Abstract

The reading step includes that the Camera module reads audio or video information of the compact disc in a compact disc playing device connected with the Android mainboard by invoking the driving of the compact disc playing device. The Camera module is used for invoking the driving of the compact disc playing device, and the compact disc in the compact disc playing device is read and played. At present, along with the popularization of intelligent devices, an intelligent operating system is greatly developed, wherein an Android operating system is an open-source operating system introduced by google, and is widely used as an operating system of terminals such as mobile terminals, tablet computers and intelligent televisions due to the open-source and open characteristics of the Android operating system. With the increasing abundance of application programs based on the Android system, the Android operating system is also continuously perfected.
At present, playing videos by using an Android operating system is performed in a mode of playing video files stored on a memory card, and the video files stored on an optical disc cannot be played through an external device, such as: digital Versatile Disc (DVD), Compact Disc (CD). Therefore, the Android operating system cannot be used for playing video files such as DVDs or CDs on the vehicle-mounted device, which brings inconvenience to the user.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. In the prior art, the Camera module in the Android operating system has a function of acquiring video information, for example: camera, video phone, etc., the module being an input device. The specific workflow of the Camera module is as follows: an upper application program of the Android operating system opens the Camera through layer-by-layer calling of functions, then obtains a data stream of an image through a Camera driver, and then transfers the obtained data stream to an upper layer, so that the upper layer can see the image obtained through the Camera.
Since the operation of playing the optical disc is performed through the output device, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to change the Camera input device into an output device. Referring now to FIG. 1, the steps of the present invention are described in detail.
Step S110, the optical disc playing device is turned on, and initialized.
Specifically, the Android motherboard sends an instruction for opening the optical disc playing device to a micro control unit (MCU for short) connected to the Android motherboard, and the MCU opens the optical disc playing device according to the received instruction.
More specifically, when an upper application of an Android operating system in an Android motherboard opens a program for playing an optical disc, the upper application sends a command for opening equipment to a system service program of the MCU, and then sends the command to the MCU through the system service program of the MCU, and after receiving the command for opening the equipment from the upper layer, the MCU opens the equipment. When the DVD device is turned on, the DVD device reads data from the DVD disc medium.
Step S120, reading format information of the optical disc in the optical disc playing device, and determining the type of the optical disc based on the format information of the optical disc.
Specifically, the Android operating system sends an instruction for acquiring the type of the optical disc to a micro control unit connected with an Android main board, the micro control unit reads optical disc format information of an optical disc playing device connected with the micro control unit, determines the type of the optical disc based on the read optical disc format information, and sends the determined type of the optical disc to the Android operating system.
It should be noted that the Android motherboard can directly control the operation of the optical disc playing device, but in the present invention, the MCU is added, and the system service that analyzes the command sent by the MCU and sends the analyzed command to the upper layer and the system service that sends the command sent by the upper layer to the MCU are added in the Android system framework layer, so that the load of the Android motherboard is reduced, the system reflection speed is increased, and the playing operation of the optical disc playing device can be quickly controlled by the MCU.
When the MCU communicates with the optical disk playing device, a set communication protocol is arranged between the MCU and the optical disk playing device, the optical disk playing device sends the read data information from the optical disk to the MCU according to the communication protocol between the MCU and the optical disk playing device, and after the MCU receives the data, the MCU analyzes the data from the optical disk through the communication protocol between the MCU and the optical disk playing device so as to determine the type of the data. Whether the optical disc is a DVD or a CD is determined by analyzing certain bits of information indicating the type of the optical disc in the format of the communication protocol, for example, 0x0 represents a DVD and 0x1 represents a CD, and the type of the optical disc in the present invention also includes a blu-ray disc.
When the optical disc playing device reads the optical disc data, it determines that the optical disc type is DVD, then sets the bits representing the optical disc type in the communication protocol to 0x0, and then sends them to MCU, and the MCU analyzes the sent data through the communication protocol to know that the optical disc type in the device is DVD.
It should be noted that data is sent between the MCU and the optical disc playing device through a serial port, and data is sent between the MCU and the upper layer to the upper layer through a broadcast mechanism in the android, where the upper layer is an application program. If no optical disc exists in the optical disc playing device, the MCU does not send broadcast information to the upper layer of the Android operating system, and the upper layer can give a prompt to a user if the upper layer cannot receive the broadcast.
And S130, the Android main board starts an application program corresponding to the type of the optical disc in the Android operating system according to the type of the optical disc.
Specifically, according to the obtained information of the type of the optical disc, the Android operating system starts a corresponding application program of an upper layer.
It should be noted that the started application is an application for playing different optical discs, and may specifically be a playing interface. For example, because interfaces for playing a DVD and playing a CD are different, two application programs are added in the Android operating system of the Android motherboard, and when the MCU gives the result of the determination to the upper application, the upper application calls the DVD application program or the CD application program according to the result.
Step S140, starting a Camera module in the Android operating system installed in the Android main board by the application program of the Android operating system.
Specifically, after the application program for playing the optical disc is called, the application program for playing the optical disc will call to the bottom layer of the Camera through the function interface of the Camera module, as in the prior art, which normally opens the application program of the Camera module. The Camera module is then operational in the system.
Step S150, the Camera module reads audio or video information of an optical disc in the optical disc playing device connected to the Android motherboard by calling a driver of the optical disc playing device.

Specifically, audio or video information is played in the Android operating system according to the determined type of the optical disc. More specifically, the Camera module sends the acquired audio information or video information to application programs corresponding to different optical disc types in the Android operating system, and then the corresponding application programs play the audio or video information.
