It appears in European towns inAnimal Crossing: City Folk andAnimal Crossing: New Leaf as well as in European versions ofAnimal Crossing: Pocket Camp. InAnimal Crossing: City Folk andAnimal Crossing: New Leaf, the event is announced on thebulletin board.
Naughty-or-Nice Day coincides withSaint Nicholas Day, a Christian holiday similar toChristmas that is celebrated in certain European countries.

InCity Folk[edit]
In European towns inAnimal Crossing: City Folk, Tortimer appears outside thetown hall on Naughty-or-Nice Day and will give the player astuffed stocking if spoken to. After the discontinuation of theNintendo Wi-Fi Connection in 2014, the stuffed stocking can only be obtained in the European version of the game.
InNew Leaf[edit]
In European towns inAnimal Crossing: New Leaf, Isabelle appears in theevent plaza on Naughty-or-Nice Day and will give the player aholiday stocking if spoken to.
InPocket Camp[edit]
InAnimal Crossing: Pocket Camp, allcampers notify the player the first time they are interacted with that day, before any standard dialogue.
