Database Engine Tuning Advisor

TheDatabase Engine Tuning Advisor (DETA) is a tool forMicrosoft SQL Server that enablesdatabase tuning. It can improve performance for queries by tuning the indexes, and creating, modifying, and deleting partitions and indexes.

It can be configured to enable online or offline tuning.
