Dynamic setting method for diagnostic protocol setTechnical Field
The present invention relates to a method for dynamically setting a protocol set, and more particularly, to a method for dynamically setting a diagnostic protocol set.
Background
When using an X-ray diagnostic apparatus for examination, a physician needs to make a sequence selection from a diagnosis large Part (Big Body Part) to a Protocol group (Procedure) to a Protocol (Protocol) according to an examination Part of a patient, so as to help the patient determine the required relevant exposure parameters. In the selection process, due to the fact that the number of each hierarchy is too large, the sequence selection is cumbersome, and the efficiency and friendly interactivity of the workflow are reduced.
The existing X-ray equipment diagnosis provides a hierarchy of a common protocol set (which is the same as most parts and comprises the frequently used protocol set), so that a doctor can conveniently select required related exposure parameters as soon as possible, and the working efficiency of the doctor is improved. The storage relationship of the common protocol group, the diagnosis large part, the protocol group and the protocol hierarchy in the database is represented in fig. 1. It can be seen from fig. 1 that the protocol suite included in the common protocol suite level is selected from the protocol suites included in the majority of the various diagnostic levels. In the prior art, the content in the common protocol group hierarchy is configured before the software runs, and the contained content is not changed along with the running of the software, namely, the content is not changed because a doctor often uses other non-common protocol groups. Therefore, after the original protocol group which is not commonly used is frequently used, the problem of tedious sequence selection from a diagnosis large part to the protocol group to the protocol by a doctor still frequently occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a dynamic setting method for a diagnostic protocol set, which can dynamically set and update a common protocol subset, help a doctor to select expected related exposure parameters as soon as possible, improve the working efficiency of the doctor and improve the software interaction friendliness.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the above technical problems is to provide a dynamic setting method for a diagnostic protocol set, where the diagnostic protocol set includes: at least one diagnostic site protocol subset corresponding to a diagnostic site, each of said diagnostic site protocol subsets comprising at least one protocol suite, said protocol suite comprising at least one protocol; and, a common subset of protocols, the common subset of protocols including the set of protocols in at least one of the diagnostic site protocol subsets; the method comprises the following steps: updating the weight of a protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset, wherein the weight is used for recording the called times of the protocols in the protocol group; acquiring the maximum weight of a protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset; acquiring the minimum weight of a protocol group in the common protocol subset; adding the protocol group with the maximum weight in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the common protocol subset; or if the ratio of the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, generating prompt information for prompting a user to update the protocol group in the common protocol subset.
In the above dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, if the ratio of the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, if the number of the protocol groups in the common protocol subset does not reach the number of the configuration requirements, the user is prompted to directly set the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset as the protocol group in the common protocol subset.
In the above dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, if the ratio of the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, if the number of the protocol groups in the common protocol subset reaches the number of configuration requirements, the user is prompted to replace the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset with the protocol group with the minimum weight in the common protocol subset.
In the above dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, when there are a plurality of protocol groups with the smallest weight in the common protocol subset, the user is prompted to select one of the protocol groups with the smallest weight to replace the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset.
In the above dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, if the ratio of the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, if the number of the protocol groups in the common protocol subset reaches the number of configuration requirements, the user is prompted to replace the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset with one of the first three protocol groups arranged according to the weight from small to large in the common protocol subset.
In the above dynamic setting method for the diagnostic protocol set, if the ratio of the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, if the number of the protocol groups in the common protocol subset reaches the number of configuration requirements, the user is prompted to replace one of the protocol groups in the diagnostic part protocol subset and the protocol groups in the common protocol subset having the weight greater than the minimum weight in the range of 0-20%.
In the above dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, if the user cancels the update of the frequently-used protocol subset, the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset larger than or equal to the preset threshold is set as the minimum weight in the frequently-used protocol subset.
The dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set comprises the step of setting the preset threshold value to be 130-170%.
