"Welcome Horizons" is aK.K. Slidersong inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons. It is a rendition of the title theme forNew Horizons, and was the only original K.K. Slider song to be added in that game until the release of the 2.0 update on November 4, 2021.
The track features a flugelhorn, ukulele, acoustic guitar, an accordion, and tropical percussion, giving off a laid-back island vibe.

The album cover for "Welcome Horizons" depicts a portrait of K.K. Slider sitting on the beach, singing and playing his guitar. He is portrayed in profile at a slight angle. Airplane contrails can be seen in the sky above him. The portrait is framed to the left of the cover, leaving empty space on the right side. An ink stamp that reads "Welcome Horizons" is in the top right corner of the cover, partially overlapping the portrait.

InAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, "Welcome Horizons" can first be heard in-game playing from a tape deck outside ofResident Services during the bonfire party to celebrate the first night living on theisland.Tom Nook will give the resident representative an aircheck after K.K. visits the island and performs for the first time. Otherplayers on the island will receive it directly from K.K. Slider himself, who will always play the song when one attends his show for the first time. It is not played in any villagers' houses. It is one of his five songs that cannot be bought fromNook Shopping, along with "K.K. Birthday" and his threesecret songs.
InAnimal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise, "Welcome Horizons" is played in the houses ofBree,Cranston, andPoppy.
InPocket Camp[edit]
InAnimal Crossing: Pocket Camp, "Welcome Horizons" plays on the portable radio furniture item from theIsland Excursion Invite Set.
