Abstract

The invention discloses a broadcast data transmission method. The method comprises the steps that a transmitting terminal transmits a target identification code in a broadcasting mode, wherein the target identification code is converted into audio data; a receiving terminal receives the audio data and converts the audio data into the target identification code; the receiving terminal uploads the target identification code to a server for identification; the server identifies the target identification code and downloads target data corresponding to the target identification code to the receiving terminal. The invention further discloses a data transmission system and terminal used for broadcast data transmission. According to the broadcast data transmission method, system and terminal, a new data transmitting and receiving way is developed.

Method, system and terminal for transmitting broadcast data
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information transmission technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, and a terminal for transmitting broadcast data.
Background
Broad-cast, including news-casting tools that transmit sound over radio waves or wires, such as the so-called radio broadcast, which transmits programs over radio waves, the so-called cable broadcast, which transmits programs over wires; the system also comprises network broadcast, which is used for broadcasting programs by establishing a broadcast server on an Internet site and running specific software, wherein the program contents comprise audio and video; even movies played through various cinemas, and so on. In the recent information technology, the content spread by broadcasting is diversified, and almost all aspects of human clothing and housing are covered. How to transmit the information wanted or needed to be transmitted by using the advantage of the information spreading mode which widely covers human life is a problem which needs to be considered.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a method, a system and a terminal for transmitting broadcast data, which open up a new data transmission and reception path.
The invention provides a broadcast data transmission method based on the above purpose, which comprises the following steps:
the transmitting terminal transmits the target identification code converted into the audio data in a broadcasting mode;
the receiving terminal receives the audio data and converts the audio data into the target identification code;
the receiving terminal uploads the target identification code to a server for identification;
and the server identifies the target identification code and sends the corresponding target data to the receiving terminal.
In some embodiments, the transmitting terminal transmitting the target identification code converted into the audio data by broadcasting includes:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
One embodiment of the invention discloses a broadcast data transmission method, which comprises the following steps:
the transmitting terminal transmits the target identification code converted into the audio data in a broadcasting mode;

