Descreve-se um dispositivo protético tipo estentor 50 padronizado, implantável no corpo humano, com delivramento intraluminal, expansível por catéter-balão 25, associado a envoltório de capa biológica para liberação de fármacos 32, com a função de liberação lenta e controlada de drogas antiaterogênicas, armazenadas em microcápsulas 36 dispersas no interior de bolsas retangulares longitudinais 11 constituintes deste tipo de envoltório. Tais dispositivos são normalmente utilizados na correção de estenoses ou oclusões da parede vascular ou ductos corporais, objetivando manter a patência dos mesmos por mais prolongado período de tempo e anular totalmente a complicação tardia da reestenose. O dispositivo protético tipo estentor 50 possui estrutura espacial disposta em anéis 45 formados da união de hastes transversais 29 em forma de "s", variando em quantidade de acordo com o diâmetro e comprimento de cada prótese, coaptadas por ligamentos longitudinais 12, dispostos no sentido axial deste objeto de invenção e interconectados com esferas de componentes químicos radioativos 10.
