Background
The existing melt filter element alkaline washing tank is an external heating coil, the heating effect is not good, and the heat preservation effect of the tank body is also not good, so that in order to ensure the alkaline washing temperature, steam is directly injected into alkaline liquor in actual use, and the steam is wasted. Meanwhile, the volume of the existing melt filter element alkaline washing tank is generally smaller, only 14 filter elements can be placed each time, 85 filter elements of one set of melt filter are required to be subjected to alkaline washing in 6 batches, each batch of alkaline washing is about 24 hours, and the 85 filter elements are finished by alkaline washing in 6 days at least; and the cleaning period of each set of filter element is more than 12 days due to the procedures of ultrasonic cleaning, drying and the like. In the process of frequently taking and placing the filter element and adding steam into the alkali liquor, the alkali liquor is lost, excessive alkali liquor needs to be added in each alkali washing process to ensure the concentration of the alkali liquor during boiling and washing, and the alkali liquor is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an improved melt filter element alkaline washing tank, which can save alkali liquor and steam and improve the alkaline washing speed.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a melt filter element alkaline washing tank is characterized by comprising: a tank body, a tank cover, a filter element hanging basket, a heating coil and a heat-insulating layer, wherein,
the tank body is a cuboid, the bottom of the tank body is a certain distance away from the ground, and the periphery of the tank body is fixed by angle iron; an alkali liquor inlet is formed in the side wall of the tank body, and an alkali liquor outlet is formed in the bottom of the tank body; the heating coil is arranged at the bottom of the tank body; the inlet and the outlet of the heating coil are both positioned on the side wall of the tank body and close to the bottom; the filter element hanging basket is arranged inside the groove body and is used for containing a melt filter element; the tank cover is positioned above the tank body to prevent alkali liquor from overflowing the tank body and entering the insulating layer; the heat preservation layer is coated outside the groove body and the groove cover.
Furthermore, in the melt filter element alkaline washing tank, a positioning frame is arranged below the tank cover, and a handle is arranged above the tank cover.
Further, in the above melt filter element alkaline washing tank, the positioning frame is preferably welded by using angle iron.
Further, in any one of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the heating coil is in a continuous U shape.
Further, in any one of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the heating coil is fixed at the bottom of the tank body by an angle iron, and a semicircular hole is formed at the joint of the angle iron and the heating coil, so that the heating coil can freely move in the horizontal direction.
Furthermore, in any one of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the alkali liquor inlet and the alkali liquor outlet are provided with a pipeline, a valve and a flange.
Further, in any one of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the angle iron is made of stainless steel and is welded around the tank body, below the tank cover or at the bottom of the tank body.
Further, in any of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the thickness of the insulating layer is preferably designed to be 100 mm.
Further, in any one of the above melt filter element alkaline washing tanks, the tank body is preferably sized to: the length is 1400mm, the width is 800mm, the height is 800mm, and the distance from the bottom of the tank body to the ground is 200 mm;
the slot cover is preferably dimensioned: length 1700mm, width 1100 mm.
By using the melt filter element alkaline washing tank provided by the invention, the external heating coil is changed into the internal heating coil, and the heat-insulating layer is additionally arranged, so that the heat loss is avoided, the alkali liquor boiling and washing temperature can be quickly reached and maintained without injecting steam into the alkali liquor, and the steam is saved. In addition, due to the fact that the volume of the alkaline washing tank is increased, 40-50 melt filter elements can be placed each time, and the alkaline washing can be finished by two times of 85 filter elements of a set of 345-F-02 filter elements, so that the alkaline washing time of the filter elements is greatly shortened, and the cleaning of the filter elements of a set of melt filter can be finished in 8 days after the filter elements are modified. Meanwhile, the frequency of taking and placing the melt filter element without injecting steam is greatly reduced, the loss of alkali liquor is reduced, and the concentration during alkali washing can be ensured without adding excessive alkali washing liquid.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the following description is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The existing melt filter element alkaline washing tank is generally small in volume, the heating coil is arranged externally, the heating effect is poor, and waste of steam and alkali liquor is caused.
Example one
A melt filter element alkaline washing tank is characterized by comprising: a tank body 1, a tank cover 4, a filter element hanging basket (not shown in the figure), a heating coil 3 and a heat-insulating layer (not shown in the figure), wherein,
the tank body 1 is a cuboid, the bottom of the tank body is a certain distance away from the ground, and the periphery of the tank body is fixed by angle iron 2; an alkali liquor inlet 11 is formed in the side wall of the tank body 1, and an alkali liquor outlet 12 is formed in the bottom of the tank body; the heating coil 3 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body; the heating coil inlet 31 is positioned at the position of the side wall of the tank body close to the bottom, and the heating coil outlet 32 is also positioned at the position of the side wall of the tank body close to the bottom; the filter element hanging basket is arranged inside the groove body and is used for containing a melt filter element; the tank cover 4 is positioned above the tank body 1 to prevent alkali liquor from overflowing the tank body and entering the insulating layer; the heat-insulating layer is coated outside the tank body 1 and the tank cover 4.
