Background
The anti-fake shortcoming of traditional commodity circulation: the prior logistics anti-counterfeiting method adopts a solution that the prior logistics anti-counterfeiting label is usually produced by manufacturers of conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting labels at one time, and used logistics anti-counterfeiting labels are printed in advance on large packages and small packages, so that the problems caused by the prior logistics anti-counterfeiting label are as follows: the information is not timely and accurate; the logistics anti-counterfeiting data are transmitted to an identification manufacturer, and certain risk of disclosure or loss exists; the logistics anti-counterfeiting mark also has risks of secret leakage and loss in the transportation process; the dynamic digital supervision process covering the whole process cannot be established without adopting the radio frequency identification technology.
The digital anti-counterfeiting technology comprehensively uses the modern digital encryption technology, the computer network technology and the communication transmission technology, can endow each product produced by enterprises with a group of unique encrypted anti-counterfeiting digital codes, and stores the digital codes in a computer database; the production, marketing or consumption process can be conveniently monitored.
For example, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a non-contact automatic Identification technology, which automatically identifies a target object by a Radio Frequency signal and acquires related data through an external material, and the whole Identification work does not require manual intervention and can work in various severe environments; the RFID technology can more conveniently and quickly identify single or multiple objects moving at high speed, and the stored information quantity is very large; the method is an ideal technical means for engaging in anti-counterfeiting logistics data management of products and establishing a dynamic digital supervision flow covering the whole process; however, the cost of the whole application of the RFID electronic tags is higher at present, and the universal popularization of the RFID electronic tags in various industries has certain difficulty.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to research a data structure by utilizing the characteristic that an electronic label chip has a unique UID (user identifier), establish a new digital supervision database by adopting an encryption algorithm (such as PKI (public key infrastructure) digital signature, MD5, 3DES (data encryption standard) and an association algorithm of anti-counterfeiting codes and the UID, and enable an electronic label and a conventional anti-counterfeiting label to form a corresponding relation, thereby helping enterprises use the method for associating and using the conventional anti-counterfeiting logistics data labels and the electronic labels and realizing the digital supervision of the whole process of products such as production, storage, logistics, sales, anti-counterfeiting, and the like.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for developing a conventional anti-counterfeiting logistics data label and an electronic label in associated use is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in a container package of a product, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) electronic tags and conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting tags are arranged in layers to form a product anti-counterfeiting logistics data association electronic tag combination, which is associated with each other and respectively corresponds to form an anti-counterfeiting logistics data association electronic tag system;
acquiring conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label data on site, performing encryption operation processing, converting the conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label data into ciphertext information, writing the ciphertext information into a related RFID electronic label, and establishing a one-to-many anti-counterfeiting logistics data association structure corresponding to association;
reading the encrypted data stored in the RFID electronic tag through a reader-writer device, and restoring the encrypted data into original plaintext information, so that the product condition can be checked, monitored and managed;
wherein,
the on-site collection of the conventional anti-counterfeiting label data means that anti-counterfeiting logistics data information is printed on an anti-counterfeiting mark on the site, one box label corresponds to a plurality of box labels, and the box labels are labeled on a single small package; the box label is attached to the medium package;
the encryption operation processing is converted into ciphertext information, when the medium-sized package is loaded on a large-sized package, an online bar code data collector is adopted, data information on a box label is collected and uploaded to a central database in a corresponding relation together with information such as product serial numbers, batch numbers, production time, effective dates and the like, a computer uses special application software to perform encryption operation processing on the collected bar code data and the serial numbers, batch numbers, production dates, effective dates and the like of the products, the plaintext information is converted into ciphertext information, the ciphertext information is written into an RFID electronic tag through an online RFID special printer and is pasted on the large package, and a corresponding one-to-many anti-counterfeiting logistics data association structure is established.
The original plaintext information is restored through the reader-writer device, namely the encrypted data stored in the RFID electronic tag is read off line through authorized application software embedded into the reader-writer device, the original plaintext information is restored, and anti-counterfeiting logistics supervision is realized through information comparison.
