Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a loudspeaker assembly, which improves the working performance of the loudspeaker assembly. Another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device having the speaker assembly.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a horn assembly comprising: the horn oscillator comprises a horn front shell, a horn oscillator, a horn rear shell, a deformable flexible sealing bag and an inlet for filling a medium into the flexible sealing bag; wherein,
the loudspeaker oscillator with loudspeaker protecgulum formation front chamber, flexible sealing bag loudspeaker backshell with loudspeaker oscillator forms the back chamber.
Preferably, the horn rear shell is connected with the horn front shell, and the horn oscillator is located between the horn front shell and the horn rear shell; the loudspeaker oscillator with loudspeaker backshell forms first back chamber, the appearance chamber of flexible sealing bag forms the second back chamber, first back chamber with second back chamber intercommunication just forms the back chamber.
Preferably, the flexible sealing bag is connected with the horn back shell.
Preferably, the flexible sealing bag is communicated with the first rear cavity through a connecting pipe.
Preferably, an axial direction of the connection pipe is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the horn rear case.
Preferably, the connecting pipe and the horn rear shell are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the inlet is arranged on the horn rear shell, and the inlet is communicated with the containing cavity of the flexible sealing bag through the first rear cavity.
Preferably, the horn assembly further comprises an inlet tube in communication with the inlet.
Preferably, the inlet pipe is divergent from the end far away from the inlet to the end close to the inlet.
Preferably, the inlet is arranged on the horn rear shell, and the inlet pipe and the horn rear shell are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the flexible sealing bag is a balloon or a plastic bag.
According to the loudspeaker assembly provided by the invention, the deformable flexible sealing bag and the inlet for filling the medium into the flexible sealing bag are arranged, the flexible sealing bag deforms along the residual space in the electronic equipment along with the filling of the medium, and the residual space is filled, so that the accommodating cavity of the flexible sealing bag is enlarged after the flexible sealing bag is filled with the medium, and the accommodating cavity of the flexible sealing bag, the loudspeaker rear shell and the loudspeaker vibrator form the rear cavity, so that the volume of the rear cavity is effectively enlarged, and the working performance of the loudspeaker assembly is improved.
Based on the horn assembly provided above, the invention also provides an electronic device, which includes the horn assembly, wherein the horn assembly is any one of the horn assemblies described above.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a horn assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the horn-type loudspeaker comprises a horn front shell 1, a horn rear shell 3, a horn oscillator 2, a deformable flexible sealing bag 4 and an inlet for filling a medium into the flexible sealing bag 4; the horn oscillator 2 and the horn front shell 1 form a front cavity, and the flexible sealing bag 4, the horn rear shell 3 and the horn oscillator 2 form a rear cavity; the flexible sealing bag 4 and/or the horn rear shell 3 are connected with the horn front shell 1.
It will be appreciated that the volume of the flexible sealed bag 4 deforms in synchronism with the profile of the flexible sealed bag 4.
According to the horn component provided by the embodiment of the invention, the deformable flexible sealing bag 4 and the inlet for filling the medium into the flexible sealing bag 4 are arranged, along with the filling of the medium, the flexible sealing bag 4 deforms along the residual space in the electronic equipment and fills the residual space, and as the flexible sealing bag 4 is filled with the medium, the containing cavity of the flexible sealing bag 4 becomes large, and as the containing cavity of the flexible sealing bag 4, the horn rear shell 3 and the horn oscillator 2 form the rear cavity, the volume of the rear cavity is effectively enlarged, and the working performance of the horn component is improved.
Meanwhile, the volume of the flexible sealing bag 4 is changed by changing the filling amount of the medium, so that the volume of the rear cavity is changed, the volume of the rear cavity can be adjusted according to the volume of the front cavity of the horn assembly, and better working performance can be obtained.
Meanwhile, with the horn assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, along with the filling of the medium, the flexible sealing bag 4 deforms along the residual space inside the electronic device, and the residual space is filled, so that the residual space inside the electronic device is fully utilized, the occupied design space inside the electronic device is reduced, and a premise is provided for obtaining thinner electronic devices.
It should be noted that the medium filled into the flexible sealing bag 4 may be gas or other filling materials meeting the requirement. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific type of the medium.
