"Only Me" is aK.K. Slider song that first appears inDoubutsu no Mori. It has a spacious picked guitar, a synth, and a metronome, similar to a 1950sballad. This genre is now retrospectively known astraditional pop, which was pioneered by musicians such asFrank Sinatra andBing Crosby, and set the foundation of what would becomepop music. The song's title is possibly a reference toThe Platters' 1955 song, "Only You (And You Alone)", a well-known song in this genre.
