user:ensignsisko has added a source to the Gene Roddenbberry commentary here -- but I still have doubts that it has anything to do with this article -- this article is about the English languageas it has been featured in Star Trek.... anyone else feel this way? --Captain MKB 03:15, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

It's a "someone said someone else said something" type comment. I'll agree that the relevance to the English language is particularly tenuous; if anything, it should be on Kirk's page, but is an interview a licensed fictional work (which is the scope of this wiki)? --Captain Savar 03:21, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
