Whistle Pass is alocation inAnimal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. A large cloud-capped cliffside retreat in the mountains, it serves as a gathering place for friends. The player will initially visit withIsabelle andK.K. Slider at the beginning ofPocket Camp Complete, where the latter will name the location. After scanning a friend'sCamper Card, they will appear in Whistle Pass accompanied by thevillager they have assigned as their camp caretaker.

InPocket Camp Complete[edit]

Whistle Pass is divided into two main areas. The left side is an open-air area that houses the main entrance and several log benches that the player can sit on to rest and enjoy a scenic view of the mountain peaks to the north. The right side is an enclosed wooded grove, featuring a wooden stage decorated with fairy lights, lanterns and fire pits. There is also a small wooden table with canvas chairs, but the player is unable to sit here. DuringGyroidite Scavenger Hunts, gyroidite can spawn on the ground throughout Whistle Pass.

Friends[edit]

Up to 8 friends will appear in Whistle Pass each day, alongside their camp caretaker if they have designated one. If multiple friends have the same villager as their caretaker, that villager will only appear with one friend, and the other friends will appear alone. Friends can be found across both areas simply standing in one spot, along with their camp caretaker if present.

The player can interact with both friends and villagers in Whistle Pass. Villagers can only perform randomreactions, and will not speak to the player at all. Friends may perform a random reaction, or the player will have the opportunity to request their help enteringShovelstrike Quarry. Sometimes a friend must be interacted with several times before they can be asked for help. There is also a random chance that a friend will refuse to help, ostensibly because they are "busy", but the player can continue to ask for help until they agree. Once the player receives help from 3 different friends, they will immediately go the quarry. As there can be up to 8 friends in Whistle Pass, the player can request help to enter the quarry up to twice a day.

Gifts[edit]

One random friend per day will give the player a gift, consisting of between 20-30 friend powder, a sticker of their camp caretaker (if they have one), and several randomly selected items from the below table. When an event is active, relevant event items will always be included in the gift.

Seasonal gifts[edit]

In addition to regular items, special gift items are given out during specific times of the year in celebration of seasonal events. When these periods are active, the player will be gifted one random item from the seasonal collection before receiving their regular gift items.

K.K. Slider plays a concert every night from 7 PM to midnight, looping a singlesong. During this time, everyone in Whistle Pass will gather around the main stage to watch the performance.
