New Avada purchases come with 6 months of support included. If you have plans for future websites, this is usually the more cost effective method. Once you have purchased Avada, ensure you add the license to your My Avada account in order to refresh your support status.

Alternatively you can purchase a support extension. This can either be for 6 months or 12 months. After your have purchased support, click the refresh icon on the dashboard to refresh your support status.
