This month, UT Ombuds are celebrating April showers for spring gardens! Whatever the weather, tryconnecting with growing things to restore balance.
Listed below are our April-June virtual professional development events. SIGN UP NOW to reserve a seatand, please, pass this info along to your colleagues, students, and/or supervisors.

Last Chance!The next session of ourCrucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue (CCMD) intensive online workshop will be held May 3-31, 2024. This12 hour virtual hybrid training builds skills for constructively engaging in conflict —rather than stepping over or around it— turning disagreement intoconstructive dialogue. Requires participation in four 90-minute Zoom meetings from 11-12:30 on May 10, 17, 24, & 31, 2024 –eastern. Last day to register is April 22 –Only 8 seats left! The online materials access cost is $318/person, usually handled by internal transfer. You will need to provide the contact info for your finance person and the account # to be charged when you register.