Heating effect can be guaranteed to heating coil inside arranging the cell body in, and the heat preservation effect of cooperation heat preservation does not need extra rethread steam at the alkali wash in-process, has practiced thrift steam.
Example two
A melt filter element alkaline washing tank is further improved from the embodiment, and is characterized in that a positioning frame 41 is arranged below a tank cover 4, and a handle 42 is arranged above the tank cover.
The installation handle conveniently gets the capping and puts, and the installation locating frame conveniently fixes a position the capping, makes capping and cell body can cooperate closely, prevents that alkali lye is excessive.
The positioning frame is formed by welding angle irons, can be made of stainless steel angle irons with the specification of 50mm multiplied by 50mm, and can also be made of any other materials, shapes and specifications which can meet the positioning requirement.
EXAMPLE III
The melt filter element alkaline washing tank is further improved from the embodiment, and is characterized in that the heating coil 3 is in a continuous U shape.
The heating coil can be fixed on the bottom of the tank body by angle iron 33, and a semicircular hole is formed at the joint of the angle iron and the heating coil, so that the heating coil can freely move in the horizontal direction.
The heating coil can adopt a stainless steel pipe with the nominal diameter of DN20, the pipe spacing is 80mm, a stainless steel angle iron with the specification of 70mm x 70mm is fixed at the bottom of the tank body, and a semicircular hole with the diameter of 35mm is arranged at the connecting part of the stainless steel angle iron and the heating coil, so that the heating coil can freely move in the horizontal direction; the heating coil inlet and outlet may be fitted with stainless steel flanges of nominal diameter DN 20.
The heating coil is designed to be continuous U-shaped, is easy to install, and has higher space utilization rate and better heating effect. The stainless steel angle iron with the semicircular hole in the lower portion is used for fixing the heating coil, the heating coil can be fixed to the bottom of the groove body, a certain moving space can be reserved in the horizontal direction of the heating coil, installation of valves and flanges at the inlet and the outlet of the heating coil is facilitated, and damage to the pipe body due to heating expansion is prevented.
Example four
The melt filter element alkaline washing tank is further improved from the embodiment and is characterized in that a pipeline, a valve and a flange are arranged at an alkali liquor inlet and an alkali liquor outlet.
In the above embodiment, the angle iron may be made of stainless steel, and is fixed to the periphery of the tank body, the lower side of the tank cover or the bottom of the tank body in a welding manner.
EXAMPLE five
A melt filter element alkaline washing tank is further improved on the embodiment, and is characterized in that the thickness of the heat preservation layer is preferably designed to be 100 mm.
The heat preservation effect can not be played to the heat preservation is too thin, and too thick then extravagant insulation material, also is difficult for the installation, and through the experiment, the heat preservation design can guarantee the heat preservation effect again be convenient for the installation operation for 100 mm.
EXAMPLE six
The melt filter element alkaline washing tank is further improved on the embodiment and is characterized in that in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the size of the tank body is preferably designed to be 1400mm in length, 800mm in width and 800mm in height, and the bottom of the tank body is 200mm away from the ground; the slot cover is preferably dimensioned 1700mm long and 1100mm wide.
The size of the tank body is obviously increased compared with the tank body before improvement, 40-50 filter elements can be accommodated, and alkali washing can be simultaneously carried out, so that the alkali washing efficiency is greatly improved. And meanwhile, alkali liquor loss caused by frequent taking and placing of the filter element is avoided, excessive alkali liquor is not required to be added, and the using amount of the alkali liquor is reduced.
The size of the tank cover is larger than that of the tank body, so that alkali liquor can be effectively prevented from overflowing and permeating into the heat insulation layer.
According to the data actually measured and calculated, 1120 kilograms of alkali liquor is needed for cleaning one set of filter element before the alkali washing tank is modified, 910 kilograms of alkali liquor is needed after the alkali washing tank is modified, and 210 kilograms of alkali liquor is saved. According to 24 sets of filter elements cleaned in one year, calculated as 14500 yuan per 1000 kg of alkali liquor, the cost is saved for the alkali liquor in one year: 210 × 24 × 14500/1000 ═ 73080 members.
In addition, although the steam saving and the workload reduction of workers are not estimated well, the cleaning time is saved, the filter element can be cleaned in time, the production requirement is not delayed, and certain contribution is made to stable production.
