Roulette
| “ | Get Prizes! | ” | — Arcade description |
Roulette is a minigame where a Game Ticket is spent to spin a wheel of random prizes. Each time the player enters anInn, the prizes will be different. There are four categories of prizes on the wheel, and while they stay the same, the size of each wedge on the wheel varies.
The gold prize consists of the next-best tier ofequipment for one of the Miis at the Inn, which can be either given to a Mii or sold if won. The Mii who can actively use the equipment for their current job will flash yellow after winning the prize, but the prize can still be gifted to a Mii if their current job does not allow them to use that equipment. If all of the Miis in an Inn are already at the maximum level equipment for their currentJob, the prize will be 10HP Bananas instead. The gold prize is also the only way to obtain the Ragged tier of clothing, and only from a configuration of the wheel that has the gold and gray prizes take up the same portion each.
The silver prize, shown as blue on the wheel, is eitherEXP orGrub. If EXP is the prize, it can come in one of three sizes: "A morsel", "A generous helping", and "A royal portion", in ascending order. The Grub prize can be any type of grub, and the prize will always consist of three servings of the food. Rare and very rare forms of the grub will not appear as prizes until the player has obtained at least one form of that grub at least once, however.
The bronze prize is Jolly Jaunt Tickets. Much like Ragged clothing, Jolly Jaunt Tickets are only earnable through the wheel, allowing any chosen Mii and their roommate to take a vacation. The roommates will earnrelationship EXP, depending on the type of ticket - 2 for Budget, 4 for Fancy, and 6 for Luxury. If the chosen Mii's roommate is ill or currently in a quarrel, or the recipient has no roommate at all, the ticket will be sold for 500G, 100G, or 1500G, respectively. In the Nintendo Switch version,Outing Tickets can appear as a Bronze Prize instead, with up to three being winnable at once.
The runner-up prize can be either a single HP Banana orMP Candy, with nothing extra added.
Every time the player reaches an Inn after traversing an exploration stage, the portions on the wheel will be different. The game saves after the wheel begins to spin, so if the player attempts to quit out after seeing their prize in an attempt to get a different one, the ticket will be wasted with no prize given.

Rock, Paper, Scissors
| “ | Win Gold! | ” | — Arcade description |
In Rock, Paper, Scissors, the player spends 1 ticket to challenge a small robot to a round ofRock, Paper, Scissors. Winning earns an amount ofGold, dependent on how far the player has progressed into the game. After a win, the player can either leave with their winnings, or bet it all to get double the winnings if they can win another round. The maximum amount the player can win is sixteen times the original prize money, as after the fifth win in a row, the robot will surrender to the player. It is not possible for rounds to end in a tie; if one occurs, the player will simply be required to pick again, continuing until one side wins. Losing at any time will result in all rewards being lost, and another ticket is required to replay.
