On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, a William & Mary student veteran slowly tolls the Wren Bell to commemorate Armistice Day—the original inspiration for Veterans Day.
 
This year, as the Wren Bell rang in unison with others across the nation, we paused to honor the service and sacrifice of all our veterans. We are incredibly proud of our student veterans and the entire W&M military community. Thank you for your service.
