LICENSED STATION/MEDIA: Licensee’s programs presently known as “Heavy Rotation”, “myxCLUSIVES”, “myxTAPE” and/or other ABS-CBN programs on MYX platforms, and other Licensee’s channels as may be determined by Licensee to be shown on Cable, Satellite and New Media platforms, which platforms may be owned by Licensees and/or by their respective licensee/s; on Licensee’s online/web-based service or such other internet, IPTV, and new media as may be determined by Licensee, including but not limited to iWantTFC, Kumu and Twitch.

PAYMENT TERMS: NOT APPLICABLE

MATERIALS: Copy of the Program via FTP in highest resolution format, 1920 x 1080p or higher, in .mp4, .mov, .mpx or other high-resolution formats; LICENSEE can also request LICENSOR for specific file formats as needed
