Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a mobile phone, a system and a method for supporting a called party to send an on-hook sms to a calling party, so that a user of the mobile phone can automatically send the on-hook sms to a mobile phone of the incoming call. The mobile phone refers to a mobile phone terminal, and the short message refers to a short message, a multimedia message, a WAP PUSH message and/or a USSD message. And the on-hook short message is transmitted to the calling party by the called telephone when the calling party calls the called telephone or after the conversation is finished. By hanging up the short message, the called telephone can transmit more information to the calling party, especially the geographical location information or the dynamic information of enterprises.

when a call comes, judging whether a calling party is a mobile phone number, presenting an on-hook short message answering button and an answering button for the call of which the calling number is the mobile phone number, if a user clicks the on-hook short message answering button, sending an on-hook short message of the contents to the calling phone number after the content of the on-hook short message is obtained from a mobile phone storage area or a network server when the call starts or ends, or sending an on-hook short message request to an on-hook short message network server when the call starts or ends, sending a short message preset by a called party to the calling phone number by the on-hook short message network server, and if the user clicks the answering button, not sending the on-hook short message to the calling phone.
The on-hook short message is a flash message which can be directly displayed on a mobile phone screen and the information is not automatically stored after reading.
The mobile phone terminal further includes: and the user can edit own on-hook short message and store the on-hook short message in the on-hook short message storage area.
The mobile phone terminal further includes: and if the short message of the on-hook short message editing type is received, storing the on-hook short message content carried in the short message in an on-hook short message storage area.
A configurable mobile phone terminal supporting on-hook SMS, comprising the following functions:
when a call comes, judging whether a calling party is a mobile phone number, for the call of which the calling number is the mobile phone number, checking the configuration of a user when the call is connected or the call is finished, if the user configures the on-hook short message sending to the calling number, sending the on-hook short message of the content to the calling phone number after obtaining the on-hook short message content from a mobile phone storage area or a network server, or sending an on-hook short message request to an on-hook short message network server when the call is connected or the call is finished, sending a short message preset by a called party to the calling phone number by the on-hook short message network server, and if the user does not configure the on-hook short message sending to the calling number, not sending the on-hook short message to the calling phone.
The mobile phone terminal further includes: the user can set the independent on-hook short message content according to the group or the number in the phone book of the mobile phone, and set the independent on-hook short message content for the phone number which is not in the phone book.
A system for supporting an on-hook sms, comprising:
a mobile communication wireless system for providing a wireless access service for connecting a mobile communication network to a mobile phone terminal;
a mobile communication access gateway interconnected with the mobile communication wireless system and providing the mobile phone terminal with a communication device accessed to the mobile communication core network through the mobile communication wireless system;
one or more mobile phone terminals are mobile phone terminals supporting on-hook short messages or configurable mobile phone terminals supporting on-hook short messages;
the on-hook short message network server is realized by a computer database system, is connected with a mobile communication core network through a data network of a telecom operator and is used for managing service user data, home group information and on-hook short message content; the system is used for receiving an on-hook short message change message of a group administrator, generating a new on-hook short message according to the information in the on-hook short message change message, and sending the short message of an on-hook short message edit type to a selected group telephone number.
A signaling collection method for realizing the sending of an on-hook short message to a calling party is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(A) the on-hook short message network server acquires the information of a calling telephone calling on-hook short message subscriber;
(B) if the calling telephone supports short messages and the called provides on-hook short messages to the calling telephone, executing step (C); if the calling telephone does not support short message or the called telephone does not provide on-hook short message to the calling telephone, executing step (E);
(C) retrieving an on-hook short message content set by an on-hook short message subscriber by an on-hook short message network server, retrieving the number of times that the on-hook short message content is presented to the calling telephone before updating, if the number of times exceeds a set maximum number of times, executing the step (E), and if the number of times does not exceed the set maximum number of times, executing the step (D);
(D) after the on-hook short message network server sends the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber to the calling telephone through a short message, recording the times of presenting the on-hook short message content to the calling telephone number;
(E) the service processing procedure is ended.
In the step (A), for the personalized ring back tone user or the intelligent network user, the on-hook short message network server acquires the information of the calling on-hook short message service user by acquiring the calling signaling message of the personalized ring back tone platform or the intelligent network SCP.
An intelligent network subscription triggering method for realizing sending an on-hook short message to a calling party is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the calling telephone starts a call to an on-hook short message signed telephone number through a mobile service switching center MSC/service switching point SSP;
(2) the service switching point SSP sends a call triggering message to the on-hook short message network server;
(3) if the calling telephone supports the short message and the called telephone provides the on-hook short message to the calling telephone, executing the step (4); if the calling telephone does not support short messages or the called telephone does not provide on-hook short messages for the calling telephone, executing the step (6);
(4) the on-hook short message network server retrieves the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber, retrieves the number of times that the on-hook short message content is presented to the calling telephone before updating, if the number of times exceeds the set maximum number of times, the step (6) is executed, and if the number of times does not exceed the set maximum number of times, the step (5) is executed;
(5) after the on-hook short message network server sends the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber to the calling telephone through a short message, recording the times of presenting the on-hook short message content to the calling telephone number;
(6) if the called party is a composite intelligent network signing user, the trigger message is forwarded to a Service Control Point (SCP) of the called number, and the SCP returns a next step indication message to the SSP; if the called party is a called intelligent network signed user of the pure on-hook short message service, indicating the service switching point SSP to continue calling the called telephone number;
(7) and the service switching point SSP controls the MSC to complete the calling process to the called telephone number according to the received indication information.
The invention has the following technical effects:
when the calling party calls the called telephone or after the call is finished, the called telephone can transmit more information, particularly geographical location information or dynamic information of enterprises to the calling party through the on-hook short message.