The radio frequency identification electronic tag and the logistics anti-counterfeit tag which are arranged in a layered mode mean that a plurality of middle packages are arranged in an outer package, a plurality of small packages are arranged in one middle package, and products are arranged in the small packages, wherein:
a. the outer package is provided with a master box label of a radio frequency identification electronic tag with a unique identification code;
the middle package is provided with a box label of an electronic label or a conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label;
the small package is provided with a box label of a conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label;
box labeling, wherein a product label combination is formed by box labels and a main box label;
b. plaintext information attached to a plurality of small packaging boxes is converted into ciphertext information, and the ciphertext information is collected and written into a logistics anti-counterfeiting label of a middle package in a box-dividing label;
plaintext information and ciphertext information of a plurality of intermediate package logistics anti-counterfeiting label sub-box labels are converted into ciphertext information together, and the ciphertext information is summarized and written into an outer package radio frequency identification electronic label main box label;
the plaintext information of the product attached to the box is collected to form ciphertext information of the sub-box label, the ciphertext information of the sub-box label is collected to form ciphertext information of the radio frequency identification electronic tag main box label, and the anti-counterfeiting logistics data association electronic tag combination is integrally formed.
The RFID electronic tag is an implanted chip formed by laminating and compounding a substrate layer, an antenna layer and an integrated chip layer, wherein the antenna layer and the integrated chip layer are electrically connected.
The logistics anti-counterfeiting label is composed of a plurality of layers of release paper which are compounded and overlapped, viscose glue, a disposable PET aluminizer with a laser holographic anti-counterfeiting image molded, logistics management information of a bar code and a scratchable layer on the surface.
The bar code can be converted into binary information compatible with computer, the corresponding relation between bar code and commodity information is established by means of data base, and when the data of bar code is uploaded to the control computer, the application program of computer can be used for operating and processing data.
In the conventional anti-counterfeiting technology, for example, when the box sticker adopts a disposable PET aluminized film, the laser image is destroyed after the box sticker is lifted, and the requirement that the anti-counterfeiting label can only be used once can be met.
The digital anti-fake technology uses modern digital enciphering technology, and the anti-fake digital code is enciphered and unique and stored in the control computer data base. Plaintext information on a product label is converted into ciphertext information, so that the space occupied by data information in the label can be saved, and the more important function is to establish the corresponding relation between the electronic label and a plurality of logistics anti-counterfeiting labels in the packaging unit through a data encryption and association algorithm, so that the anti-counterfeiting logistics inquiry of each node is realized.
In the RFID technology, a reader-writer matched with the RFID controls a radio frequency module to transmit a reading signal to a tag, receives the response of the tag, decodes object identification information of the tag, and transmits the object identification information and other related information on the tag to a host for processing; the RFID printer can simultaneously encode the RFID label and print bar codes, characters and graphs. The bar code information can be directly packaged and encrypted, and the bar code information is input into the rewritable area of the RFID electronic tag, so that the RFID tag corresponds to the bar code tag.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) by using the method for associating the conventional anti-counterfeiting logistics data label with the electronic label, the static digital information and the dynamic digital information of the conventional anti-counterfeiting label are combined, so that the requirements of different levels on anti-counterfeiting logistics and digital supervision are met; the anti-counterfeiting logistics technical scheme combining the advanced anti-counterfeiting technology and the logistics technology can be implemented, so that the anti-counterfeiting and digital supervision scheme is easy to popularize; and the high cost brought by the whole application of the RFID electronic tags can be reduced.
(2) By using the method for associating the conventional anti-counterfeiting logistics data label with the electronic label, the information management of manufacturers can be realized, the efficiency of products entering and leaving the warehouse can be improved, the channel conflict can be avoided, the loss caused by the shortage of goods can be reduced, the utilization rate of capital of manufacturers can be improved, and larger market share can be won.
(3) By using the method for associating the conventional anti-counterfeiting logistics data label with the electronic label, when a consumer purchases a commodity, the consumer can inquire the basic information of the product by means of the information recorded by the electronic label, and the consumer can identify the authenticity of the product by combining the logistics anti-counterfeiting mark, so that the legitimate rights and interests of the consumer can be effectively maintained.

Examples
The product anti-counterfeiting and digital supervision system mainly comprises hardware: the system comprises a database server, a computer, a bar code printer, an RFID printer, a bar code data collector, an RFID reader-writer, a logistics anti-counterfeiting mark, an RFID electronic tag and the like. The main software comprises the following components: the system comprises a product anti-counterfeiting and digital supervision system platform, a code making subsystem, a database subsystem, a verification subsystem, a system management subsystem, data encryption operation software, a ciphertext information reduction key and the like.
