Abstract

The invention discloses an instant messaging system which can automatically add customers; the system comprises an instant messaging server, an instant messaging client, a search server and a database. The invention also includes a method for automatically adding customers in the instant messaging system, which comprises the steps as follows: users who are in the instant messaging client login on the system for the first time and provide key words; the key words are acquired by the instant messaging service and are kept in the database; user information which is identical or similar to the key words is inquired by the search server; 10 customers are randomly selected in the search result by the instant messaging server and is returned to the instant messaging client; 0-10 customers are selected and added by user from the 10 customers to carry out exchange and communication. By adopting the system and the method of the invention, users need not to manually target and search customers of the same industry and can automatically acquire customer information to communicate.

Description

Instant messaging system capable of automatically adding clients and method thereof

Technical Field

The present invention relates to electronic commerce, and more particularly to an instant messaging system.

Background

At present, instant messaging has become the fifth major internet application service behind internet browsing, information distribution, e-mail, and search engines. On one hand, when a user in the existing instant messaging system installs instant messaging software and logs in for the first time, no client capable of directly communicating and communicating exists in a friend list of the user, if the user wants to communicate with other clients, the user can only manually input certain query conditions through a query function of the instant messaging software and search for client information meeting the query conditions, or the user can directly add the client information to the friend list through a registration ID of an opposite client in the instant messaging software.

On the other hand, if a user using the instant messaging software is logged in for the first time, the user cannot communicate with other clients without being familiar with the search function and the use method of the software and knowing the registration IDs of the other clients on the software. Moreover, the database of the instant messaging software is usually huge, and when the user manually inputs search conditions to perform query, the whole process of adding the client by the user is troublesome.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the instant messaging system, the invention provides the instant messaging system capable of automatically adding the client and the method thereof.

According to one aspect of the present invention, an instant messaging system is provided that can automatically add clients. It includes:

the instant communication client is used for receiving keywords input by a user at the instant communication client;

the instant communication server acquires the keywords input by the user from the instant communication client and stores the keywords in the database;

the search server is suitable for inquiring the client the same as or similar to the keyword; and

and the database provides a search source for the search server to query.

Wherein, the keyword must be filled by the user, if the user is not filled, the user should be required to be filled in supplementarily;

when a search server inquires a client matched with the keywords, the matching rule is to cut the keywords into words and divide the words according to the search engine technology provided by the search server, and the keywords are considered to be matched with the keywords filled in by the user as long as one keyword is the same;

the instant communication server selects 10 clients from the query result of the search server and transmits the clients to the instant communication client;

wherein, the user at the instant communication client can select 0-10 bits of 10 clients by himself and add the selected bits to the friend list.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a method for automatically adding a client in an instant messaging system is provided. The instant communication system used by the method comprises:

the instant messaging server is used for receiving keywords input by a user at an instant messaging client;

the instant communication client acquires the keywords input by the user and stores the keywords in the database;

a search server adapted to query a client the same as or similar to the keyword input by the user; and

and the database provides a search source for the search server to query.

The method for automatically adding the client in the instant messaging system can be realized through the following processes:

(a) filling up keywords by a user at an instant messaging client;

(b) the instant communication client transmits the keywords to an instant communication server;

(c) after receiving the keywords, the instant messaging server stores the keywords in a database;

(d) the search server inquires a client matched with the keyword in a database according to the keyword provided by the user;

(e) the instant communication server randomly selects 10 clients from the query result and transmits the clients to the instant communication client; and

(f) the user at the instant messaging client selects a certain number of clients among the 10 clients and adds the selected clients to the friend list.

Wherein, the keyword in the step (a) must be filled by the user, if the user does not fill, the user is required to fill and write the keyword, and the filled keyword is transmitted to the instant communication server according to the figure 1;

wherein, the keywords in the step (a) are stored in a database through an instant messaging server;

in step (f), the user at the instant messaging client may select 0-10 of the 10 clients and add the selected clients to the buddy list, and more specifically, the user may not select any client from the automatically acquired 10 clients, or may add all the 10 clients to the buddy list of the user.

