പോളണ്ടിന്റെ ഭൂപ്രകൃതി ബാൾട്ടിക് സമുദ്രങ്ങളുടെ തീരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വടക്ക് സുഡറ്റിസും തെക്ക് കാർപാത്യൻ മലനിരകൾവരെയും വ്യാപിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്നു. വടക്ക് കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത് ലിത്വേനിയയും റഷ്യയുടേ കലിനിൻ ഗ്രാഡ് ഒബ്ലാസുമായും കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത് ബെലറൂസും ഉക്രയിനുമായും തെക്ക് സ്ലോവാക്കിയയും ചെക്ക് റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കുമായും പടീഞ്ഞാറ് ജർമനിയുമായും അതിർത്തി പങ്കിടുന്നു.[8]
