The invention relates to the technical field of LED display, in particular to a front maintenance LED display screen and a maintenance method thereof.
Background
With the development of the technology, due to the advantages of seamless splicing, cost reduction and development of high-density display screens, the application of the existing LED display screens in the indoor display field is wider and wider, and the market share in the advertisement and information release fields and the like is larger and larger.
However, the conventional LED display screen is generally mainly maintained after maintenance, and since the maintenance needs to leave a large maintenance channel behind the display screen, the installation and maintenance of the display screen occupy a large space, and the whole display screen is thick, which restricts the popularization and use of the LED display screen indoors; therefore, the method is particularly important for convenient and reliable front maintenance of the LED display screen.
However, the existing front maintenance LED display screen can only maintain part of the parts, and other parts still need to be maintained, so that the installation space for the rear maintenance cannot be saved, the operation is very inconvenient, the reliability is not high, and the requirements of people cannot be met, therefore, the existing technology has defects and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel front maintenance LED display screen and a maintenance method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a front maintenance LED display screen comprises at least two LED display box bodies and an assembling device, wherein each LED display box body comprises a frame and at least two LED display modules, each LED display module is uniformly arranged on the frame, a power supply box is fixed at the back of the frame, and the power supply box is respectively connected with each LED display module through a waterproof connecting wire;
the first side edge of the frame of the LED display box body is provided with at least one connecting part; the second side edge of the frame is provided with at least one connecting part, and the first side edge is adjacent to the second side edge;
a plurality of fixing parts are correspondingly arranged at the positions of a third side edge opposite to the first side edge, corresponding to the connecting parts of the first side edge one by one, and are used for fixing the assembling devices of the adjacent external LED display box bodies;
a plurality of fixing parts are correspondingly arranged at the positions corresponding to the connecting parts of the second side edge of a fourth side edge opposite to the second side edge one by one, and the fixing parts are used for fixing the splicing devices of the adjacent external LED display box bodies;
the assembling device comprises a quick lock and a quick lock fixing seat, the quick lock is arranged on the connecting portion, and the quick lock fixing seat is arranged on the fixing portion.
Preferably, in the front maintenance LED display screen, the quick lock of the assembling device includes a lock catch and a wrench, the lock catch includes a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are symmetrical, and the tops of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected together by a cross rod to form a rectangular frame;
one end of the wrench is a grabbing end, and the other end of the wrench is a connecting end; the connecting end of the wrench is positioned on the inner side of the rectangular frame, and the first lug and the second lug are correspondingly and rotatably connected with the bottom sides of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod respectively.
Preferably, in the front maintenance LED display screen, the quick lock fixing seat of the assembling device includes a base, a connecting plate, and a first latch and a second latch which are respectively disposed on two sides of the connecting plate and are symmetrical to each other, and the first latch and the second latch are respectively and correspondingly rotatably connected to inner sides of the first lug and the second lug; the inner side of the base is attached to the surface of the connecting plate; the inner sides of the first lug and the second lug are rotatably connected with the two sides of the base.
Preferably, in the front maintenance LED display screen, a plurality of module mounting areas are uniformly arranged at the front end of the frame of the LED display box body, and each LED display module is fixed to a corresponding module mounting area;

a plurality of long grooves are concavely formed on the surface of the mask body between the lamp holes; the face shield is fixed with the PCB in a threaded connection mode.
Preferably, in the front maintenance LED display screen, four corners of the back of a PCB of the LED display module are each provided with a magnetic fixing portion, and the magnetic fixing portions are fixed to the four corners of the back of the PCB in a threaded manner; iron fixing areas are respectively arranged at four corners of the module mounting area, and each magnetic fixing part is in one-to-one correspondence with each iron fixing area;
the magnetic fixing part is provided with at least one positioning column, and the iron fixing area is provided with positioning holes in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning columns of the magnetic fixing part.
Preferably, in the front maintenance LED display screen, the power supply box includes a power supply housing and a rear cover, and a control cavity is formed inside the power supply housing and the rear cover; a control main board is arranged in the control cavity;
the power supply comprises a power supply shell, a signal part and a power supply control part, wherein two sides of the power supply shell protrude outwards to form a power supply part and the signal part, the surface of the power supply part is provided with an alternating current power supply interface, the surface of the signal part is provided with a signal interface, an output part is arranged between the power supply part and the signal part, and the output part comprises a plurality of direct current power supply interfaces; the power supply part, the signal part and the output part are respectively and electrically connected with the control mainboard; the power supply shell top sets up fast locking device, the power supply shell bottom sets up a fixed axle.

The maintenance method of the front maintenance LED display screen comprises the front maintenance LED display screen and the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device; the method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, aligning and tightly attaching the mounting port of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device to the center of the LED display module;
s2, a control switch of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device is turned to an ON position, an indicator light is lightened, and an electromagnet is electrified to generate magnetic force;
s3, a handle part at the upper end of the shell of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device is tightly held, the handle part is pulled outwards by a force perpendicular to the module surface, and a force far away from the box body is applied to the module, so that the module is separated from the box body;
s4, after the LED display module is taken down, the module is held on one hand, the control switch is turned to the OFF position by the other hand, the indicator light is turned OFF, the electromagnet is powered OFF, and the module can be taken down.
