 correspond to the twolight guide members 7 one by one. Theelastic pad 6 is made of a foam material, and theelastic pad 6 is provided with a light-transmittinghole 15, as shown in fig. 5. Theelastic pad 6 is adhesively fixed to thecorresponding light guide 7, as shown in fig. 4.
Each touch signal detection unit includes fourbarbs 8, asupport plate 5 and a Flexible Circuit board 4(FPC, Flexible Printed Circuit), the Flexible Circuit board 4 is adhered to the inner surface of thesupport plate 5, and the fourbarbs 8 and thesupport plate 5 are integrally formed. The flexible circuit board 4 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 9.
When thetouch device 1 is assembled, the supportingplate 5 penetrates through the corresponding opening from inside to outside until thebarb 8 connected with the supportingplate 5 stops at the inner side of the opening, and at this time, the supportingplate 5 reaches the limit position protruding out of the opening. Then, further fix the leaded light spare 7 that has adhered and fixed thecushion 6 to first casing spare 2, when fixed the completion, cushion 6 is in the state of compressed, andcushion 6 is from inside to outside extrusion in flexible circuit board 4, and thenbackup pad 5 also receives from inside to outside extrusion forbackup pad 5 keeps in the extreme position of protrusion outside the opening, has just realized that thebackup pad 5 that the adhesion is fixed with flexible circuit board 4 on the internal surface sets up protrudingly.
After thetouch device 1 is assembled, it is mounted in the mounting opening 11 of the mountingsurface 18. After thetouch device 1 is mounted in the mounting opening 11, the supportingplate 5 protrudes out of the mountingsurface 18. For example, the flexible circuit board may be fixed to the outer surface of the support plate, and then the flexible circuit board may be attached to the touch panel. For another example, the flexible circuit board may be replaced with other feasible touch signal detection elements. For another example, the flexible circuit board and the supporting plate may not be fixed together, but may be simply pressed together by the elastic pad. For another example, the elastic pad may be made of rubber or other feasible materials. For another example, the component pressed on the elastic pad from inside to outside may also be other feasible components besides the light guide, such as the first housing component or the control circuit board, without being limited by the light guide. For another example, the number of the touch signal detecting units may be one, three, four or more, and is not limited to two. For another example, the number of barbs of one touch signal detection unit is not limited to four. For example, it is also possible to elastically deform the barbs from the outside to the inside and then pass through the corresponding openings during installation.