In the above method for dynamically setting a diagnostic protocol set, each time the protocol is exposed and an image is successfully acquired, the weight of the protocol group corresponding to the protocol is increased by 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the dynamic setting method of the diagnostic protocol set, the weight of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is calculated and compared, and along with the frequent use of the original abnormal protocol subset, the system can actively prompt a user whether to add the abnormal protocol group in the original diagnostic part protocol subset to the normal protocol subset or replace the related protocol group in the current normal protocol subset according to the related algorithm, so that the normal protocol subset information can be updated in real time, the working efficiency of a doctor is improved, and the experience effect of the user is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the dynamic setup of a diagnostic protocol set according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a dynamic loading process of a diagnostic protocol set according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present invention provides a method for dynamically setting a diagnostic protocol set, where the diagnostic protocol set includes: at least one diagnostic site protocol subset corresponding to a diagnostic site, such as diagnostic large site 1, diagnostic large site 2 …, diagnostic large site n, n being a natural number in fig. 1, each of said diagnostic site protocol subsets comprising at least one protocol set comprising at least one protocol; and, a common subset of protocols, the common subset of protocols including the set of protocols in at least one of the diagnostic site protocol subsets; the user can directly select the protocol; the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: updating the weight of a protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset, wherein the weight is used for recording the number of times that the protocols in the protocol group are used; adding 1 to the weight of the protocol group corresponding to the protocol when any one protocol under the protocol group is exposed and images are collected successfully once;
step S2: acquiring the maximum weight of a protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset;
step S3: acquiring the minimum weight of a protocol group in the common protocol subset;
step S4: judging whether the protocol group with the maximum weight in the diagnostic part protocol subset belongs to the protocol group in the common protocol subset, if the protocol group does not belong to the protocol group in the common protocol subset and is only arranged in a certain diagnostic part protocol subset, adding the protocol group with the maximum weight in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the common protocol subset; or, if the ratio of the weight value a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight value B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is continuously judged to be greater than or equal to a preset threshold, generating prompt information for prompting a user to update the protocol group in the common protocol subset. For example, when the preset threshold is 130% to 170%, preferably 150%, and the ratio of the weight a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is equal to or greater than the preset threshold, the user is prompted to update the common protocol subset, including adding a new protocol group to the common protocol subset or replacing an existing protocol group. If the number of the protocol groups in the common protocol subset does not reach the number required by configuration, prompting a user to directly set the protocol groups in the diagnostic part protocol subset into the common protocol subset; otherwise, providing the protocol group with the minimum weight in the common protocol subset for the user to select and replace. If the user cancels the replacement, the weight A of the protocol group in the protocol subset of the diagnosis part is set to be the minimum weight B in the common protocol subset so as to avoid unnecessary frequent prompt. Different embodiments are given below for different cases in step S4.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the number of protocol groups in the common protocol subset does not reach the number of configuration requirements, for example, the configuration number of protocol groups in the common protocol subset in the system may reach 10, and the system only sets 7 protocol groups currently, and when a user uses an X-ray diagnostic device for examination, the ratio of the weight value a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight value B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value of 130%, for example: the minimum weight B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is 80, and when the weight A of the protocol group in a certain diagnosis part protocol subset reaches 104, the system prompts a user to directly set the protocol group in the diagnosis part protocol subset into the common protocol subset; the user can click 'confirm' and select to set the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset into the common protocol subset, at the moment, the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset becomes a newly added protocol group under the common protocol subset, and the weight value is kept unchanged; the user can also select "cancel", at this time, the hierarchical structure of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset in the system is kept unchanged, and in order to avoid unnecessary frequent prompting of the system, the weight a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is modified to be the minimum weight 80 of the protocol group in the common protocol subset.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the number of protocol groups in the common protocol subset reaches the configuration requirement, for example, the configuration number of protocol groups in the common protocol subset in the system may reach 10, and the system has set 10 protocol groups at present, when a user uses an X-ray diagnostic device for examination, and a ratio of a weight a of a protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to a minimum weight B of a protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to a preset threshold 150%, for example, the minimum weight B of a protocol group in the common protocol subset is 80, when the weight of a protocol group in a certain diagnostic part protocol subset reaches 120, the system prompts the user to replace the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset with the protocol group with the minimum weight in the common protocol subset, at this time, the user may select replacement, and then the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is added to the common protocol subset, the weight value is kept unchanged; and if the user can also choose to cancel the protocol group, the hierarchical structure of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset in the system is kept unchanged, and similarly, in order to avoid unnecessary frequent prompting of the system, the weight A of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is modified into the minimum weight 80 of the protocol group in the common protocol subset.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the number of protocol groups in the common protocol subset reaches the number of configuration requirements, for example, the number of configuration of protocol groups in the common protocol subset in the system may reach 10, and the system has set 10 protocol groups at present, when a user uses an X-ray diagnostic device for examination, the ratio of the weight value a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset to the minimum weight value B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value 170%, for example, the minimum weight value B of the protocol group in the common protocol subset is 80, when the weight value a of the protocol group in a certain diagnostic part protocol subset reaches 136, the system prompts the user to replace the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset with one of a plurality of protocol groups with smaller weight values in the common protocol subset, and the plurality of protocol groups with smaller weight values in the common protocol subset may be a plurality of protocol groups with the same minimum weight value 80, or the protocol group comprising the minimum weight 80 and one or more protocol groups closer to the weight of the minimum weight 80, such as the first three protocol groups in the common protocol subset ordered from small to large according to the weight, or the protocol group with the weight greater than the minimum weight within 20%, such as all protocol groups with weights between 80 and 96 in the common protocol subset prompting the user to select replacement, at this time, the user can select one of the protocol groups for replacement, and then the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is added to the common protocol subset, and the weight is kept unchanged; the user can also choose to cancel the replacement, and the hierarchical structure of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset in the system is kept unchanged, and likewise, in order to avoid unnecessary frequent prompting of the system, the weight value a of the protocol group in the diagnostic part protocol subset is modified to be the minimum weight value 80 of the protocol group in the common protocol subset.
In summary, in the dynamic setting method for the diagnostic protocol set provided by the present invention, under the condition that the storage relationship in the database is kept unchanged, along with the frequent use of the non-commonly used protocol subset in the original diagnostic part protocol subset, the system actively prompts the user whether to add the original non-commonly used protocol set to the commonly used protocol subset or replace the related commonly used protocol subset in the currently used protocol subset according to the related algorithm, so that the information of the commonly used protocol subset can be updated in real time according to the user requirement, thereby improving the working efficiency of the physician and improving the experience effect of the user.