Preferably, in the maintenance method of the front maintenance LED display screen, the front maintenance dismounting device of the LED display screen includes a housing, a control switch, a lithium battery pack, an electromagnet main body and a switch control panel, the housing is divided into a plurality of mounting locations, the plurality of mounting locations include a battery mounting location, a motherboard mounting location and a magnet mounting location, the lithium battery pack is fixed to the battery mounting location, the switch control panel is fixed to the motherboard mounting location, and the electromagnet main body is fixed to the magnet mounting location;
the upper end of the shell is provided with a switch groove for exposing a control switch, and the control switch is arranged in the switch groove and connected with a switch control panel;
the tail end of shell is equipped with the opening of charging, install the interface that charges in the opening of charging, the output of the interface that charges is connected with the input of lithium cell group, the output of lithium cell group passes through the on-off control panel and is connected with the electro-magnet main part.
Compared with the prior art, the LED module has the advantages that the LED module is simple in structure, easy to install and maintain, high in speed of installing and disassembling the LED module, particularly suitable for narrow installation environments or high installation requirements, greatly reduces workload of front line workers, and has good market application value.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention is that the front maintenance LED display screen includes at least two LED display boxes and an assembling device, where the LED display boxes include a frame and at least twoLED display modules 5, each of the LED display modules is uniformly arranged on the frame, apower supply box 2 is fixed on the back of the frame, and thepower supply box 2 is connected to each of the LED display modules through a waterproof connecting wire;
the first side edge of the frame of the LED display box body is provided with at least one connecting part; the second side edge of the frame is provided with at least one connecting part, and the first side edge is adjacent to the second side edge; a plurality of fixing parts are correspondingly arranged at the positions of a third side edge opposite to the first side edge, corresponding to the connecting parts of the first side edge one by one, and are used for fixing the assembling devices of the adjacent external LED display box bodies; a plurality of fixing parts are correspondingly arranged at the positions corresponding to the connecting parts of the second side edge of a fourth side edge opposite to the second side edge one by one, and the fixing parts are used for fixing the splicing devices of the adjacent external LED display box bodies; preferably, the first side of the frame is an upper side, the second side is a left side, the third side is a lower side, and the fourth side is a right side. Preferably, the first side edge and the second side edge of the frame are both provided with positioning columns; and the third side and the fourth side of the frame are both provided with positioning holes. For example, a connecting part is arranged at the middle part of the upper side of the frame, and apositioning column 1 is respectively arranged at the two ends of the frame; the middle of the left side of the frame is provided with a connecting part, and two ends of the frame are respectively provided with a positioning column; a fixing part is arranged in the middle of the lower side of the frame, and positioning holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower side of the frame; the right side of the frame is provided with a fixing part at the middle part and a positioning hole at each of the two ends.
The assembling device comprises a quick lock and a quick lock fixing seat, the quick lock is arranged on the connecting portion, and the quick lock fixing seat is arranged on the fixing portion. Preferably, the quick lock of the assembling device comprises alock catch 3 and awrench 4, thelock catch 3 comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are symmetrical, and the tops of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected with a cross rod together to form a rectangular frame; one end of thewrench 4 is a grabbing end, and the other end is a connecting end; the connecting end of the wrench is positioned on the inner side of the rectangular frame, and the first lug and the second lug are correspondingly and rotatably connected with the bottom sides of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod respectively. The quick lock fixing seat of the assembling device comprises a base, a connecting plate, a first clamping tongue and a second clamping tongue, wherein the first clamping tongue and the second clamping tongue are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting plate and are mutually symmetrical; the inner side of the base is attached to the surface of the connecting plate; the inner sides of the first lug and the second lug are rotatably connected with the two sides of the base. Preferably, a third lug and a fourth lug are arranged on two sides of the wrench, and the third lug and the fourth lug are located behind the first lug and the second lug. Preferably, the quick lock further comprises a spring deflector rod which is rotatably connected to the inner side of the third lug through a return spring. Preferably, a convex block is arranged at the bottom end of the first clamping tongue, a clamping hook is formed at the bottom end of the spring deflector rod, and the clamping hook is hooked with the convex block when the spring deflector rod is in a normal state. For example, when the LED display box body is assembled into a screen, the bottom layer is assembled firstly, the positioning column on the second side edge of the frame body of the LED display box body is inserted into the positioning hole on the fourth side edge of the adjacent LED display box body, then the spring deflector rod is pulled during installation, the hook of the spring deflector rod is separated from the convex block at the bottom end of the first clamping tongue, the lock catch and the wrench are lifted up to rotate upwards, the lock catch is buckled on the outer side of the convex position, then the wrench is pulled down, the spring deflector rod is restored, and the hook is hooked and fixed with the convex block. And then, two adjacent LED display box bodies are tightly twisted, and the rest can be done in the same way, so that the whole screen assembly is completed. If when the screen body should be demolishd, promote the spanner forward, the hasp lifts from the position suddenly, move back hasp and spanner, realize demolising of the screen body, two fast locks have been installed to this product, one of upper and lower face, one of left and right sides, when the screen body is assembled into to the box, do not need any instrument, can be quick, the big screen concatenation of accurate completion, and easy operation is convenient for install, dismantle and the maintenance, and the steadiness is strong, and is more frivolous on the basis that does not influence display screen visual range and radiating effect, and the installation is more nimble, and novel structure.
