Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was perfectly located for our trips to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Nice rooms, and the staff were super friendly. Convenient laundry facilities and a great 24-hour store nearby made everything easy. The delivery robot was a fun touch too!

The check-in process was a bit disorganized. they overlooked my request for adjacent rooms, which was frustrating for our group.
