The Government has commenced a new 30 years tocorrect the mistakes of the past 30 years since its establishment. In thisregard, the "Vision-2050" long-term development policy was approved, afterthe discussion by the leaders of political parties and society. Developmentpolicy planning has been unstable since 1990. Also, numerous projects stoppedin the middle of the process. Many citizens were not able to be represented. Parliament should represent the people. Inthis context, the political parties in the parliament jointly made legalreforms. The establishment of a proportional system by the Constitution ensuresthat every vote counts, and society is becoming more involved. The opportunityto form a coalition government has been provided. It will also ensure the control of each other."
