Fix the xml_sax_expat test to check for dependencies correctly. (Who wrote that shoddy... oh wait it was me.)

first class try catch semantics for Perl, without source filters.

To install TryCatch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TryCatch

perl -MCPAN -e shellinstall TryCatch
