Uruk Runes were possibly created by a fan or fans of J.R.R. Tolkien's books, such as theThe Lord of the Rings triology. They are used to write the Black Speech of a race of Orcs known as Uruk-hai, who are apparently hybrids of Orcs and men.
The Uruk Runes are modelled mainly onElder Futhark.

One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them