It should be noted that, in order to reduce the load of the Android operating system, when acquiring audio or video information, in the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the Camera module directly sends the video information in the acquired data stream to an application program in the Android operating system for playing different optical discs, and plays a video, and directly sends the acquired sound information to an analog-to-digital converter (AD converter for short) on the Android motherboard and then outputs the sound information from a speaker, and operations such as playing, pausing, fast forwarding and the like of the video are controlled by the MCU.
In addition, after step S130 is executed, the following steps need to be executed:
step S131, setting a priority for an event playing audio or video information in an Android operating system, and putting the event and the priority corresponding to the event into a preset priority event list, wherein the priority event list is used for storing various events needing to play sound and priorities corresponding to the various events needing to play sound.
Specifically, when an event that audio or video information is played in the Android operating system occurs, and another event that sound needs to be played occurs, for example, a voice prompt event of a GPS navigator, the following steps are performed:
comparing the priority of the event playing the audio or video information in the Android operating system with the priority of other events needing to play sound based on the priority event list, wherein if the priority of the event playing the audio or video information in the Android operating system is lower than the priority of the other events needing to play sound, the event playing the audio or video information in the Android operating system is stopped; if the priority of the event for playing the audio or video information in the Android operating system is higher than that of other events needing to play the sound, stopping executing other events needing to play the sound; and if the priority of the event for playing the audio or video information in the Android operating system is the same as that of other events needing to play the sound, prompting the user to select the event to be executed.
It should be noted that the detection of the sound by the Android operating system is realized by a sound priority management component. First, all the applications (i.e. events) that need to play sound need to create an instance of this component, register their own priority handling function, and apply their own priority. Each application that needs sound will be given a priority, and when the application runs, its own priority will be registered in the sound priority management component. This component is actually a linked list and the priority level of the sound is defined in a priority event list.
For example, an application that plays audio may create an instance of a priority management component, register a sound priority event handling function, and store a node in a linked list, where the node includes the priority level of the playing audio and the sound priority event handling function.
If the priority of the conflict event is high, a priority processing function of the event with lower priority than the conflict event is called, and the priority processing function can pause or stop the event with lower priority to release the sound resource, so that the event with high priority can be played normally. If the priority of the conflict event is low, the low-priority event is not processed.
In addition, when audio or video information is played in the Android operating system, a telephone event can be monitored through the Android operating system.
Specifically, if a telephone event is monitored, the following steps are directly performed: firstly, the Android operating system sends an instruction for reducing the volume of playing audio information or an instruction for pausing playing audio or video information to a micro control unit connected with an Android mainboard, and then the micro control unit controls the operation of an optical disc playing device connected with the micro control unit according to the received instruction.
It should be noted that, in order to monitor a phone event, a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) of a user needs to be connected to an Android operating system in an Android motherboard, and the Android operating system can be monitored when the phone event occurs. In the embodiment of the invention, the priority of the telephone event is the highest of all events needing to play the sound, so the processing function of the telephone event is not called.
In the embodiment of the invention, the Android operating system plays the video through the Camera, and the function that the Android obtains the image data through the Camera is utilized, so that compared with the prior art that a module which is irrelevant to the Camera module and is specially used for playing an optical disk playing device is added to play the optical disk, the research and development workload can be reduced, and the system performance can be optimized.
By the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the Android operating system plays the video file which is not only stored on the disk medium through the external equipment, and due to the realization of the function, the function of the Android operating system is further expanded, so that the Android operating system can play the audio or video file which is stored on the optical disk medium.
Second embodiment
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an optical disc playing apparatus based on an Android operating system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The components and functions of the apparatus are described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus mainly includes an Android motherboard 20, an optical disc playing device 21, and a control unit motherboard (hereinafter referred to as MCU motherboard) 22, and the functions of each portion are described in detail below.
The Android mainboard 21 mainly comprises a high-performance Cortex A8 processor TCC8803, a high-capacity Nand flash memory, a GPS module, a video decoder and a sound decoder. The optical disc player is connected with the optical disc playing device 21 through a serial port bus, and is connected with the MCU mainboard 22 through a serial port. Which communicates with the optical disc playing device 21 and the MCU motherboard 22 by sending commands.
The MCU board 22 controls the optical disc playing device 21, i.e. controls operations of playing, fast forwarding, fast rewinding, pausing, stopping, etc. the optical disc. More specifically, the Android operating system in the Android motherboard 20 sends an instruction for acquiring the type of the optical disc to the micro control unit 22 connected to the Android motherboard 20; the micro control unit 22 reads the disc format information of the disc playing device 21 connected with the micro control unit, determines the type of the optical disc based on the read disc format information, and sends the determined type of the optical disc to the Android operating system in the Android motherboard 20.
It should be noted that the connection manner between the above-mentioned devices is only an example, and as long as no conflict is formed, the devices in the present embodiment may be connected in other manners, and the formed technical solutions are within the protection scope of the present invention.
By the embodiment of the invention, the Android operating system plays the video file which is not only stored on the disk medium through the external equipment, and due to the realization of the function, the function of the Android is further expanded, so that the Android operating system can play the audio or video file which is stored on the optical disk medium.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules or steps of the invention described above can be implemented in a general purpose computing device, centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and optionally implemented in program code that is executable by a computing device, such that the modules or steps are stored in a memory device and executed by a computing device, fabricated separately into integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module.
