TheNookling Junction is a store inAnimal Crossing: New Leaf owned byTimmy and Tommy. It is the first incarnation of theNooklings' store, and it appears onMain Street. The Nookling Junction is similar in appearance toNook's Cranny fromAnimal Crossing,Wild World, andCity Folk.
After the player pays the 10,000 Bells to Tom Nook to purchase their house, spends at least 12,000 Bells at the store, and has lived in town for at least ten days, the Nookling Junction will close for one day and expand toT&T Mart. The day before the Nookling Junction closes for remodeling, a sale is held where all items in the store exceptfortune cookies are 50% off.
Selection[edit]
The Nookling Junction sells seven items each day, including twofurniture items, twotools, one set ofstationery, oneWrapping Paper, and oneFortune Cookie. During certain events the Fortune Cookie will be replaced with event-themed items, such as Fireworks Fountains or Candy.
Staff[edit]
Timmy and Tommy alternate running the shop throughout the week; Timmy works on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Tommy works on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
