Should Meta RfCs be in Project space? It doesn't make sense for them to be in mainspace, as that's used for managing Miraheze, not this wiki (project space is by definition for the wiki itself and all wikis have one). I don't really see any issues with Meta RfCs being in the mainspace, they don't seem to cause confusion and no one's ever complained. Also, Wikimedia Meta-Wiki seems to not have any successful RfCs ever proposed via their Project: RfC page. All RfCs there seem to be off topic or frivolous.