the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 is connected with a mobilecommunication core network 130 through a telecommunication operatorinternal data network 120, and is connected with a short message center or a short message gateway in the core network through the mobilecommunication core network 130;

a mobile communicationwireless system 150 for providing a mobile phone terminal with a wireless access service for connecting to a mobile communication network;
a mobilecommunication access gateway 140 interconnected with the mobilecommunication wireless system 150, which is a communication device providing a mobile phone terminal with access to a mobile communication core network through the mobilecommunication wireless system 150;
one or moremobile phone terminals 160, which are mobile phone terminals supporting on-hook sms or configurable mobile phone terminals supporting on-hook sms;
an on-hook shortmessage network server 100 implemented by a computer database system, connected to a mobile communication core network through a data network of a telecom operator, and configured to manage service user data, home group information, and on-hook short message content; the system is used for receiving an on-hook short message change message of a group administrator, generating a new on-hook short message according to the information in the on-hook short message change message, and sending the short message of an on-hook short message edit type to a selected group telephone number.
A signaling collection method for realizing the sending of an on-hook short message to a calling party comprises the following steps:
(A) the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 collects the information of the on-hook short message subscriber of the calling phone call;
(B) if the calling telephone supports short messages and the called provides on-hook short messages to the calling telephone, executing step (C); if the calling telephone does not support short message or the called telephone does not provide on-hook short message to the calling telephone, executing step (E);
(C) the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 retrieves the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber, retrieves the number of times that the on-hook short message content is presented to the calling telephone before updating, if the number of times exceeds the set maximum number of times, then step (E) is executed, if the number of times does not exceed the set maximum number of times, then step (D) is executed;
(D) after the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 sends the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber to the calling phone through a short message, recording the number of times of presenting the on-hook short message content to the calling phone number;
(E) the service processing procedure is ended.
In the step (a), for the personalized ring back tone user or the intelligent network user, the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 acquires the information of the calling on-hook short message service user by collecting the call signaling message of the personalized ring back tone platform or the intelligent network SCP.
An intelligent network subscription triggering method for realizing sending an on-hook short message to a calling party is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the calling telephone starts a call to an on-hook short message signed telephone number through a mobile service switching center MSC/service switching point SSP;
(2) the service switching point SSP sends a call triggering message to the on-hook shortmessage network server 100;
(3) if the calling telephone supports the short message and the called telephone provides the on-hook short message to the calling telephone, executing the step (4); if the calling telephone does not support short messages or the called telephone does not provide on-hook short messages for the calling telephone, executing the step (6);
(4) the on-hook shortmessage network server 100 retrieves the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber, retrieves the number of times that the on-hook short message content is presented to the calling telephone before updating, if the number of times exceeds the set maximum number of times, the step (6) is executed, and if the number of times does not exceed the set maximum number of times, the step (5) is executed;
(5) after the on-hook short message network server sends the on-hook short message content set by the on-hook short message subscriber to the calling telephone through a short message, recording the times of presenting the on-hook short message content to the calling telephone number;
(6) if the called party is a composite intelligent network signing user, the trigger message is forwarded to a Service Control Point (SCP) of the called number, and the SCP returns a next step indication message to the SSP; if the called party is a called intelligent network signed user of the pure on-hook short message service, indicating the service switching point SSP to continue calling the called telephone number;
(7) and the service switching point SSP controls the MSC to complete the calling process to the called telephone number according to the received indication information.
In order to facilitate a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to specific examples.
Preferably, the mobile communication wireless system employs a subsystem of GSM second generation mobile communication.
The on-hook shortmessage network server 100 is connected with a short message gateway or a short message center in the mobilecommunication core network 130, and communicates by adopting an SMPP protocol, preferably, a SUBMIT SM instruction is adopted to send a short message of an on-hook short message editing type to a mobile phone number, and the on-hook short message editing type refers to a parameter value of a short message of an SMS Teleservice Identifier in an SMS Delivery Point instruction specified by a telecom operator, which can be used for the on-hook short message editing type, in a CDMA network; in a GSM network, a short message parameter value of a TP-Protocol-Identifier (TP-PID) in a short message packet can be used for an on-hook short message editing type;
and the on-hook short message intelligent network signed user is designated as an intelligent network T CSI signed user.
It should be noted that although the on-hook short message of the present invention refers to a short message, it can also refer to a multimedia message, a WAP PUSH message, a USSD message, etc., the protocols are different from the technical implementation, the connected servers are different, the implementation methods are the same, and are not described herein again, that is, the on-hook short message received by the calling party includes a multimedia message, a WAP PUSH message, and a USSD message.