The front end of the frame of the LED display box body is uniformly provided with a plurality of module mounting areas, and each LED display module is fixed in a corresponding module mounting area; the back of the LED display module is provided with a plurality of magnetic fixing parts, the module mounting area is provided with a plurality of iron fixing areas, the magnetic fixing parts and the iron fixing areas are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the magnetic fixing parts on the back of the LED display module are magnetically adsorbed to the iron fixing areas in the same module mounting area.
Preferably, the LED display module comprises a face mask, a PCB and LED light-emitting units arranged on the PCB in an array manner, lamp holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the LED light-emitting units, of the face mask, and the LED light-emitting units are located in the lamp holes; a plurality of long grooves are concavely formed on the surface of the mask body between the lamp holes; the face shield is fixed with the PCB in a threaded connection mode.
Preferably, four corners of the back surface of the PCB of the LED display module are respectively provided with a magnetic fixing part, and the magnetic fixing parts are fixed to the four corners of the back surface of the PCB in a threaded manner; iron fixing areas are respectively arranged at four corners of the module mounting area, and each magnetic fixing part is in one-to-one correspondence with each iron fixing area; the magnetic fixing part is provided with at least one positioning column, and the iron fixing area is provided with positioning holes in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning columns of the magnetic fixing part. Preferably, the magnetic fixing part is a round strong magnet, and the iron fixing area is a round magnetized iron block; a positioning column is arranged at the central position of the magnetic fixing part, and a positioning hole is formed at the central position of the iron fixing area. For example, four corners of the back of the PCB are provided with grooves, and a circular strong magnet is fixed in the grooves through screws; a positioning column is arranged at the central position of the strong magnet; the circular magnetized iron blocks are fixed at four corners of the module mounting area in a threaded manner, and a positioning hole is formed in the center of each magnetized iron block. When the installation, aim at four locating holes with four reference columns, utilize the magnetism of strong magnet, adsorb the LED module in the module installing zone of LED display box body front end, the LED module adopts magnet to adsorb in LED display box body, and the installation is swift.
Preferably, the power supply box comprises a power supply shell and a rear cover, and a control cavity is formed inside the power supply shell and the rear cover; a control main board is arranged in the control cavity; the power supply comprises a power supply shell, a signal part and a power supply control part, wherein two sides of the power supply shell protrude outwards to form a power supply part and the signal part, the surface of the power supply part is provided with an alternating current power supply interface, the surface of the signal part is provided with a signal interface, an output part is arranged between the power supply part and the signal part, and the output part comprises a plurality of direct current power supply interfaces; the power supply part, the signal part and the output part are respectively and electrically connected with the control mainboard; the power supply shell top sets up fast locking device, the power supply shell bottom sets up a fixed axle. The maintenance method of the front maintenance LED display screen comprises the front maintenance LED display screen and the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device; the method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, aligning and tightly attaching the mounting port of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device to the center of the LED display module;
s2, a control switch of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device is turned to an ON position, an indicator light is lightened, and an electromagnet is electrified to generate magnetic force;
s3, a handle part at the upper end of the shell of the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device is tightly held, the handle part is pulled outwards by a force perpendicular to the module surface, and a force far away from the box body is applied to the module, so that the module is separated from the box body;
s4, after the LED display module is taken down, the module is held on one hand, the control switch is turned to the OFF position by the other hand, the indicator light is turned OFF, the electromagnet is powered OFF, and the module can be taken down.
Preferably, the LED screen front maintenance dismounting device comprises a shell, a control switch, a lithium battery pack, an electromagnet main body and a switch control panel, wherein the shell is internally divided into a plurality of mounting positions, the plurality of mounting positions comprise a battery mounting position, a mainboard mounting position and a magnet mounting position, the lithium battery pack is fixed at the battery mounting position, the switch control panel is fixed at the mainboard mounting position, and the electromagnet main body is fixed at the magnet mounting position; the upper end of the shell is provided with a switch groove for exposing a control switch, and the control switch is arranged in the switch groove and connected with a switch control panel; the tail end of shell is equipped with the opening of charging, install the interface that charges in the opening of charging, the output of the interface that charges is connected with the input of lithium cell group, the output of lithium cell group passes through the on-off control panel and is connected with the electro-magnet main part.