By adopting the instant messaging system and the method, when a user at the instant messaging client logs in for the first time, the user does not need to manually search the client information of related industries, and can automatically acquire 10 clients matched with keywords and automatically select the number of the added clients to carry out commercial communication and communication.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a process of user refilling write keywords in the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, when a user at an instant messaging client 104 logs into an instant messaging system for the first time, a keyword should be filled in. If the user does not fill in the keyword, the input keyword may be supplemented as shown in FIG. 1. More specifically, when a user inputs a keyword, the instant messaging client 104 transmits the keyword to the instant messaging server 102; the instant message server 102 receives the keywords from the instant communication client 104 and stores the keywords in the database 100; the search server 106 queries the database 100 for the matched client information according to the keyword; and the instant messaging server 102 arbitrarily selects 10 clients from the query results of the search server 106 for the user to select and add.

Fig. 1 may also be used to illustrate an instant messaging system that automatically adds clients. It includes: instant messaging server 102, instant messaging client 104, search server 106, and database 100. The instant messaging client 104 is used for receiving keywords input by a user; the instant messaging server 102 obtains the keyword from the instant messaging client 104 and stores the keyword in the database 100; the search server 106 is used for inquiring the client information which is the same as or similar to the keyword; and database 100 is used to provide a search source for queries to search server 106.

Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of automatically adding a client in the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, a method for automatically adding a client in an instant messaging system can be described by the following process:

(1) the user logs in 200 for the first time, the user at the instant messaging client 104 logs in the instant messaging system for the first time and fills in the keyword, if the user does not fill in the keyword, the keyword should be filled in according to the supplement shown in fig. 1;

(2) the client side obtainskeywords 202;

(3) the server receives thekeywords 204 from the client, and the instant messaging client 104 transmits the acquired keywords to the instant messaging server 102;

(4) storing the keywords in thedatabase 206, and storing the received keywords in the database 100 by the instant messaging server 102;

(5) the search server queries forclient information 208 that matches the keywords;

(6) the server arbitrarily selects 10clients 210, the instant messaging server 102 arbitrarily selects 10 clients from the search results of the search server 106, and the information of the 10 clients is transmitted back to the instant messaging client 104; and

(7) the user selects and adds to thelist 212 himself, and the user at the instant messaging client 104 selects 0-10 of 10 customers himself, and adds to his own buddy list for business communication and communication.

Hereinbefore, specific embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions may be made in the searching method and implementation procedure of the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. An instant messaging system for electronic commerce, comprising:

the instant communication client is used for receiving the keywords;

the instant messaging server acquires the keywords from the instant messaging client;

a search server adapted to query clients matching the keyword; and

and the database provides a search source for the search server to query.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the keyword is entered by a user at the instant messaging client when first logging into the instant messaging system.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the keyword must be filled in by a user, and if the user is not filled in, the keyword is required to be supplemented.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the keyword is stored in the database.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the instant messenger server randomly extracts 10 clients from the search result of the search server and transmits the extracted 10 clients to the instant messenger client.

6. The system of claim 5, wherein a user at the instant messaging client selects 0-10 of the 10 clients to add to the friends list at his or her discretion.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the instant messaging client is a trade-off client.

8. A method for automatically adding clients in instant communication system includes instant communication server, instant communication client, search server and database,

the method is characterized by being realized through the following processes:

(a) filling keywords in the user at the instant messaging client;

(b) the instant communication server receives the keywords;

(c) the search server inquires the client matched with the keyword in the database according to the keyword and generates a search result;

(d) the instant communication server randomly selects 10 clients from the search result and transmits the clients to the instant communication client;

(e) the user at the instant messaging client selects and adds to the friends list in the 10 clients by himself.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the instant messaging client is a trade-off client.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the keyword in step (a) is input by a user at the instant messaging client when logging into the instant messaging system for the first time.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the keyword in step (a) must be filled in by a user, and if the user does not fill in, the keyword is required to be supplemented.

12. The method of claim 10, wherein in step (a) said keyword is stored in said database.

13. The method of claim 8, wherein the user at the instant messaging client in step (e) can select bits 0-10 of the 10 clients to add to the friends list.
