Custom font, Stick distance and Idle sticks

New features:

- Use a custom font for the Input Stream, place your font in Input Displays file location and name it font, then enable the option in application: Custom Font
- The distance a stick moves in Input Display when you push it can be adjusted with a slider: L Multiplier or R Multiplier
- Idle sticks will make it so the Left or Right stick does not hide when it returns to the dead zone, enable with the checkboxes: Show Idle Sticks Left and Right
