Technical Field

Background
Today, when data information is exploded greatly, the types and sources of information are various, and it is very important how to effectively manage information, obtain information in time, and share information in real time.
At present, information transmission and intercommunication conditions among different systems, equipment and personnel are limited, the systems are independent or only a small amount of information is communicated, a user needs to log in various terminal platforms to check different information, and information cannot be acquired, transmitted and shared in time.
The information management based on the cloud technology can enable clients of different levels to acquire and share data information in time, and further execute the next work task.
Therefore, how to develop a cloud-technology-based energy information data processing system and method becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

The application solves the main problem of providing an energy information data processing system and method based on a cloud technology to solve the technical problem that information cannot be acquired, transmitted and shared in time.

and the work management module is used for automatically generating a work task list and sending the work task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for execution and/or approval through the data display unit.
Further, the personnel management module comprises: a first personnel management module and a second personnel management module, wherein,
the first personnel management module is used for automatically generating a preset personnel task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit and sending the preset personnel task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for execution through the data display unit;
and the second personnel management module is used for automatically generating an emergency personnel task list and sending the emergency personnel task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for examination and approval through the data display unit.
Further, the device management module includes: a first device management module and a second device management module, wherein,
the first equipment management module is used for automatically generating a preset equipment task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit and sending the preset equipment task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for execution through the data display unit;
and the second equipment management module is used for automatically generating an emergency equipment task list and sending the emergency equipment task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for examination and approval through the data display unit.
Further, the work management module includes: a first work management module and a second work management module, wherein,
the first work management module is used for automatically generating a preset work task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit and sending the preset work task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for execution through the data display unit;
and the second work management module is used for automatically generating an emergency work task list and sending the emergency work task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for examination and approval through the data display unit.
The invention also discloses an energy information data processing method based on the cloud technology, which comprises the following steps:

and the work management module automatically generates an emergency work task list through the second work management module, and sends the emergency work task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for approval through the data display unit.
Compared with the prior art, the energy information data processing system and method based on the cloud technology achieve the following effects:
(1) the data acquisition range is wide, and the distribution range of basic equipment is wide;
(2) the data system is flexible, and the data processing is centralized;
(3) the information is pushed in time, and the task is processed in time;
(4) the clients share data information.

