Philip Kindred Dick (16 Disember 1928 – 2 Mac 1982) ialah seorang penuliscereka sains dari Amerika Syarikat. Penulisan beliau meneroka tema-tema falsafah, sosial dan politik melalui jalan cerita yang berpusatkan syarikatmonopoli,alam-alam alternatif,pemerintah autoritarian dantahap kesedaran diubah. Karya-karyanya mencerminkan minat peribadinya terhadapmetafizik danteologi di mana ia sering didasarkan pengalaman beliau menyentuh sifatrealiti,identiti,penyalahgunaan dadah,skizofrenia dan pengalamantransendental.

Dick bukan sahaja telah menulis 44 buah novel yang telah diterbitkan, tetapi beliau Dick menulis kira-kira 121 cerita pendek yang kebanyakannya muncul dalam majalah fiksyen sains semasa hayatnya.[1] Beberapa buah filem telah dibuat daripada penyaduran karya-karyanya termasukBlade Runner (1982),Total Recall (diadaptasikan padatahun 1990 and2012),Minority Report (2002),A Scanner Darkly (2006), andThe Adjustment Bureau (2011). In 2005, majalahTime menyenaraikanUbik dalam antara novel-novel bahasa Inggeris terunggul yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 1923.[2]
