Formerly a media person who has worked in different capacities in print, broadcast and digital.
I have worked previously withAl Jazeera Media Network, specificallyAJ+;Citi FM and Citi TV; andMultimedia Group in roles like Sub-Saharan Africa reporting, broadcasting, programs management, content acquisitions and relations management for partners like theBBC,Deutsche Welle andVoice of America. I have also held social and digital media management and video journalism roles.
I have also been a journalism, digital media and content consultant forre:publica, the United States Embassy'sYALI,U.S. Agency for Global Media,Impact Hub and the Jack Ma Foundation.
I am a co-founder and an active volunteer ofWikimedia Ghana User Group, a Ghanaian community of Wikipedia editors. I was named Wikimedian of the Year in October 2020.
I advise and assist with collaboration and communication with communities about product development, community-facing product changes, and roll-outs.
I work within theMovement Communications team in the Communications department.