Detailed Description
As used in the specification and in the claims, certain terms are used to refer to particular components. As one skilled in the art will appreciate, manufacturers may refer to a component by different names. This specification and claims do not intend to distinguish between components that differ in name but not function. In the following description and in the claims, the terms "include" and "comprise" are used in an open-ended fashion, and thus should be interpreted to mean "include, but not limited to. "substantially" means within an acceptable error range, and a person skilled in the art can solve the technical problem within a certain error range to substantially achieve the technical effect. Furthermore, the term "coupled" is intended to encompass any direct or indirect electrical coupling. Thus, if a first device couples to a second device, that connection may be through a direct electrical coupling or through an indirect electrical coupling via other devices and couplings. The description which follows is a preferred embodiment of the present application, but is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the application and not for the purpose of limiting the scope of the application. Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the system and method for processing energy information data based on cloud technology provided in this embodiment includes: a data acquisition unit 101, a cloud data processing unit 102, a central cloud management unit 103, a data presentation unit 104, and a tracking feedback unit 105, wherein,
the data acquisition unit 101 is configured to acquire data information and transmit the data information; specifically, the data acquisition unit 101 automatically acquires data through different protocols and/or interfaces, and sends acquired data information to databases of each node, and the data node performs preliminary processing according to data application requirements of the current node and outputs a processing result.
The cloud data processing unit 102 is configured to receive the data information transmitted by the data acquisition unit 101, store, update, analyze, and/or process the data information, and then output the data information; specifically, the cloud data processing unit 102 summarizes data information used as needed in the distributed storage database of each node to the cloud data platform for analysis based on a cloud technology, compares newly acquired data with existing data, contemporaneous data and related project data, performs sampling calculation, and outputs a data processing result.
The central cloud management unit 103 is configured to receive data information output by the cloud data processing unit, analyze and judge personnel, equipment and/or working conditions, and allocate tasks to obtain an output result; the central cloud management unit 103 further includes: a personnel management module 1031, an equipment management module 1032, a job management module 1033, wherein,
the personnel management module 1031 is configured to automatically generate a personnel task list, and send the personnel task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for execution and/or approval through the data display unit 104; the people management module 1031 further includes: a first people management module 10311 and a second people management module 10312; wherein,
the first personnel management module 10311 is configured to automatically generate a preset personnel task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit 103, and send the preset personnel task list to relevant personnel and/or departments through the data display unit for execution, where the preset personnel task list includes: presetting a personnel scheduling list and also comprising other task lists related to personnel; preferably, the central cloud management unit 103 automatically generates a preset staff scheduling list in the current month, the next month or a future period of time according to a year round plan, a month scheduling condition, an equipment maintenance frequency and/or other existing data information, sends the preset staff scheduling list to related staff and/or departments through the data display unit 104, the related staff and/or departments execute a scheduling task according to the scheduling list, or execute the scheduling task after the preset staff scheduling list is adjusted and modified, and transmits a modified scheduling task and/or task execution result to the data display unit 104 and/or the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit to perform data display and/or update;
the second personnel management module 10312 is configured to automatically generate an emergency personnel task list, and send the emergency personnel task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for approval through the data display unit; the emergency personnel task list comprises: the emergency personnel scheduling list also comprises other emergency task lists related to personnel; preferably, the central cloud management unit 103 automatically generates an emergency staff scheduling table according to the current staff scheduling condition, sends the emergency staff scheduling table to the relevant staff and/or department through the data display unit 104 for approval, waits for the relevant staff and/or department to determine a new scheduling task, transmits the new scheduling task to the data display unit 104 through the tracking feedback unit 105 so as to send the new scheduling task to the relevant staff and/or department for execution, simultaneously transmits the new scheduling task to the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit 105 for data update, and forms a new preset task, and the preset task is stored in the first staff management module 10311.
The device management module 1032 is configured to automatically manage a device status and automatically generate a device task list, where the device task list is sent to a relevant person and/or department for execution and/or approval through the data display unit 104; the device states include: maintenance frequency of equipment, running condition of the equipment, scrapping condition of the equipment and inventory condition of the equipment; the device management module 1032 further includes: a first device management module 10321 and a second device management module 10322; wherein,
the first device management module 10321 is configured to automatically generate a preset device task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit 103, and send the preset device task list to a relevant person and/or department through the data display unit for execution; the preset device task list comprises: the parts inventory report, the equipment maintenance report, and other task lists related to the equipment are not described in detail herein. Specifically, the central cloud management unit 103 performs automatic analysis according to the maintenance frequency of the device, the operation condition of the device, and/or the accessory inventory condition of the device, automatically generates a preset device task list according to an analysis result, and sends the preset device task list to related personnel and/or departments through the data display unit 104, the related personnel and/or departments perform approval processing according to the preset device task list, and the processing result is transmitted to the data display unit 104 and/or the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit 105 to perform data display and/or update.
The second device management module 10322 is configured to automatically generate an emergency device task list, and send the emergency device task list to a relevant person and/or department for approval through the data display unit 104; the central cloud management unit 103 automatically generates an emergency device task list according to the running, maintenance and/or accessory state of the current device, sends the emergency device task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for approval through the data display unit 104, waits for the relevant personnel and/or departments to determine a new task scheme, transmits the task scheme to the data display unit 104 through the tracking feedback unit 105 to execute tasks and obtain execution results, and simultaneously, sends the task scheme and the execution results back to the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit 105 to update data and form new preset tasks, wherein the new preset task data are stored in the first device management module 10321.
The work management module 1033 is configured to automatically generate a work order, and send the work order to a relevant person and/or department for execution and/or approval through the data display unit 104; the work management module 1033 further includes: a first work management module 10331 and a second work management module 10332; wherein,
the first work management module 10331 is configured to automatically generate a preset work task list according to a preset task in the central cloud management unit, and send the preset work task list to a relevant person and/or department through the data display unit 104 for execution; specifically, the central cloud management unit 103 automatically generates a preset work task list according to an existing work task, and simultaneously automatically selects related personnel and/or departments, and sends the preset work task list to the related personnel and/or departments through the data display unit 104 for processing, after a processing result is obtained, the processing result is transmitted to the data display unit 104 through the tracking feedback unit 105 so as to be sent to the related personnel and/or departments for confirmation, and simultaneously, the processing result is also transmitted to the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit 105 for data updating;
the second work management module 10332 is configured to automatically generate an emergency work task list, and send the emergency work task list to relevant personnel and/or departments for approval through the data display unit; specifically, the central cloud management unit 103 generates an emergency work task list according to a current work task condition, sends the emergency work task list to relevant persons and/or departments for approval through the data display unit 104, waits for the relevant persons and/or departments to determine a new task scheme, transmits the task scheme to the data display unit 104 through the tracking feedback unit 105 so as to send the task scheme to the relevant persons and/or departments for execution, obtains a task result after the relevant persons and/or departments execute a task, transmits the task result to the data display unit 104 through the tracking feedback unit 105 so as to send the task result to the relevant persons and/or departments for confirmation, and simultaneously transmits the task result and the task scheme to the cloud data processing unit 102 through the tracking feedback unit 105, updating data;
the data display unit 104 is configured to send the output result to a terminal device, and adopt a chart display mode; specifically, the data presentation unit 104 sends data to various terminal devices, preferably mobile terminal devices, through a cloud management platform by using a dynamic real-time presentation technology, where the mobile terminal devices include but are not limited to: the terminal device is provided with a cloud management client matched with the data display unit 104, and the cloud management client is used for receiving and/or sending data information to the data display unit 104.
The tracking feedback unit 105 is configured to track output result information received by the terminal device, track the latest state of people, equipment, and/or work, and then transmit a tracking result back to the data display unit 104 and/or the cloud data processing unit 102; specifically, the tracking feedback unit 105 receives task results, task schemes, or other information sent by the relevant personnel and/or departments through the terminal device, sends the received information to the relevant personnel and/or departments through the data display unit 104 for execution and/or approval, and simultaneously, returns the information to the cloud data processing unit 102 for data update.
Compared with the prior art, the energy information data processing system and method based on the cloud technology achieve the following effects:
(1) the data acquisition range is wide, and the distribution range of basic equipment is wide;
(2) the data system is flexible, and the data processing is centralized;
(3) the information is pushed in time, and the task is processed in time;
(4) the clients share data information.