In the above-mentioned loudspeaker subassembly, preceding shell 1 of loudspeaker is connected with flexible sealing bag 4, preceding shell 1 of loudspeaker is connected with loudspeaker backshell 3, or preceding shell 1 of loudspeaker is connected with flexible sealing bag 4 and loudspeaker backshell 3. Specifically, when the horn front shell 1 is connected with the flexible sealing bag 4, the horn rear shell 3 is connected with the flexible sealing bag 4; when the loudspeaker front shell 1 is connected with the loudspeaker rear shell 3, the flexible sealing bag 4 is connected with the loudspeaker rear shell 3; when the loudspeaker front shell 1 is connected with the flexible sealing bag 4 and the loudspeaker rear shell 3, namely the flexible sealing bag 4 is connected with one part of the loudspeaker front shell 1, and the flexible sealing bag 4 is connected with the other part of the loudspeaker front shell 1.
For convenience of installation, the loudspeaker rear shell 3 is preferably connected with the loudspeaker front shell 1, and the loudspeaker vibrator 2 is positioned between the loudspeaker front shell 1 and the loudspeaker rear shell 3; the horn oscillator 2 and the horn rear shell 3 form a first rear cavity, the accommodating cavity of the flexible sealing bag 4 forms a second rear cavity, and the first rear cavity is communicated with the second rear cavity to form a rear cavity.
Further, the flexible sealing bag 4 is connected to the horn rear case 3. Of course, the flexible sealing bag 4 can be connected with the horn front shell 1, and the cavity of the flexible sealing bag 4 is not communicated with the front cavity.
For ease of installation, the flexible sealed bag 4 communicates with the first rear chamber through a connecting tube 5, as shown in fig. 1.
The relative positions of the flexible sealing bag 4 and the horn rear case 3 may be designed according to the inner space of the electronic device to be actually used. Preferably, the axial direction of the connection pipe 5 is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the horn rear case 3. Note that the thickness direction of the horn rear case 3 is a direction in which the horn rear case 3 and the horn front case 1 are butted, i.e., a vertical direction in fig. 2.
For the convenience of production, the connecting pipe 5 and the horn rear shell 3 are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the inlet is arranged in the horn back shell 3, and the inlet is communicated with the cavity of the flexible sealing bag 4 through the first back cavity, as shown in fig. 1. Thus, the production and the installation are convenient; meanwhile, the medium enters the first back cavity first, so that the flexible sealing bag 4 is convenient to deform. Of course, the inlet may alternatively be provided directly on the flexible sealed bag 4, and is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
In order to facilitate filling of the flexible sealing bag 4 with a medium, the horn assembly further comprises an inlet tube 6 communicating with the inlet. The size and length of the inlet pipe 6 need to be designed according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the inlet pipe 6 is tapered from an end remote from the inlet to an end adjacent to the inlet, as shown in fig. 3. It will be appreciated that the inner diameter of the inlet pipe 6 increases from the end remote from the inlet to the end adjacent the inlet. Therefore, the flow speed of the medium before entering the rear cavity can be reduced, and the safety and reliability are improved. Of course, the inlet pipe 6 may be an equal diameter straight pipe, but is not limited thereto.
When the inlet is arranged on the horn rear shell 3, the inlet pipe 6 and the horn rear shell 3 are preferably selected to be of an integrated structure.
Furthermore, the connecting pipe 5, the inlet pipe 6 and the horn rear case 3 are of an integrated structure. At this time, the connection pipe 5, the inlet pipe 6 and the horn rear case 3 may be obtained by an injection molding process.
The flexible sealing bag 4 is made of a flexible material, and the types of the flexible sealing bag 4 are many, for example, a rubber bag, a plastic bag, a latex bag, and the like. In order to obtain materials, the flexible sealing bag 4 is preferably a latex bag or a plastic bag. Further, the latex bag is a balloon.
Based on the horn assembly provided by the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes the horn assembly, where the horn assembly is any one of the horn assemblies described above.
Since the speaker assembly provided by the above embodiment has the above technical effects, and the electronic device provided by the above embodiment has the above speaker assembly, the electronic device provided by the above embodiment also has corresponding technical effects, and details are not repeated herein.
The electronic device can be a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone or the like. Preferably, the electronic device is a smartphone.
