Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for managing computer icon arrangement and a computer. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring a first input operation of a user by an input device; comparing the first input operation with a preset second input operation to obtain a comparison result; and controlling the icons in the current window or desktop to be rearranged according to a preset rule when the comparison result indicates that the input operation is matched with the preset input operation. The embodiment of the invention greatly simplifies the operation of managing the computer icons for the user.

Background
Under existing computer operating systems, a folder or desktop usually has many icons representing folders, documents, applications, or shortcuts, etc. so that a user can quickly launch some applications, open some documents, or quickly locate a folder.
Meanwhile, for any processing object, a user can form a new icon (such as a folder, a shortcut and the like) by dragging, creating and the like, and the position of the icon can be at any position.

and clicking the selected option by using a left mouse button to realize the arrangement of the icons.

when the comparison result indicates that the first input operation is matched with the second input operation, calculating respective target positions of each icon of the current window or desktop according to the preset rule;
and controlling each icon of the current window or desktop to move from the respective current position to the respective target position according to a preset motion mode.
In the above method, the predetermined movement mode is a constant-speed linear movement or a variable-speed linear movement.
The method above, wherein the second input operation is:
double-clicking on a blank area of the current window or a blank area of the desktop; or

The predetermined motion mode includes factors such as speed, time, motion trajectory, etc., and may be various modes such as uniform linear motion from the current position to the target position, acceleration linear motion from the current position to the target position, deceleration linear motion from the current position to the target position, etc., of course, various modes such as circular motion, polygonal motion, etc., as long as the user can see the motion process, that is, the motion time should be longer than the persistence time of vision of human eyes.
Through the processing, the user can see the motion track of each icon in the icon rearrangement process, and the moved icon can be quickly positioned.
