Pinwheels are a type ofhandheld item inAnimal Crossing,Doubutsu no Mori e+,City Folk,New Leaf, andNew Horizons. It will spin as theplayer moves, and they can also blow on it to make it spin faster (only on games that have a microphone feature).

Obtaining[edit]

InAnimal Crossing andDoubutsu no Mori e+[edit]

InAnimal Crossing, pinwheels can be obtained fromRedd during theFireworks Festival or from agrab bag onSale Day. InDoubutsu no Mori e+, they can also be purchased fromTom Nook's store during aOne Day Sale. Pinwheels come in eight different colors and sizes. They can be ordered from the catalog for various prices.

InCity Folk[edit]

InAnimal Crossing: City Folk, pinwheels can be obtained fromPhineas for free when he is present in thecity. Pinwheels come in 8 different (random) colors: green, cyan, blue, indigo, pink, red, orange, and yellow. If the player holding a pinwheel runs into a tree, the pinwheel may break.

InNew Leaf[edit]

InAnimal Crossing: New Leaf, pinwheels can be obtained from players within theHH Showcase, by visiting them viaStreetPass four times. They randomly come in the same colors as inAnimal Crossing: City Folk.

InNew Horizons[edit]

InAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, there is only onepinwheel. It can be obtained fromRedd at his raffle for 500Bells during the Fireworks Show, or purchased fromNook's Cranny for 800Bells outside ofAugust. It can be sold for 200Bells.