The data transmission system includes a server 102, a sending terminal 101, and a receiving terminal 103.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment 1 of a broadcast data transmission method according to the present invention is shown.
The broadcast data transmission method comprises the following steps:
step 201: the transmitting terminal 101 transmits the target identification code converted into the audio data in a broadcasting manner; the receiving terminal 103 receives the audio data;
step 202: the receiving terminal 103 converts the audio data into the target identification code;
step 203: the receiving terminal 103 uploads the target identification code to the server 102 for identification;
step 204: the server 102 identifies the target identification code;
step 205: the server 102 downloads the target data corresponding to the target identification code to the receiving terminal 103.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the broadcast data transmission method has the advantages that the broadcast is related to a wide range (for example, wireless broadcast, cable broadcast, network broadcast, broadcast in shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants, movie films played in movie yards, etc.), and in general, the broadcast includes audio data (sound signals in videos also belong to a kind of audio data), and we only need to transmit the audio data converted from the target identification code corresponding to the data that we want to transmit through the broadcast, and as long as a certain receiving terminal receives the audio data, the target identification code can be obtained and the corresponding target data can be downloaded from the server; compared with the existing data transmission, the broadcast data transmission method adopts the audio data for transmission, and utilizes the universality of the broadcast, so that the data transmission range is wide.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of an embodiment 2 of a broadcast data transmission method according to the present invention is shown.
The broadcast data transmission method comprises the following steps:
step 301: the sending terminal 101 acquires target data;
step 302: the sending terminal 101 uploads the acquired target data to the server 102;
step 303: the server 102 generates a unique corresponding target identification code according to the target data;
step 304: the server 102 sends the target identification code to the sending terminal 101;
step 305: the transmitting terminal 101 converts the target identification code into audio data;
step 306: the transmitting terminal 101 attaches the audio data to multimedia data to be broadcast;
step 307: the transmitting terminal 101 transmits the multimedia data attached with the audio data in a broadcast manner, and the receiving terminal 103 receives the multimedia data attached with the audio data;
step 308: the receiving terminal 103 converts the audio data into the target identification code;
step 309: the receiving terminal 103 uploads the target identification code to the server 102;
step 310: the server 102 identifies the target identification code;
step 311: the server 102 downloads the target data corresponding to the target identification code to the receiving terminal 103;
step 312: the receiving terminal 103 reads the target data and displays the content contained therein.
For the intelligent terminal, the target data can be coded, decoded and transmitted in a digital mode, and the specific format of the target data is defined when the target data is issued. The start and stop bit in the audio data has the function of the identification code, when the audio data is read by the receiving terminal, the audio data unloaded with the target identification code can be identified, and the audio data is extracted and converted into the target identification code.
Optionally, the server 102 and the sending terminal 101 are combined into a server terminal, and are configured to complete all the work that needs to be completed by the sending terminal 101 and the server 102.
Preferably, the audio data is an audio two-dimensional code.
Optionally, the target data comprises an advertisement, a coupon, and/or a group purchase coupon; or a web page link that includes an advertisement, a coupon, and/or a group purchase ticket.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the broadcast data transmission method has the advantages that, in general, all broadcasts have multimedia data (for example, a broadcast station needs to play music, phase sound, etc., and a network broadcast station needs to play various television programs, etc.) that need to be played, and all these multimedia data include audio data, and as long as an object identification code is converted into audio data and added to the multimedia data, the object identification code can be sent out along with the distribution of the multimedia data, and when a receiving terminal receives the multimedia data, the receiving terminal receives the object identification code at the same time, and obtains corresponding object data according to the object identification code.
Alternatively, the multimedia data may be various audio, video and other multimedia data published on various major audio and video websites (such as youku, potato, love art, hundred music and the like), the audio data into which the object id is converted may be attached at the beginning, middle or end of the video or audio it is distributed, when a user accesses the website through a receiving terminal (such as a computer, a mobile phone, etc.) and clicks on the video or audio, the receiving terminal receives the audio data converted by the target identification code (after the start of clicking or the completion of audio and video playing), then automatically converts the audio data into the target identification code and downloads the corresponding target data from the server, and then displays the content (which can be a section of advertisement, coupon or group purchase coupon, or a webpage link comprising the advertisement, coupon or group purchase coupon) of the target data on a screen; then, the user can operate the displayed content, for example, click the network link to enter the website, or store the displayed coupon.
Preferably, the sending terminal 101 comprises a content publisher 104 and a media 105 (see fig. 4); wherein the media includes a broadcast station, a network broadcast station, and/or a movie cinema and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of an embodiment 3 of a broadcast data transmission method according to the present invention is shown.
The broadcast data transmission method comprises the following steps:
step 401: the content publisher 104 obtains the target data;
step 402: the content publisher 104 uploads the acquired target data to the server 102;
step 403: the server 102 generates a unique corresponding target identification code according to the target data;
step 404: the server 102 sends the target identification code to the content publisher 104;
step 405: the content publisher 104 converts the target identification code into audio data;
step 406: the content publisher 104 appends the audio data to multimedia data to be broadcast;
step 407: the content publisher 104 publishes the multimedia data attached with the audio data onto media 105;
step 408: the media 105 transmits the audio data in a broadcast manner, and the receiving terminal 103 receives the multimedia data attached with the audio data;
step 409: the receiving terminal 103 converts the audio data into the target identification code;
step 410: the receiving terminal 103 uploads the target identification code to the server 102;
step 411: the server 102 identifies the target identification code;
step 412: the server 102 downloads the target data corresponding to the target identification code to the receiving terminal 103;
step 413: the receiving terminal 103 reads the target data and displays the content contained therein.
Optionally, the server 102, the content publisher 104, and the media 105 are combined into a server terminal, which is used to complete all the tasks required to be completed by the server 102, the content publisher 104, and the media 105.
Preferably, the audio data is an audio two-dimensional code.
Optionally, the target data comprises an advertisement, a coupon, and/or a group purchase coupon; or a web page link that includes an advertisement, a coupon, and/or a group purchase ticket.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, this embodiment 3 is different from embodiment 2 in that embodiment 2 includes only one independent individual of the transmitting terminal, whereas the transmitting terminal in embodiment 3 includes two independent individuals, a content publisher and media; the difference between the two is that the application environment of the broadcast data transmission method is different.
For example, if a website such as the loving art or the kuku website is used as the sending terminal in embodiment 2, the website needs to attach the audio data converted from the target identification code to the multimedia data to be released and release the audio data on the website of the website; when a user logs in a favorite art or a favorite movie through a receiving terminal (such as a computer or a mobile phone), the user first reads the audio data and downloads the advertisement to the terminal of the user for display.
If the websites of the love art or the Youkou are put into the embodiment 3, the websites are probably the media described in the embodiment 3 and only take charge of sending the multimedia data; a terminal that needs to send target data and process a target identification code belongs to a content distributor, such as a movie studio, attaches audio data of a target identification code of an advertisement to a leader of a movie that is going to be on-line, and then distributes the movie through the love art.

Preferably, the content publisher is further configured to upload the target data to a server; and receiving the target identification code converted into the audio data by the server.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, compared with the existing data transmission terminal, the broadcast data transmission terminal adopts audio data for transmission, and makes use of the universality of the broadcast itself, so that the data transmission range is wide.

On the basis of all the above embodiments, the present invention also discloses a broadcast data server, including:
the server processing module is used for identifying the target identification code;
and the server sending module is used for sending the target data corresponding to the target identification code to the receiving terminal.
Further, the server further includes:
the server storage module is used for storing the target data;
the server processing module is also used for distributing a unique target identification code for the target data; and generating the target identification code as audio data;
and the server sending module is also used for sending the audio data to a sending terminal.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that the broadcast data server plays a role of a transfer station for the receiving terminal and the sending terminal, and the invention also utilizes the advantage of large storage capacity of the server to store the target data with large data capacity, thereby avoiding that the audio data which needs to be transmitted is too large and causes data transmission difficulty or time consumption too long when transmitting data.
Further, based on all the above embodiments, the present invention also discloses a broadcast data server terminal, which includes the sending terminal and the server; or, include the content publisher, media, and server. Further, the receiving terminal further comprises a receiving terminal display module, which is used for reading the target data and displaying the content contained in the target data.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the broadcast data receiving terminal may complete data transmission by converting audio data into a target identification code and downloading target data from a server; further, the receiving terminal can also automatically read the target data and display the content contained in the target data (for example, when the receiving terminal is a mobile phone, the receiving terminal can directly display the advertisement or coupon, discount information, etc. contained in the target data).