The invention is mainly used for packaging graded products, namely a plurality of medium packages in a large package; the middle package is provided with a plurality of small packages; the product is in the small package. The electronic tag can be attached to a large package (container); the middle package (packaging box) can be pasted with an electronic label and a conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label (cost is saved); the small package can be pasted with a conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label.
1. A conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting label (box label) is used for printing logistics anti-counterfeiting information to a reserved area of the label by a printer;
2. attaching the conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting to a small or medium package of a product, and collecting bar code information on the small or medium package by using an online bar code data collector;
3. the method mainly comprises two processing modes for bar code information, namely, one mode is that acquired bar code information, the serial number, the batch number, the production date, the effective date and the like of a product are bound with the UID number in the RFID label chip to form a corresponding relation and are uploaded to a central database; secondly, the collected bar code information and information such as product numbers, batch numbers, production dates, effective dates and the like are encrypted, subjected to correlation calculation and the like through application software to form ciphertext information, and the ciphertext information is written into the RFID tag through online reader-writer equipment;
4. the information after the encryption operation can be printed on the surface of the RFID label in a bar code form through a special RFID online printer according to needs, and the RFID label is pasted on a large package. Thereby realizing the corresponding relation between the electronic tag and the bar code tag;
the one-to-many anti-counterfeiting logistics data association hierarchy and structure are as follows:
a. for an integrated anti-counterfeiting logistics management object, the container can be divided into different levels according to the packaging, for example, if a container is regarded as the integrated anti-counterfeiting logistics management object, the container can be regarded as a first-level packaging, and each tray in the container is a second-level packaging; the box on the tray is the third-level package; the packaging of the individual articles inside the box is the fourth level of packaging.
b. The three-level packaging is taken as an example, an anti-counterfeiting logistics label (box sticker) with bar code information is pasted on a small single-article packaging box, before the single-article packaging box is packed into a box, the same number of bar code information is collected through data collection equipment according to the number of the small packages in each packaging box, and the collected bar codes and one (middle package sub-box label) electronic label are bound to establish a one-to-many data association relation;
before the intermediate package is loaded into the container (outer package), the same number of bar code information is collected through data collection equipment according to the number of the intermediate package normally loaded in each container (outer package), and the collected bar codes and one (outer package main label) electronic label are 'bound' to establish a 'one-to-many' data association relation;
or the acquired data is subjected to correlation calculation processing by using application software to form new information, a one-to-many data correlation relation is established with one (middle package or outer package) electronic tag, and the one-to-many data correlation relation is uploaded to a database.
c. The 'one-to-many' data association relationship established above can be popularized among other adjacent-level packages.
d. The multi-level one-to-many data association relationship can be applied to various management aspects of commodity sales, anti-counterfeiting, logistics, recall, return, vendor grading, product tracking and tracing, consumer inquiry, government governing department supervision and the like.
6. After the product enters a sale channel, a manufacturer can timely master the accurate flow direction of the goods according to the information uploaded by a wholesaler or a distributor;
7. even if the product has problems and needs to be recalled or returned due to delivery errors and other reasons, the data information is convenient to query and trace, and the negative effects of the product recall and return cost and other aspects are reduced to the maximum extent.
8. By means of the data information supervision method, the sales information of each market area can be mastered timely, statistics and analysis are conveniently carried out, goods are supplemented in time, and loss caused by goods shortage is reduced; the method is convenient for discovering market opportunities and developing new clients.
9. A wholesaler or a seller can access the database on line by means of the RFID electronic tag to realize anti-counterfeiting logistics inquiry, and can also read encrypted data stored in the RFID electronic tag by using application software embedded into a reader-writer in an off-line authorized manner to restore the encrypted data into original information (namely plaintext information), so that the anti-counterfeiting logistics inquiry is realized in an information comparison manner;
10. the terminal customer (consumer) can realize the anti-counterfeiting inquiry through the internet, short messages and fixed telephones according to the prompt of the anti-counterfeiting inquiry on the logistics anti-counterfeiting mark.
11. According to the method, the corresponding relation is established between the logistics anti-counterfeiting mark with very low value and the RFID electronic tag through a one-to-many data association algorithm, so that the conventional logistics anti-counterfeiting mark can be adopted on a single product with low value, and the RFID electronic tag with high cost is adopted on a medium-sized or large-sized package, so that the anti-counterfeiting and digital monitoring cost can be effectively reduced, and the method has strong operability in popularization.
