Bugfix update for demo 2

Just a heads up - here's a bug fix release for demo 2.. 

• Fixed ladder malfunctions
• Map modifications to remove blind falls
• More items
• Fixes to explosions
• Sawblade bugs removed
• Saw stage slightly more forgiving
• Tiny adjustments to enemy behaviour
