The invention discloses an isolated skin temperature acquisition device, in particular to a device capable of isolating a temperature sensing sheet from the outside so as to improve the measurement accuracy.
Background
With the rapid rise of the current social and medical industries, people demand the functions of medical equipment, and the practicability pays more and more attention to, the traditional thermometer is to place mercury in a glass tube, a metal temperature measuring device is arranged at the front end of the thermometer, the thermometer is placed in the mouth or the armpit of a user to measure the body temperature, however, the traditional thermometer is too much contacted with the outside in the process of measuring the body temperature, so the accuracy of measured body temperature data is relatively low, and in the process of measuring the body temperature, great inconvenience is brought to the user in action, and as mercury belongs to toxic dangerous liquid, if the thermometer is placed in the mouth, the phenomenon that mercury flows out can cause great danger to the user. And is particularly unsuitable for active and ambulatory children.
Therefore, a safer, more convenient and more accurate electronic thermometer comes into play, and although the prior art of the electronic thermometer is safer and more accurate than the traditional mercury type thermometer, the electronic thermometer still cannot be prevented from contacting with the air when measuring the body temperature. Therefore, the measured body temperature data still has certain errors, and the electronic thermometer needs to be placed in the mouth of the user, which also brings great inconvenience to the user.
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present inventors intend to obviate or at least mitigate the problems encountered in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide an isolated skin temperature collecting device for measuring the body temperature of a user, which is not or less affected by the ambient temperature.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an isolated skin temperature collecting device which can be conveniently fixed on the surface of a human body for a long time to monitor the body temperature, so that a user can place the electronic thermometer on any part of the body when measuring the body temperature, thereby ensuring that the user can move without any restriction during the process of measuring the body temperature.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a temperature collecting device capable of displaying or transmitting a temperature value at any time to facilitate monitoring of physical conditions of a patient or a child.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an isolated skin temperature collecting device, comprising: the sheet-shaped carrier is provided with an accommodating space, the accommodating space is sealed from the outside air and is arranged on the sheet-shaped carrier one by one, the sheet-shaped carrier is provided with an accommodating space, the accommodating space is sealed from the outside air, an opening is formed in one surface of the sheet-shaped carrier, and the periphery of the opening is provided with a sealing part capable of forming sealing with the contacted skin;
the temperature sensing piece is arranged in the sheet-shaped carrier, and the measuring surface of the temperature sensing piece can be directly contacted with the skin through the opening of the sheet-shaped carrier.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to an isolated skin temperature acquisition device which comprises a hollowed-out sheet-shaped carrier, wherein a sensor temperature sensing piece can be placed in a hole of the sheet-shaped carrier to ensure that the periphery of the sensor temperature sensing piece is a closed environment and is not in direct contact with air. Therefore, the measured body temperature data is not influenced by the external temperature. The circuit board, battery and pilot lamp are fixed on the slice carrier, and this temperature measurement equipment can discern through the instruction above at during operation people, because this equipment pastes through the gum, can place any position at user's health when consequently this equipment measurement body temperature of fixed mode of bracelet or belt to guarantee that the user moves still freely when the measurement body temperature.
The temperature sensing piece is in a sealed state formed by the sheet-shaped carrier and the skin, so that the body temperature of an actual user is measured, and the temperature sensing piece can be effectively prevented from being interfered by the external environment to influence the measurement accuracy.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, which are schematic views of an embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment, the present invention provides an isolated skin temperature collecting device, comprising: the back of the shell is provided with a round hole, a circuit board, a battery, a power switch, a power indicator, a sheet-shaped carrier, a temperature sensing sheet and a data sending module. The shell of the isolated skin temperature acquisition device can be an object with a certain thickness in a circular shape, a square shape, a polygonal shape or an irregular shape, and the material of the device can be plastic, wood, metal, glass or ceramic.
In this embodiment, the housing is a sheet-shaped carrier 1 with a hollow structure in the middle, the housing has an accommodating space and an opening 7 for accommodating the sensor thermometer 2, a circuit board is arranged inside the sheet-shaped carrier 1, one side of the circuit board is electrically connected with a power switch 5 and a power indicator 4 on the surface of the sheet-shaped carrier 1 for starting or closing the isolated skin temperature collecting device, and the data sending module is arranged on one side of the circuit board for sending the measured body temperature data to an external mobile terminal or a fixed terminal. The battery is arranged on the other side of the circuit board and used for providing electric power required by the isolated skin temperature acquisition device during working.
The sensor temperature sensing piece is electrically connected with the temperature measuring circuit of the circuit board, and the sensor temperature sensing piece can pass through the opening 7 to be directly contacted with the skin, in the embodiment, the opening is a round hole, the temperature sensing piece 2 is also a round shape which is corresponding to the shape of the opening 7 and has a slightly small size, and the temperature sensing piece is fixed at one end of the circuit board through an elastic connecting piece, so that one surface of the temperature sensing piece 2 can be extended out through the round hole to be contacted with the skin of a user, other surfaces of the sheet-shaped carrier are in a sealing form, and meanwhile, the periphery of the opening is provided with a sealing part 6 which can form a seal with the contacted skin, so that the periphery of the sensor temperature sensing piece is in a sealed environment and is not directly contacted with the air, and the temperature sensing piece is isolated from the air to prevent the external temperature from influencing the accuracy of the measured data of the isolated skin temperature collecting device.
In order to seal the sealing part 6 with the skin tightly to form a seal, the surface of the sealing part 6 contacting with the skin is preferably a wide plane, and a back adhesive layer can be arranged on the surface of the sealing part 6, and the back adhesive layer can form a seal with the skin and can be fixed on the forehead, temples, behind ears, armpits or other joints of a person in an adhesive way to measure the temperature in real time.
The isolated skin temperature acquisition device can enable the temperature sensing sheet to accurately measure the body temperature in a relatively closed environment, and then regularly transmits the body temperature data to the fixed terminal or the mobile terminal provided with the corresponding program in a wireless mode to finish the monitoring of the body temperature.
Meanwhile, the device can further design the isolated skin temperature acquisition device into a bracelet form, or set a belt to be arranged outside the shell sheet-shaped carrier. The isolating skin temperature collecting device is used for fixing the isolating skin temperature collecting device at any position on a user, and the back adhesive, the bracelet and the belt can be replaced according to the requirement.
In another embodiment of the present invention, different from the above solutions, the sheet-shaped carrier may further include an elastic portion capable of compressing the accommodating space inward by an external force and restoring outward to form a suction cup structure. The negative pressure can be formed in the accommodating space relative to the external air by means of the sucker structure, on one hand, the installation firmness can be enhanced, on the other hand, the heat transfer can be reduced by utilizing the rarefied air, the interference of the outside on the measurement precision is avoided, and the temperature sensing piece 2 of the sensor can be further closely contacted with the skin. For example, the side wall of the sheet-like support can be provided as a bellows or the top end of the sheet-like support facing away from the opening 7 can be provided as a spring.
In the above embodiment, the sealing portion 6 may also be designed as an elastic sucker structure, i.e. a sealing ring made of elastic flexible material such as polyurethane, nitrile rubber or vinyl-containing polymer, and preferably the surface of the sealing ring is multi-lip type to obtain better sealing effect.
