When the congestion condition in the means of transport decreases (58, 86), one or more messages stored in a given buffer are retrieved from memory and encapsulated (104) in a single packet (36) addressed to the destination address computer associated with this given provisional memory. Alternatively, the single package is retrieved from memory. This single packet is then sent (76, 106) by the means of transport to the computer of identified destination address.
